Ordered from them about 5 times. Always shipped really quickly and never had any issues. The only place I order my k beauty from. The best prices I've been able to find.

Love Lila Beauty!!! They are reliable, cost effective, authentic store and products (covers almost all K Brands) fast shipping and sales all the time. If you subscribe to their emails, you'll get updated with latest sales on brands. Emails are responded to efficiently and not a single email thus far has been ignored from my end. John is friendly and communicates with respect. I am a repeated customer with Lila and will surely only get my K Beauty products from them. Have tried a couple others but always find myself back with Lila. There is a sense of comfort knowing my products will arrive and it will be authentic. Returns are easy (haven't done one myself but have read from others). John gives free samples in accordance to how much has been purchased. He balances this out to be fair to all his customers. They are currently having a sale on all Medicube products (the craze right now) however, I've always been a Medicube, Medi peel and Mizon fan. Try Lila, you won't regret it at all.

Missing 1 of 3 items from my order, sent an email and got confirmation they received the email but no one has reached out, been 6 business days.

Great products at good price but most of the items are sold out. They should be stocked in. As well as many other korean skincare sellers add multiple samples of great korean brands in customer orders whereas lila beauty only put one small sample though my order was a big one. Lila beauty should increase number of samples.

Over all Great customer service! I had two seperate orders and they were kind enough to put two orders together and refunded me the shipping for the other one. I was surprised because they did not need prompting to do it. That alone would have given them a 5 star but the reason why I gave them a 4 star is because there are alot of items I wanted that are out of stock. Still, it is a very good site. Really appreciate it.

I'm a huge regular at Lila Beauty and constantly make orders from their website and eBay store. Their free shipping caps are so great and they always pack and ship quickly so I know to always come here when I need something urgently. Prices are actually around the same price or cheaper than Seoul (cheaper than Olive Young I've found). They stock old favourites, some more unknown brands and the latest brands. My parcel arrived surprisingly quickly, I was eligible for free express shipping but had accepted possibility of delays with the current COVID-19 situation. All my products arrived safely the next day, really excited to use them! The only thin is I did have to modify my original list of items I wanted to buy as quite a few things were sold out, I was waiting for about a week for re stock, maybe I had just missed it. I was a bit unsure about Lila Beauty initially as they aren't as popular as other Asian beauty product distributors but I was impressed. Shipping was fast and all products came as described plus 2 sample sachets. Prices seem to be competitive and I will be making more orders in the future. Hopefully they expand their inventory!

My package came a lot sooner than expected as I was eligible for free standard delivery (2-8 business days), however it took only 14 hours to leave their warehouse and arrive to my desired location. The best service! I made an order on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday (I did qualify for free express shipping). I live over 2 hours North of Brisbane, in a rural town and it arrived the next day!Packaged well, all recyclable packing materials (huge win for me) and a few cute little samples were thrown in too.So happy!
