Is liquid.com Legit?

I'm fully verified on the platform with all info provided and whenever i try to get a transaction done i'm hit with this huge tax which i find absurd at the very least, upon the intervention of recov desk(written together) to look into the situation all shortcomings were nulled

They have greatly improve from the last time.Now they offer live chat support, daily crypto withdraws(weekends also,at last), websocket API, margin trading and many more. I am very satisfied with their progress. I thing the most good thing that they have, is their security and their low fee structure, much cheaper that Coinbase.

I had a problem with a withdrawal due to the ETH high gas fee and the customer service helped me to solve the problem in a few hours and the withdrawal succeeded without any problem . I've read some negative reviews from people deposit to a wrong address or don't want to complete KYC but this is not Liquid fault....it's your fault !!! I started to trade with Liquid two months ago and never had a problem with them . The website and the app are really friendly user and intuitive . Trust them and trade without any doubt .

Its critical that you take a clear picture where all items on the ID are visible.Make sure your utility bill or credit card match up with the address in your identification.Its a clear concise app. I have had issues with purchasing with my debit card. More the bank issue. I think a lot of the poor reviews are based are using less updated phones and taking pictures of these IDs.They have a very good chat support team. I also like the referral link where you can refer friends or potential clients. Its not the cheapest but it offers certain tokens that aren't available to most crypto exchanges.

Article was posted by liquid.com that suspicious activity led to them taking certain measures. Unfortunately I was subject to that measure despite being a new member not even 6 months old. I am KYC verified and only use the account to hold but I have been flagged as a suspicious account and can't withdraw funds. 48 hours have passed and it still isn't rectified. Use this information to form yor own view.

Site is nicely done and fees are decent but deposit is so slow to be recognized takes days after they receive it with no notification email of success if I recall. Ridiculous for what should be an automated system. Will move to another exchange.

there was an event where liquid.com became the distribution of prizes, in the covid 19 pandemic like now they should be more professional in this case. but it turned out to be disappointing ... wabi's coins which should have been distributed last April until now were not permitted and there was no clarity about it.

Impossible to verify with the id listed as options on the site. Issues with my selfie, issues with my documents. Tried twice and got different problems each time. Fees are also really high so guess I saved myself there anyway. Haven’t had any issues verifying with other sites, do not recommend!

Good exchange. Some pairs have no enough liquid and withdrawal is not fast. BUT! every withdrawal is manual and from the cold wallet. This exchange is secure and has a Japanese licence.

I had accidentally sent an unsupported erc20 token (worth about 3k usd) to my ETH liquid address through a contract. I inquired about said token 3 days ago and got a response 10 hours later that asked for more information, which i gave them. then 2 and half days later i get a message saying they cannot help because the value was below 2k usd. (at 1950 usd) so because the value in usd barely fell below 2k they cant help me and their lost forever. great way to treat customers, and i have seen similar reviews for this site. stay away.

Do not use Liquid pro..Rigs losing money plain and simple. Have had Missing transaction for almost 6 months now.. keep messaging And emailing to ask where this transaction has gone but get the exact same message back saying they are looking in to it..

Went to liquid.com as they claim to have listed some of the btc pairs not available everywhere. It turned out, its more like a clickbait. Tried purchasing XNK and a few other pairs after depositing BTC into my wallet and it turned out, they allow derivations of 0.000023BTC for these swaps. If i can only trade the top 10-15-20 coins, why would i do it on liquid.com while i can go somewhere else with better interface, faster response time (these guys dont even have live support), better and more open fee structures, and are honest in their listings (unlike liquid.com)

I have never felt so humiliated. All I wanted to do was make a little extra money but all I ended up doing was losing all my savings. I lost everything I had i wanted out but I was told I had to pay more money to do this when I eventually stopped paying I received a very threatening email saying how low can you go these people are despicable.Thanks to fraudcomplaint. link they were so useful in the recovery of my almost lost funds.

The exchange kept prompting me to change my password and 2FA, makes me think there was a data breach. I did this and deposited some funds. Then it wouldn't allow me to trade or withdraw as it said my account was frozen. Why didn't it tell me this before I deposited funds? After jumping through a few hoops, I got it unlocked and withdrew my funds immediately. Will not be using this exchange again.

Never use Liquid/Quoine. I sent my XRP to correct wallet but with wrong Destination tag. Deposit was successful to the wallet. They have refused to get my XRP back even though I have provided evidence that the address sending the credits is owned by me. Customer support is very bad and blunt. They will just respond with small print from T&Cs with no explanations.Other exchanges can retrieve these funds with a small fee which I am more than happy to pay as the mistake was mine but to say we cannot retrieve these funds is fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Very very unhelp support and service totally a scam!!!! I purchased crypto worth of 1002$ the transaction was succesful and my card has been charged but the error happened and no token was credited to my wallet, had to wait for them to respond like 3-5 days and finnally they had to make a refund but it was not a full refund,I received only about 880$ into my account. get back to them and ask to find out why, they no longer reply even if they have read my message or active. Shiitttt company!! I warn you guys never ever use their service otherwise you will probably regret like me. Shhiiit service!! Especially the support names Thuy she is a really bad support.

Terrible platform, bad customer service. I went through all their requirements for KYC but they still blocked my withdrawal - even though it was a very small amount and my account is apparently verified.After three days of an agent asking me to "be patient with them" without even giving an estimate or explanation, they have claimed to "fix" the problem. However, it's been 24h and my withdrawal is still pending.

I am in some sort of purgatory, so I’m asking for help! I have my own principal investment, along with 106k of USDT frozen because Quoine is demanding that I pay some sort of Chinese tax from an outside source of funding. This must be some kind of scam!
