Purchased an Upgarde License for Windows 11. Had an issue with activation. Logged on the chat window for support. Rose answered very quickly. Sent me instructions to make the upgrade work. Had a little issue - but it was with my internet. Then the upgrade went smoothly. Really appreciated the quick response and how the online tech stay with me until the issue was resolved.

Ms. Parker was fast, attendant and competent in her work. She knew exactly where to go and how to solve the issue even though we hadn't gotten to any of the niceties like operating system or age of the computer. As it happened, none of that was necessary to resolve the issue. The entire contact was a matter of minutes and the issue was corrected in seconds. Thank you Ms. Parker and anyone who assisted her.

I had difficulty with install that I think were my fault but Tony Bates who was my contact was a total gem and logged in with Teamviewer and got me up and running in minutes with very friendly and very efficient assistance. I had ordered 3 MS Office Pro 2016 packages from LicenseKey24 a week ago. Somehow, I had repeated problems installing the third package on my laptop. Tony Bates of LicenseKey24 Support was very helpful in solving the problem by first politely asking permission to take control of my laptop using TeamViewer, assuring me of the safety, and performing the installation with the correct license key. Daniel Parker helped me today. I received a message from microsoft telling me that my license was going to be expired in two days. After few minutes discussing with Daniel, I realized that wasn't their license. Indeed, I have a double license... I couldn't get of rid of the wrong license. Daniel offered his skills by taking control of my computer. Few minutes later problem solved. Really helpful even if it wasn't their product. Highly recommanded!

I made a mistake and purchased publisher 2016 but was supposed to purchase MS Office 2016. Total waste of money and time. Could not track purchase, only received ERROR messages We did not recieve any download and when contacted they only reassured us it would be taken care of. No problems taking our money

I would like to mention how satisfied I am with my experience with the help service. I had a lot of trouble installing the 64-bit version of Office 2016 Pro. I contacted the helpdesk and the person who helped me was Ashely Jones. This person was very professional and very courteous and took all the time necessary to make sure my software was installed correctly. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation!
