Is lingerieoutletstore.co.uk Legit?

I input my band and cup size, the options came up, I searched for ages and NOT ONCE were any of the bras in my size. A complete waste of time.

A bikini I bought was faulty as the underwiring broke through on both sides. I reported the fault and was offered a replacement or refund. When a replacement couldn't be found a refund was given.Timely and personal customer service from Hannah. Thank you, it makes such a refreshing change. Will be shopping there again

I don't usually leave reviews, however, reading lots of negative reviews on here, thought I'd share my positive experience. Ordered some comfort bras and they arrived in less than a week (standard shipping), not bad considering the current situation and restrictions due to COVID19. The bras arrived in perfect packaging, the quality/price is great and they are sooo comfortable! A real lifesaver. I'll definitely be buying more! Thank you 🙂

The bras arrived and were very good quality as advertised. Beautiful patterns and at a very reasonable low price as bras are generally overpriced! Very pleased and will one hundred percent never buy a bra anywhere else! Timely delivery too!

Fabulous bikini. Cup size perfect although back came up a little on the small size despite ordering my size in the brand. Been years since wearing a bikini and felt so confident in doing so with this little number. Price was extremely reasonable and quality was extremely great. Thank you x

I had ordered a bra that was to be delivered to Portugal. I never received this package because it was help up at customs (not the responsibility of Lingerie Outlet) but because they had made a mistake on the labelling I was unable to collect it. After some emails back and forth to Lingerie Outlet I was given a full refund. Eventually a good outcome and good customer service. Sadly because of the customs situation with UK and Europe I won’t be ordering again. But before Brexit I used them and have always been pleased with the service and orders.

Items were delivered in good time. However, I have not received a a refund in over two weeks and have no confirmation that they were processing the return. I contacted the company who asked for the tracking number which I supplied but could also see it was delivered a while ago. I have had no contact since. A real shame as everything else was so good I would have used them again but I don’t think I should have to chase for information. Update* received an email apologising and stating the refund hasn’t now been processed. Hopefully my second return won’t be far behind (only returning due to multiple sizes)

Fantastic shopping. Free delivery and free returns. Had to return items as not suitable. There was a delay in refund. Rang company and they resolved issue straight away. Brilliant customer service. Won't hesitate to order again 😊

FANTASTIC!!! I live in Australia and my order arrived on my doorstep (perfectly packed) less than 72 hours after I placed it!! Lingerie Outlet Store used to be great, but they seem to have gone down hill in the last year or two. I've had to chase up refunds on orders several times - they seem to have a policy of waiting to see if you notice that you haven't received the refund and only paying up when you contact them. Most recently the order failed to arrive - payment was taken, but I didn't get a confirmation email. After a couple of weeks I contacted them and they said they had no tracking info and would issue a refund. Another two weeks and they said the refund hadn't been processed and they would try again. Either they are just inefficient, or they are dishonest...

First - the items ordered were good value and good quality, but variations in sizing meant I need to return some items (and would prefer to exchange/buy new ones). The Asda ToYou link doesn’t work. I have sent loads of emails and submission forms seeking information about how to make the return. I have had ZERO response - no acknowledgement, no response at all. It also looks like they are not active on social media, which should have been a red flag. Really disappointing for what looked like a promising site. Feels like about £70 down the drain.

This is my 2nd order with this website. I ordered 2 bikini sets from Chantelle and 1 bikini set from Passionata. I was pleased with the fit and quality and my daughter was thrilled. Also I was pleasantly surprised that you moved your warehouse to Germany thus saving us EU citizens a ton of money in taxes following Brexit. Excellent products at great value for money!

Still 5 stars despite a slight delay to delivery. Ordering was simple and there was a lovely choice of swimwear. I received a very quick response to my email to Customer Service and I loved my order when it arrived.

Amazing value for some luxury bras heavily reduced in the sale, but 2 complaints:1. Paid extra for 1st class Royal Mail, but package was actually sent by Yodel on a 3 day service. Please update your website to state which couriers you're currently using. I normally avoid companies that use Yodel.2. I changed the shipping address to have my wife's name (which was confirmed on the emailed order confirmation), but the package was sent to the billing address with my name. We live at the same address so it's not a problem, but the package was supposed to be addressed to her to be a surprise gift.

I'd like to leave no stars. The delivery policy is a joke. They do not dispatch items until they can be bothered. They use royal mail so no option of click and collect. Any orders valued under £50 are not given tracking details sent by 2nd class delivery so you can't even get peace of mind to know it's on its way or when it might be delivered. Luxury underwear maybe but certainly not luxury serviceI'll stick to figleavesUPDATE: I received a full refund AFTER a lot of arguing and not before THREE different employees gave THREE different lies/excuses/reasons... Including their favourite about delivery problems often left on reviews here in trustpilot. Believe the negativity it's all true.

Can see it coming - we will have to wear face coverings in public very soon so I ordered the 30 pack and they were delivered on time. Well done, considering everything (post, etc) is going slow just now due to Covid-19. 1/5/2020

My first purchase with Lingerie Outlet and I was very happy with the wide range of bras available. I ordered a few to try at home and the delivery was on time. I haven’t completed the returns yet so 4 stars. I have to travel 30 minutes to an Asda store to make a free return, which is out of my way, but is the same time as travelling into town to try on, and there is much more choice online and better prices.I will be using L O again.
