I made an order from lidl.de online shop 3 weeks ago, they did not give me any delivery date but it should have been delivered until 4th of June. On 3rd of June at 22pm, they sent me an email said that my delivery is postponed for another 3 weeks! How can i plan my whole life based on when you will have the lust to deliver my product? what are my options? nothing, i just have to be there when you bring my bed. This is ridiculous. I just can't live in any part of the world without a LIDL grocery store nearby. I can't recommend LIDL grocery store enough 👌. I have saved a lot of money by shopping at LIDL grocery stores and have bought a few good quality products from their online shop at the most affordable cheap price you will never get any where else. They normally inform their customers about their online Shop offers through their "LIDL App" which also have a lot of offers on groceries items every single day. This was my first time using the Lidl website and I found it confusing. Other supermarket websites have and A to Z product search engine. Lidl apparently does not have this. There is a section “our products”,but it fails to list the supermarket’s full product range. It’s possibly somewhere on their website but I couldn’t find it.

I have called their hotline and the person gave me a wrong email address! I have submitted 3 contact forms about this but no response! They are sending me emails that is putting interest in the €99 when it is their mistake and no response from my issues!!! Where is my order?! I always buy in Munich in Lidl since 2019 and l never had any problem. Today the one in Kistlerhofstrasse -where l’m almost daily during more than a year- they accused me to steal a simple empty can of cola!! l did forget to place it at the machine to collect the ticket of 25 cents (in this Lidl this machine is outside before the entrance, when some of them they have this machine inside). l have a bag with some items from another shop and l show them with the receipts without problem. In that bag was also this empty can that l forgot…I told them that l just forgot to put it in the machine when l entered and invited them to check the cameras cause l’m not a thief. They treated me as a criminal!! very rude and make me pay for that empty cola that l brought from home. I didn’t call the police for ridiculous 70 cents, but l think is not fair to accuse me of stealing in front of everyone and to not check the camera when l requested, in more when l only spent in the store like 2 minutes it will be very easy to see that l didn’t steal and drink at the store.
