I ordered two glasses. The prescription sunglasses were amazing. They feel really high quality, much more expensive then they were. I was positively surprises by how flat and thin the lenses are too. The regular glasses (also prescription) however, were not so great. The prescription lenses seem "too sharp", and it hurts my eyes a bit when looking through them, even though they should be the same as the sunglasses (I doublechecked after receiving them I filled everything out correctly). I filled out the complaint form on the website as I was unsure what to do. Getting help took a while, and I had to call to get an answer/solution but they did help me out in the end.

I was a little concerned about the quality of the glasses because the prices were much lower than other stores, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ended buying another pair for my s/o and we both wear ours daily. I have like a -8 prescription so it can be hard to find affordable glasses that can be made/shipped quickly. Very satisfied w/ lensway :)

They can tell me which company makes there progressive lenses, but they're not allowed to say what line they are supplying.Obviously lense companies have different lines of lenses from the cheapest through to the dearest that they make. Even though lensway are part of the same group of company that manufactures the lenses they can't confirm if they are supplying the cheaper lenses or the top of the range lenses.My suspicion is that they supply the very cheapest. Of course I could be wrong, but I tend to find that if a company is supplying a good quality product, then they tend to let you know about it.I can't see a way of buying something costing around 2500 kronor plus frames etc when I just don't know what it is. They offer no pictures of the field of sight between there cheapest lenses up to their dearest.Confused and saddened

Have ordered lenses several times without any problems but the last time I ordered I got the wrong ones and they refused to sort this out in any way (except if the boxes were still sealed). I ordered six month of lenses worth 1000:- and apparently I chose lenses for farsighted even though I'm nearsighted. I got my prescription uploaded and I usually use the repeat order function but still apparently I got it wrong. Even if that would be the case there was no comprehension at all and I know you don't have to care about one single customer but it's a quite hefty expense for me. We had a good run together but apparently we weren't ment for eachother. Still I wish you the best of luck in the future. Best regards Martin
