The package got lost and it's impossible to get in contact with them. On a phone only bots answer, like 0 ways to contact a person...After writing a request to investigate team provided the solution very quickly, new package was sent.
Lidl NL order and DHL delivery the worst combination. The only certainty is the value of the parcel. Otherwise, you don't know when you will receive the package or if you will receive it. In my case, the success rate (receiving the package in a timely manner) is below 30%.
11 Days after I recieved an Email informing me Your Order has been Paid for and sent I have now recieved another Email informing me, Sorry we could not Complete Your Order Your Payment will be Refunded within 10 Days, I did now ask for a Refund I inquired where was my Order (a T.V.) I have also Read on here other Customers still waiting 21 Days for a Refund.I bekieve this was never on 'Offer' and Lidl can't say my Order was Late 1st Order was made within minutes of it opening 2nd Lidl informed me my Order was Dispatched. Disgracefull Behaviour!!
What a shame, sometimes I like their products. Unfortunately when they need to stand behind the guarantee offered - the process is sooo complex, and at some point they just go silent. No rejection, no follow up, go chase them for a 7 EUR product đŸ¥´. Lesson learned, don't by end user product from Lidl no matter how much they cost.
On friday, after a week of 0 information and about a Lost package finally they send me confirmation of purchasing another one. But they didn’t send it, why bother. Propably it will take another month. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE INTERNET.
I made an order in their webshop and I put my correct address in the order. However, during the process I loged in and then my address was replaced by the old one and I did not see that. I am quite sure I inserted my current address. As soon as I noticed the error, I called them and they said nothing was possible to do, because the system is automatic.The products were still in there, it did not left the warehouse, why was not possible to change the address or cancel or do something?Because now someone unknow will receive my order and I live in Rotterdam, the order was to my old address in Den Haag!I lost an entire day talking to them and nothing was made, it was stressfull and my problem is not solved. Why to complicate just a small thing?Awfull, awfull.
Lidl is a budget supermarket with really decent products. It’s a self service place and not a luxury premium place so just buy your stuff and that’s all. It is definitely better than Albert Hein and all other supermarkets in The Netherlands.
Seriously is this a joke?I contacted the customer service on Jan 6th for a faulty bike (second time in 6 months). I have still no answer even though I sent daily reminders to their team on Messenger. That team always says someone will contact me but no one ever did. 1. They want to send the product to a wrong addresses (order number 3355632592) and nobody even responds for my request to change it. 2. I submitted a complaint that my air fryer broke down. I've been waiting for 5 days already and nobody responds to the correspondence (88389343). Is it Lidl or Lidl Scam? 3. The expected delivery is very long. I ordered on 6th and the delivery in the best case will be on 11th. Let's just say it's definitely my last time buying any other thing than daily groceries from Lidl. It's utterly unreliable and outdated business. In the time of e-commerce and free deliveries you pay 5 EUR, your product is sent to a wrong address and nobody responds to you for days. (Actually even groceries are risky. They charge you for 1 kg of meat and give 900-950g). Then they say the law allows it but don't want to make it precise what kind of law (Referentienummer: 88169013)Edit: they sent me a message concerning only one of the three issues I raised. On top of that, they said I should contact the air fryer's producer rather than Lidl. It's ridiculous.
My equipment was broken and Lidl warranty did not cover it and I needed the accessory to replace.Lidl made an order from KompernaĂŸ. However the shipment of the accessory was wrong. I sent multiple emails to both companies with photos. But no response after a week.After that with multiple phone calls to explain the problem. Their customer service employees were very rude, arrogang and denials of their wrong doings.Overall the experience was very unpleasant, disrespectful, and arrogant towards customers.After such disputes, KompernaĂŸ admitted they are wrong.I would advise if you need to order electronics or expensive equipments that may need services please avoid buying it from Lidl web.Very low quality for after sales.Dealing with KompernaĂŸ is a nightmare.I think Lidl should find another supplier and improve their after sales customer service.Wrong shipment could happen and I can accept this as a customer. However being rude and disrespectful, despite their wrongdoings are NOT acceptable.

Referentienummer: 75434990I made a purchase online and i choose to be delivered in a pickup point(Partsnl).But the deliverer(DHL) send it back to Lidl because the pick up shop is on Holiday.I contacted Lidl service client to change the delivery address but after a few days i received an email that my parcel will not be delivered anymore.I called the lidl client service and oneof the agents informed that it is not possible and she told me '' excuses'' does this word solve something for me? Wasting of my time and my money. I do not recommend anyone to shop online.Bad service and irresponsibility.
Overall cheaper than most options in NL but for a few months now anytime we purchase vegetables or fruit it’s always rotten, and/or has mold on the inside. It happened many times in the course of the last two months, with pineapple , cabbage, avocados, potatos etc. it happened once in Capelle aan den Ijssel, and many times in Rotterdam. We stop going to lidl from now on because of this isssue happening almost every single time we bought veggies or fruits there. :(

We ordered a whiteboard online and it appeared- The package has been opened before us.- No protection foil on the board as it haas to be covered the board as description - The board is broken it's bended!Obviously they sent a broken and returned product from other customer to other customer! I recently purchased the MERADISO® 7-zones koudschuimmatras 90 x 200 cm (H3) because of all the, mostly, positive reviews. WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE. The worst matras I have ever purchased. The matras is supposed to be 19 cm thick, yet in a lot of places it is only 8-9 cm thick after 6 weeks!!! Horrible to sleep on, I kept waiting for it to "fluff up" to its proper shape. I am finally sending it back, and tomorrow it will be picked up. What a waste of everyone's time and energy. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON THIS ONE. You might get lucky, you might not.
