Is lingscars.com Legit?

The whole process from start to finish was excellent with Lings. From walking me through my options and pricing, to helping me understand the lead times, they were attentive and so quick! Normally post-sale experience can feel a little underwhelming but not with Lings. The team were so great walking me through the process and gave me regular updates on where my car was in the process. Thank you Lings!

This is my 6th consecutive car through Lings Cars so they must be doing something right. Excellent service, quick responses and usually cheaper than elsewhere.

I cannot fault them!! I am on my third lease with Lings and about to arrange another one. I speak to the same guy every time I contact them. He returns my emails within 20 minutes every time. Hes so helpful and full of advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I've never leased a vehicle before so was a bit apprehensive and had lots and lots of questions, having searched online (checking reviews like mine) and speaking to car dealers etc, i decided to contact Lings cars, from the overall customer service to Lily's communication right from my initial enquiries, questions and up to yesterday's delivery of my new car, all i have to say is that the whole experience was superb and I would rate both Lily & Guy 10 / 10 for what they did in helping me sort the car...superb

After having issues with a different lease broker and their time to check finance (>2 weeks) I got a bit tired of waiting and decided to check out LINGsCARS! I was very impressed with the speedy response, the overall experience, and how funky their website was.Maybe not the cheapest out there, but definitely impressive customer service from the team :) Hopefully a repeat customer in a couple years :)

I got my first lease car back in 2016 from Ling..so i decided to lease again in 2024 and used Ling for my new car. The service now is just as good as it was back in 2016.Easy no hassle personal communiction with Guy & Lily from start to finish, uploading documents etc straight onto Lings Lingon is a breeze, car was delivered spotless and on the day agreed.Yep i wouldn't use anyone else for car leasing.Stuart

Fantastic company run by caring professional staff. My third car with Lings and I will go nowhere else for my next vehicle. Apart from everything else their pricing is so very competitive; for my latest car the cheapest monthly price from competitor companies was £189 - Lings found a deal for £152.

Lings Cars,The website was difficult to search and find these vehicles, Nissan Altima and Jeep Wrangler. Navigating my way around your website design left me with a huge headache by the many distracting flashing lights. The was too much information on the website, all I could see was many hazzards without a clear pathway. I was lost on your website page leaving me confused and upset. The video link was distorted and did not play. Sadly, I was not confident to buy from you.

The website isn't great, there's too much bright colors, Gifs and images that isn't relevant to what people are looking for.I was looking for the lease contract of 2 cars and there's one of them I couldn't find at all.Navigating through the website overall is really difficult.

This is the 3rd time I have used Lings Cars and this time was the same fantastic service as before. Communication is always excellent with all the team, whether its working hard to find the right car for my needs (Lily) or getting me through the paperwork easily and efficiently (Guy). I feel very well looked after and completely relaxed about the process, as the team are efficient but will always take time to answer my (sometimes stupid) questions. I recommend Lings Cars to my family and friends, because I have never had anything but great service from them.Good job guys!

I wouldn't consider anyone else for car leasing, this is now our 7th car through Ling's, from start to finish they are so quick and helpful and everything is just so easy to do online. Thankyou Ling's for more excellent service.

This is my first time using lings and i couldn't recommend them enough. The customer service i have experienced via the customer portal has been outstanding and has kept me up to date with every step of the journey.

We've used Lings a couple of times now for our business leasing needs. Difficult to recommend too highly - they're always right there to guide and advise, and we always feel they have our interests front and centre... navigating the finance companies, suppliers, collection and delivery agencies is not always straightforward if the motor trade is not your usual environment. Well done, Guy, Lily & co, and to Ling for engaging us in the first place!

LINGsCARS was an excellent experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a deadly serious transaction with people in suits then this is not the place for you. People have fun and are prepared to be light hearted throughout the conversation - which was also prompt and helpful at every point. I almost didn't want the chat to stop because it was at some moments hilarious. Plus the videos from Ling herself are a touch of genius.
