Easy to purchase, quick delivery and good product.

I had a good experience buying from Lineafashion. The item I bought was sold at a very reasonable price and delivery was excellent. I tried to buy another item which was on their sight and thought I was successful with the purchase, but received an email refunding me because the item had been sold. An email explained that there was a glitch that had shown the item was for sale when it had already been sold. The explanation from Lineafashion was fair enough, and that's why I've still given them a 5 star review.

Everything was perfect from the begining of my on-line order to the speedy delivery by FEDEX which for me is definitely the best and most efficient international courier.Product display (colours, sizes, fabrics, etc.) well presented and described on web site. Product received perfectly matched the one ordered.

Excellent shopping experience. There was at first a problem with Android on my phone but I could complete the buy on my PC. I contacted the owner who was very friendly and helpul. Delivery to Switzerland was extremely fast and efficient.

I ordered a Matchless jacket and at the last second changed my mind on the colour. I sent an email after the shipping label was made and was afraid they wouldn’t be able to accommodate. To my surprise they did and I’m incredibly happy with my purchase. The accommodation was incredibly customer orientated and I am very satisfied with Linea Fashion.

Only recently discovered Linea Fashion. Good selection, competitively priced and very efficient delivery. Not used returns yet, but very happy with service so far. Will shop with them again.

I ordered the cashmere khaki turtleneck, it arrived from China after 13 days after ordering and it looks nothing like the photos in the website, so disappointed. It has no label stating the percentage of materials used, nothing.Just in case you will say I am an unverified customer, this is my order number L2716, order made on 22nd Jan 2024.I don't usually write reviews but I want to warn people not to buy from this company.

I ordered Moncler mini dauphine women's 2-way backpack on May 19, 2021. The bag itself is very nice, I love it a lot. However, the shipping is horrible. It's sitting in FedEx GB local facility for 5 days without moving, and I got it on June 1st, 2021.

Very reasonable price for the item I purchased and super fast delivery. I contacted the company via phone to ask a few questions about the item beforehand and check their return policy and procedure if the item wasn’t right, and the individual I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The item was with me within a few days of putting the order in which was great.

Do not order from them! Ordered cashmere jumper which came from China several weeks after only to found out it was not a cashmere but plasticky crap! After requested the refund, they have offered me 30% back. I have questioned this and suddenly they sent an email that actually I am entitled to 10% refund as my item is from special sale collection!!! Not sure how they can operate on UK market if they are not complying to consumer law!

I found this company as it had an ad in the Sunday Times. I have several cashmere sweaters from various stores but thought I would try Linea Azzurro. Such a good price and a really lovely sweater, good quality, perfect fit. Item came as stated , 48 hour tracked,no postage to pay. It was wrapped in tissue in a lovely box.So pleased with this purchase, would definitely recommend.

Linea always have good quality clothing at this store but it's not often I can afford some of the products undless there is a sale on. There was something I desired in the sale and I purchased it online and it arrived the next day. Brilliant.

I order a jacket. They sent me a different one (for women instead men and different model).I contacted them a reach an agreement that I had to sent the jacket back and they will send me the correct one or a full refund (what I payed + 17€ that I had to pay).They were not able to find the correct Jacket and they refund me the price of it but not the taxes as agreed. I tried to contact them asking for that, but they simply disappeared. Not a professional way to work.

Linea Fashion is a great store with a-lot of choice. The customer service is the best I have experienced, Aston is a real delight to talk to. I will be going back to the store again soon. I also ordered some clothes online and I received them one day after placing my order. Great service all round.

Item was dispatched the same day as I ordered. Swift delivery and very happy with item, sadly was a bit small (error on my part). After an email to customer services they said they’d put aside the next size up. The exchange was swift and my parcel was re-delivered with a couple of days. Great customer care and lovely item. Will definitely shop again as it was cheapest I could find online and got 10% off for new customer.

No correspondence on delivery timescale once sale processed. Had to chase them up and was told the jacket in stock had a faulty zip so they have sent for another one from the manufacturer (would have been nice to be informed of this instead of waiting in limbo).

After reading the other comments, I realized that “having technical problems” with their website is frequent, they take your money without having enough stock to honor the payment purchase and later refund you minus aprox. 10€ and simply ignore your emails about it. This is illegal and subject to an inspection.

Ordered a Matchless Fokker Trench. This was my first order BTW. The shipping to Germany was very fast, the packaging was perfect. No problems with the customs 😉👍🤘The Trench is a gem and I can’t wait until next winter, even though we just got warmer temperatures 😅I guess this was not my last order. Highly recommend. THX 😊

Great quality product and great customer service. I ordered the wrong size coat and they were very helpful in accepting my returns and getting the new size sent out. Very fast delivery would highly recommend
