Is liftsandgravy.com Legit?

Recently purchased a kettlebell. After only using 4-5 times the paint started blistering and peeling off the handle. I contacted Northern to be told that as it had been 31 days since purchasing, they couldn’t offer an exchange or refund. Only offered a 20% refund. Having provided a faulty product I am really disappointed in this response. I have chased them subsequently to be ignored and have not received any response to my emails.Shame as the pricing was attractive but perhaps this is why.

Ordered bumper plates on the 26th Nov (great price). They didnt arrive until the 10th Dec. Staff at northern were great & were fast at responding to my communication. When i emailed they said item was with yodel. Yodel at the time said item was still with seller. Didnt know who to beleive.UPDATE: Turns out Yodel are the ones at fault... Driver also delivered to the wrong address... luckily I managed to find it & the home owner was honest. Will 100% buy from Northern again as long as they don't use Yodel.

Fantastic gear. Purchased on 2 separate occasions now always late Sunday night and my order has been delivered by the Tuesday lunchtime both times. Will constantly use this company. Only small negative is wish there was some way of knowing when they will get stock in as their is a few dumbells and racks that have been out of stock for a while now and I don't really want to buy from another company

Good value for the weights I purchased. Fairly quick delivery given it was standard delivery I had opted for. Some light scratching on the weight plates. But I'm sure they will be pretty marked up as I use them anyway. Couple of extra pieces I will be back for.

Avoid. Paid for fast shipping which didn't happen under the promised window. Weights were not 100% accurate weight. Contacted company 5+ times requesting return- they have no phone number. Finally got a response and they want me to pay for shipping for a faulty product. Stay away - quality is poor and no customer service at all.

Great quality weights & wrack for the home gym, fast uptake time on the order and prompt delivery.Customer service was insanely quick to respond and answer any question. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying more once we upgrade the gym next time. 👍🏼

Placed an order Thursday for 3 pairs of Hex Dumbbells which arrived on Saturday morning. Superfast delivery and fantastic quality weights. Good value product and good customer service - bought some bumper plates but had an issue with online payment - this was dealt with promptly by the customer service team, which I appreciated.

I bought their olympic sized cast iron plate set. I think the most affordable in the UK. Some unremarkable chips and scuffs to some of the plates but that doesn't bother me. Plates were weighed and all were mainly accurate with none under their advertised weight.

Was on the lookout for a new kettlebell and some hex dumbbells. I found this website and the prices were amazing, so much better than anywhere else I could find. I didn't have much knowledge of the company, but I had seen their equipment at a recent competition so thought I'd give it a go.Had a query answered quickly via their online portal so I ordered them.Ordered on the 15th, dispatched the 16th, a Friday, and received today, Monday the 19th. Really good quality equipment, really good price, and reasonable postage costs.Will definitely buy from again.

New plates arrived in under 24 hours! First class service! All the kit I’ve ordered has been excellent quality, no need to go anywhere else- highly recommended.

Following a long period of reseach I ordered and received gear from these guys about 6mths ago largely because of their competitive prices. Firstly, the customer service they deliver is second to none - there is nothing they won't do to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. The products themselves have been faultless and put up with everything I've thrown at them, I use everything approx. 5 days a week and they are still in very good shape. I can't recommend this company enough.

Very impressed with the kit and the service we received from Northern. Ordered 4 pairs of dumbbells and a stand for my home gym from Northern as I'd seen the good reviews and the price of the kit was extremely good too (much cheaper than Mirafit). Also great to see them supporting crossfit comps in the past. All arrived very quickly and kit is brilliant! Will definitely be ordering some kettlebells from them too.

I have bought multiple products from Northern and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The product is superb and the service Andy and his team provide is excellent, they are always quick to respond and keep you updated on your order. With Covid, nearly every other manufacturer has raised their prices to make more money out of us fitness enthusiasts but Northern kept their prices the same and as I said the product is as good (if not better) than anything else I have used.Cheers guys

I bought some Hex Dumbells which arrived quickly to N. Ireland. They were very competitively priced and excellent quality. Delivery cost was actually cheaper than driving to a local supplier to collect. Very happy with my purchase and sorry I haven’t used Northern before

Ordered some gym equipment through these guys. They answered my questions and were really helpful pre ordering. They were very clear about pre order wait times and I was happy to wait for them as I know their equipment is good quality. My order was delayed slightly due to their ship being delayed however they kept me updated at every stage and were completely open unlike other companies I have used previously.
