Paid for XBox game pass, money taken from my account, invoice received and when I went into the link to redeem voucher found that my order has been cancelled but as I said MONEY TAKEN AND NO VOUCHERS.

Hi i bought some codes in novemeber sale to use on my sons account for christmas day , all codes was redeemed before, i have proven we didnt use them but they wont sort out the faulty codes i paid almost £90, its a scam service beware

Instant code send is the details that they give. However this couldn't be further from the truth. They send you to a live chat that is available 24/7 yet somehow is unavailable and not responding. They then tell you to email someone and they will review in usually less than 24 hours. Absolute joke

I have been using Livecards.co.uk for quite a few months with no problems. Generally for Razer Gold gift vouchers for a friend. Just recently purchased a $20 and $10 vouchers. The $10 worked fine. The $20 had only 13 digits code which is normally 14 digits which seems an obvious error from the supplier to Livecards. Gave the order number and a screenshot of the input but still had limited response for either a refund or another code.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As soon as you purchase they say verification check? What is a verification check. Laughing stock of a company. It is definitely run by Indian people. Used the website to buy 3 months PSN they sent me 1 code of £10 and then said the other one is out of stock and will take 24-48 hours. Website claims instant download but isn’t. Why are you selling me something that is out of stock and I can guarantee you that they do this with everyone. Still waiting for 2nd code

UPDATEI must apologize for my initial BAD review..It was MICROSOFT XBOX THAT was the culprit for all the problems..It turns out, that if You get / have MORE than 1 years subscription of XBOX ULTIMATE GAME PASS IT IS NOW (wasn't a problem until recently) a PROBLEM to Redeem /add more months more than a years subscription..So eventthou that the 4 x 3 months licenses indeed did SHOW under XBOX account only 2 of the 4 times 3 months was activated by M$ XBOX..And to make thing WORSE the DANISH LANGUZGE XBOX COM / HELP da-DK does NOT give the option to ask for a CALL from MICROSOFT - as it is right now You havde to use eb-GB to get to ask for a call, this I just did find out by coincide TODAY..Well after first being discounted with Xbox Support I tried a second tinmf to ask for a call and a very competent young man (placed in Marokko) did finally fix the problem over dome 45 minutes..

I made an order of a US region gift card, they told me that it's pending a security check yet they charged my card immediately. They're customer services are not picking calls and livechat is unavailable.Huge Mistake to pay before checking reviews.

Do not use this company. Bought 2x Amazon UK giftcards. Sent me 4x £5 gift cards that didnt work. Realised they had actually sent me US cards in dollars in error. Contacted but wouldnt process a refund. Had me screenshotting allsorts and asking me to contact Amazon and to screenshot what they say. Its YOUR mistake YOU should be doing this not me. Good service, card code came quickly, no issues

Received an already used code. No response from the 24 hour number. AVOID. They won't refund until they investigate. They sent me a used code, that's not very legal. I still have the picture of the scratched off code they sent, no doubt the same code sent to many others.As seen, there's an investigation before I get my refund. What was not stated was that I have proven that the code was used before I purchased it by contacting PlayStation. They still won't refund me until they get their refund back. Awful.

Can't fault them. I just needed a basic Microsoft Office package with an activation code. Livecards provided this immediately and replied to my email within 15 minutes of it being sent to help me with a query I had. Everything is up and running and legit. All in all I'm super satisfied with my purchase.

McAfee software key provided was for Russia, not UK. When I entered it my browser switched to Russian language to continue redemption process, needless to say I stopped at that point. Requested a refund but was advised to simply to continue with Russian language browser, which I wasn't prepared to do. “Legitimate company but would not recommend”

This looks to be a legitimate company but I would not recommend using them. Firstly the payment took a good hour to clear on the system even though the payment came off my account immediately. Secondly the amount taken off my account was slightly higher than the price that was stated online. The invoice eventually arrived and showed there was costs for service and processing which is to me is hidden costs. Finally they did not respond to my email after several days regarding the pricing and slow payment (email sent before invoice or payment was cleared online). I received the vouchers in the end but for all that was saved it really wasn't worth it. Products used:12 month PlayStation plus premium membership.

“Just a good old fashioned scam”

I bought a copy of Windows 10 Home edition from them. On trying to use the code supplied, I was told that the code had already been used elsewhere. I contacted livecard support, who sent me on a wild goose chase, saying that they had contacted Microsoft and the code was valid and active. They gave me a case ID for this, I contacted microsoft support with this ID, and they told me the ID was for reverting back to Windows 7 and that the code was a one off, non transferrable code that was already in use. I relayed this back to the support, who told me to wait 3 hours, before emailing me telling me to do the exact same thing again with a new fake case ID. At this point I just gave up, this website is clearly a scam as they both made no effort to give me a refund or a working code, and boldly lied to my face repeatedly in their emails. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy having your money stolen.
