My lenses are expensive (multifocal dailies) and this place have the best price in the city as far as I could tell. Also, my order came much sooner than expected. Forget the big online shops, this place is a hidden gem! :-)

They charged me even though I had not yet submitted a valid prescription and once I realized this was needed, I requested cancellation of my order less than 24 hours after placing it. It took me calling a month later to get a refund and even then it was only a partial refund which they never mentioned over the phone. I will now contact my credit card company to get a charge back. I would not recommend them since it took me having to call to have my order refunded despite requesting so only a few hours after placing it and especially since they were not transparent about only receiving a partial refund. You get better transparency and less hassle with one of the bigger retailers.
