Many mails that never arrived.. With many different people. Got locked out of many account sbecause of this thing. I'd just would never receivede the verification codes. I've never had such problems with other email providers.

As a 30+ years User of Microsoft business software i am totally disgusted with them. This review reflects my recent experience and many days on the MS support chat. Microsoft have changed the functionality and licencing arrangements for Outlook (New) and in my opinion delivered a product far less efficient than the old (Classic) version. You cannot add additional Exchange email addresses unless you pay for an additional licence (even if you are paying MS a subscription for the email address you are trying to add). But, you can add non-subscription paying email addresses. How ridiculous is that. It has many infrequent glitches such as unable to delete calendar or contact entries. It gives you an option to roll back to Classic but if you are on Windows 11 this will not work. Even if you sign into your MS account your contacts and Calendar will not migrate across to the new version. before anyone changes to Windows11 and Outlook (new) I strongly advise you to thoroughly research the matter.

If I could leave less stars I would. The questions asked to recover the account is ridiculous. List addresses of emails you have sent. List exact subject lines of emails you have sent. I haven’t been able to send an email from that account because my password stopped working before I could send any. Closed loop support and no opportunity for human interaction. Total waste of my time. Moving EVERYTHING to a more reliable service.

Swapped to a new phone and had a sync issue with my email account. I did absolutely nothing wrong but I have been locked out completely. I keep doing the form but don't receive any response. The call line is just automated and directs you online. This account is my formal account and I'm now heavily inconvenienced and will loose important emails as most sites say you won't get your email back now. What a joke..what recent email subjects have you sent and which emails too. How can you be 100% accurate if you're really busy and send multiple emails? Should 100% be a verification line you can call or send your ID too.

I try to click on the top email and an advertisement shows up there the instant before I click so of course I end up unintentionally clicking the ad. This predatory ad practice should be illegal. I keep getting alerts that my storage is almost full and that I need to clear up space or pay for more storage. Meanwhile, Outlook lets through dozens of junk emails a day. How about you do a better job at filtering junk instead of letting it fill up the little bit of storage you so graciously provide for free?

They literally do nothing while you account is allowing the person to try as many times as they want while telling you to ignore it if it isn't you, yeah like ok excuse me?! Like what the hell? There literally encouraging your accounts to get hacked and all you can do is watch. If you contact said team you get a email saying pretty much not are problem. Which sucks because my banks are connected to mine so just RUN! Don't make account just run and find something else hell I don't even recommend gmail knowing its owned by the same people...

Why can't I block spam ??? Why do I have to delete it twice ???Why does Hotmail think 10 plus underscores with 10 plus numbers is a legit email address it is not it is SPAM it is RUBBISH ... It is a waste of my time... If this is not sorted out I will be deleting my Outlook accounts permanently and move to a COMPETENT EMAIL SERVICE COMPANY PROVIDER...

no matter how many times you send inbox phishing spam to junk folder and no matter how many times you send a report, you just keep on getting more spam in your inbox from the same sender!!And its ridiculous that you cant block the name of a spam sender in a block list with your android mobile. Especially when receiving multiple spam per hour.Outlook also hides the whole address of the spam sender in email header. Are they receiving a commission like from a certain BETONRED Casino??Also Outlook changes settings without your permission.

Absolute rubbish, emails never arrive and no notifications either, important emails sent to me including ones with attachments or links that just cannot be opened. They don’t arrive till several days later then too late. Blocked senders junk or spam are still arriving despite reporting and blocking them constantly ( this does nothing) but trusted senders go straight in the bin folder . Very poor indeed

I got my account blocked with no reason and it's impossible to get it back. I failed more times the recovery form as the questions are too in details. No possibility to get a phone support and by live chat they are too slow. If you have an urgency and you can't sign forget the possibility to sort out quickly. It's absolutely unreliable and, once I'll manage to transfer the remaining stuff on Gmail, I'll quit using it.

Honestly the worse online experience I've had. Emails from trusted senders keep going to Junk which is causing me HEAPS of problems, and I'm getting phishing/scam emails to my Inbox! I'm constantly reporting + blocking but this does nothing. I've also set up the blocked words feature, but again, Outlook still lets them come through. Why is Outlook making life so easy for scammers? The IT team seem to have little to no cyber security awareness and feel like it's ok for criminals to use stolen data and be able to make contact with individuals.

New improved Outlook is anything but. Its slow, impacts on my computer use, looses and deletes files and is far too busy (lots of different functions which are not used). Old Outlook did the job for me but can't get it back. No realistic customer support for this issue. Like many others, gave it one star to be able to leave review.

Locked out of my account because password was wrong ,I've been using that same password word for years . Tried to recover my account but they says information was wrong even know it isn't wrong , and now I have a 14.99 payment per month I can't cancel, absolutely disgusting robbing company, this company should be ashamed of themselves

Pathetic Been trying for over a year to reset my grandmothers password so she can access documents and each time it says she's not the owner of the account then who is Microsoft? The customer service just ignores me and im over it its ridiculous Do better

Lost my second account! Microsoft useless sorting my account as they've locked it. Never using Microsoft or their products ever!

I have been reading all of the negative reviews with some element of surprise as for over 20 years using this service i`ve been totally satisfied. I`m also surprised that outlook has not responded to any of the critics.HOWEVER, one thing that does annoy me is the amount of scam/spam/phishing email that keeps coming into my junk email box and, is now "leaking" into my focused box.Some of these scam emails are widely known, example, "screwfix, costa,and starbucks, so why do you let these emails continue?.I am constantly reporting other emails as phishing/spam/scam emails but they just keep on coming back.So please please do something about this, at your end this should be simple----No?

Typical Microsoft rubbish. The new outlook update has made it worse than ever

Why can't we have the old system back?This new system takes so much longer & all the emails are now in alphabetical order, not in date order. Now we keep having a pop up asking for our thoughts on it! At least my Ipad still has the old system on it.

Where to begin: It frequently freezes when attempting to open an email (gasp!), it chokes when sending emails, and is as bloated as Tim Walz’s distended belly. It’s easily the worst email program I’ve ever been forced to use (I obviously use something other when I’m not on the clock). Hey, MS! The world has more than enough clowns. Stop already.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't move on if I gave none. I get so many scam emails to my focus box, why? When I try to unsubscribed the unsubscribe site tells me it is unsafe and I shouldn't continue. In that case, what I want to know is, why do Outlook allow the email through in the first place??? I muse my blocked senders list regularly but the scammers are always ahead of me using another site.Most of my trusted senders go to my unfocused box and some even to my junk.
