Great watches, I’ve bought 3 so far. Customer service takes some time for responses but were able to reply nonetheless.Overall, really nice watches for the price and great styles.

The watch is exactly what I wanted. The design is eye catching and has impressed people who noticed it. I had some difficulty adjusting to the clasp but now it poses no problem. For the Monty it is well worth it and I would rectify to potential buyers.

Ordered this watch as a birthday gift for my husband and he loves it. The engraving is nice, I wish it was bigger though. Also when the watch arrived one of the back screws was loose and just sitting at the box. I would recommend as a nice not super expensive watch.

I was NOT happy with the design of the watch strap closure. Rather than having a "hasp type" closure, I would highly recommend using a conventional perforated hole strap and pin type closure to secure the wrist band. I'm finding that the current one keeps coming unlocked from my wrist, causing the watch to completely fall off!!! Please send me a leather strap replacement.

I wanted a watch that looked classic and had an interesting watch face colour. I love the dark green watch face and after many months of wear, it still looks brand new!

The watch is quite elegant with clear-to-read dials and the added blue hint. Photos online don't due justice. Customer support could be improved. On the two separate occasions, I contacted customer support, the response times were around 3 to 7 days respectively. Shipping speed was around 7 days. I purchased the mesh strap and leather strap; both are of good quality.

I purchased the Huxley Silver Bordeaux watch from Lilienthal Berlin. I had been looking for a watch with a red dial and minimalist design and theirs was exactly what I was looking for. The watch arrived promptly after ordering, and I have been very happy with the quality and look of it. The red dial is really striking, and I have received several compliments from strangers about the watch which is always a good sign. Would definitely recommend Lilienthal Berlin to others looking for sharp watches at a reasonable price.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they send my item incredibly late (the watch took over two weeks to arrive), but they are currently ignoring my requests for a refund. I returned the watch two days after receiving it, having not even removed it from the box and they have yet to issue me a refund because they claim they have a "7 day inspection", and then following that up to 7 days for the funds to return to me. They received the return on August 7th and I still have not gotten my money back and it is mid September. When I email to get updates I get the same reply of "our warehouse is behind schedule" but this should have nothing to do with me getting my money back for an item returned following their policies.

An impulse buy I would not repeat. Basically cheap watch and nice design. Pricey for what it is. I gave it away......

I purchased The Classic Blue Rose Gold watch with the mesh strap for my son’s college graduation. It was even more stunning in person! He loved it. The shipping was exceptional with precise tracking available. The watch arrived on time and was beautifully packaged. My son got a kick out of the postcards included in the packaging :)

Ordered the watch and it arrived in 4 business days, which was actually faster than I expected to receive it. The design is clean and beautiful and has kept good time. It's a nice stark dark blue which blends in with dark suits and stands out with lighter shirts - very flexible. Haven't had to deal with customer service; everything was as expected thus far.

I thoroughly enjoy the fact that this brand of watch seems to fly under the radar with most people I encounter which creates more curiosity amongst my peers. Great experience all around. I purchased a limited edition Chronograph with engraving and it was delivered on-time within weeks. The watch has a unique design, unlike many of the other quality watch brands with limited design flair in their Chronograph styles. The watch consistently generates lots of positive comments for its unique design and quality. The watch keeps perfect time and has greatly exceeded my expectations for the price!

I’ve left a previous review with updates on the Lilienthal Berlin page, but I wanted this to be independent. After posting it they requested I move it to the USA page. From the start there was no communication after ordering. On the site and on my order confirmation it stated 2-5 day delivery. After no shipping confirmation and multiple emails sent over a couple weeks, I posted a review on here and received a reply within a day. At first I was told it would ship shortly, then a couple weeks later I was told it was back-ordered and would take several more weeks. I saw it was back in stock and sent another email, being reassured my watch was undergoing one last quality control check and would ship very soon. To get a response, each time I had to update my previous review. During the following weeks waiting with no update, I decided to open a dispute case with my bank. I was just recently refunded by my bank. I advise anyone else having this issue to do the same. I am disappointed about the whole ordeal though because I genuinely wanted the watch. Stated 2-5 day delivery, and at 3 months I’m able to clean my hands of the ordeal.

I originally said this was the worst company I have ever ordered from, took over 2 months to come with many delays. While they are unprofessional and not great about replying or providing helpful information, I am editing my review.The watch itself is amazing. It is so classy and truly great quality. It was worth the wait, so if you are okay with stressing and not hearing much about when it will actually come, I’d still recommend ordering from them if you really love one of their watches.

No watch and no updates. They do brilliant, aggressive marketing but offer no service. Ordered two watches within days of each other around Thanksgiving as Christmas gifts. Order confirmation (and advertising) said 2-5 day delivery. After 10 days, emailed about my first order and got ghosted. Two days later emailed about my second order. Got a canned reply four days later that the item would NOT ship for another two or three MONTHS because of "demand". Unacceptable! Don't sell things you can't deliver!

To be honest it was a frustrating experience. I ordered an engraved watch and waited for weeks for it to ship (which it never did). Only after I inquired was I told that the watch was no longer available. I ended up ordering a more expensive watch.

Great quality watch. Price was very reasonable (cheaper than similar options I was looking at), watch came quickly after ordering, and the quality is great most importantly (no visible wear and tear so far). It feels very light and appears as stylish as I had hoped (I wear it for work). I have been wearing it for about a month now and it is as good as I had hoped. I strongly recommend this product!

This really seems to be a scam. I bought my watch back in March, waited 5 weeks for the delivery, then I got an email saying that there was a delay and the new delivery date was for July (about a week ago). No signs of the watch. Wrote 2 emails to support and no answer, call the line within the schedule (2 1/2 hours) and no connection (sounds like the old land lines when they were busy). Will start getting my money back from the bank
