lemonaidhealth.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives lemonaidhealth.com a medium trust score on the platform: 60.7. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 60.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to lemonaidhealth.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning lemonaidhealth.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between lemonaidhealth.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of lemonaidhealth.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of lemonaidhealth.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. lemonaidhealth.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether lemonaidhealth.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether lemonaidhealth.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, lemonaidhealth.com.

This company discriminates based on age. If you are under 25 they will not give you anxiety or depression medication. I've been on this medication since I was 15 I think I'll be fine ugh.
The issue that I have with them is that I got a prescription filled which all went fine but they automatically charged my credit card next month for an auto-refill. I was not aware that I had signed up for monthly billing. I was able to cancel but I had to call. No option to cancel auto-refill on the website. This felt scammy to me. I may have inadvertently clicked auto-refill but if I did, the user interface was unclear. Intentionally unclear? I had no intention of being billed every month from them. They should make auto-refills an option not a default selection and add a tab to discontinue on the website.
I had previously used Silidafil, $30 per refil. I asked about Cialis daily, and they made a prescription. I saw I had a message and they said my first order would be $30, and every subsequent month would be $240. CANCELED. Good RX says cost should be around $19 at Walmart, so Lemonaid is grossly overcharging.
Bottom line up front: it was okay until they pulled the rug out from under me with little notice. You are better off getting your family doctor to prescribe meds and to direct you into specialty practices. I used LemonAid health for 24 months, for depression and anxiety meds. A couple of times I was gently asked if I was interested in therapy as well as meds; I declined, explaining I’d had a bad experience. Toward the end of the 23rd month, when I contacted them for a repeat prescription, I was immediately put on hold by the first person I spoke to and then transferred to a very abrupt registered nurse or nurse practitioner who said they would only renew me for one more month after which I would be cut off, with no explanation other than it was “clear that medication isn’t helping you”. I was left with the distinct impression that there is an internal policy to stop at 24 months, possibility for liability reasons. I felt really let down. Fortunately my family doctor was happy to continue the prescriptions, and with GoodRX the bill was a small fraction of what I paid for the same medications from LemonAid.
Great service ,very fast. I used it to get a prescription for ED meds online. I had doctor video visit and meds within 1 hour.. pick up at my local pharmacist. Saved 150 dollars from avoiding an office visit and much better price on generic Viagra. I highly recommend it if your insurance doesn't cover your office visit or for convenience
The assessment screen kept resetting for no reason and wouldn't save even after completing and try to move to the next step. Waste of time.
I am a patient with them for over 7 years and they easily continue to get nothing else then 5 Stars! I know that so many negative reviews are from people who are creating problems or want things from them that are just illegal. You can easily read that most people here who reviewed 1 star are coming here because they are hoping it’s the internet and they get here what they don’t get from their doctor at home. But they are all wrong and when lemonaid is asking 100 questions then they do it to figure out if you are one of these patients that want medication they are not approved for anywhere else. Hence that’s not working they leave these 1 Star reviews. If you have have nothing to hide as a patient and can answer their questions without telling them a story you will get your prescription within 30 min.
i left lemonaid health because ever since 23andme took over, the quality of care has gone down and the cost has gone up.23andme is a horrific, scammy player in the healthcare space and i encourage everyone to steer well clear, for the sake of your health as well as your money (23andme is well known for shady “membership” billing, google around). this isn’t a company you should trust with your credit card, much less your health.
WHY DO THEY PLAY YOUR COMMERCIAL...BACK TO BACK ...& SOMETIMES MORE?? Tired of seeing a couple smiling because his " thing" works! You need another more meaningful commercial! The commercial you have now TURNS PEOPLE OFF!
Terrible company, they sent me the generic Viagra, I took the 20mg pills, didn't work at all, and actually cost me what could've been a really good friends of benefits, went to CallonDoc and got the same medication that I picked up from Costco, let's just say the last girl I had over to my place had a hard time sitting down for a week! Horrific company, total scam for the money!
Signed up for some simple mental health medicine management that I was going to transfer from another online provider. I paid and was scheduled for my first call. They charged my card. They didn't call me for my appointment like they said and texted they would... and didn't get back to me until after I messaged them twice. Then they sent me a message saying the couldn't treat me and to see a psychiatrist. Then I couldn't delete my debit card even after calling them and emailing them. They don't respond to my pleading to delete my debit card.
You cannot cancel by phone. You cannot cancel an auto pay through your credit card. Once you figure out you have to do it by email, then they require a survey to complete the cancellation process. You shouldn't have to complete a survey in order to cancel a subscription. Surveys should be OPTIONAL.
The worst customer service. I was told my meds would be shipped 2 day FedEx. My provider scheduled it for right before I got back from out of town since I didn't want medication sitting in my porch for a week. It wasn't sent fedex and it did not arrive prior to returning, which was sort of okay because I had 1 more pill to last me to Monday which is when it was supposed to be delivered by the post office. My mail came but no meds again. So I call, they tell me first it's been delivered. They tell me oh well it will be delivered today by 9pm. Idk about you but my mailman only comes once a day. Now I'm starting to withdraw, which is awful. I ask the csr to have a small script written for me because it will get worse and I get dizzy. She just tells me basically too bad, I insist again and say my provider said they could do that. She puts me on hold, then says she's transferring me to a specialty line. I finally hung up after another 30 minutes of being on hold and no one answering, clearly they've never had withdrawal like this. This place is a joke, don't take mental health patients money if you cannot support them properly. Withdrawing from meds is dangerous and as a single mom, I will be bedridden until my medication gets here and they do not care at all. They cut corners to save costs instead of putting patient care first. Stay away if you can. I'll be filing complaints with the AG and the proper health authorities.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Good luck trying to cancel your subscription within the 30 day policy. I tried calling multiple times to cancel and went to voicemail every time, never got a response to any of my voice mails. I then get charged AGAIN for a second month when I wasn’t even using the service. I decided to directly message my doctor instead of customer service and she gave me the customer service email, they emailed back basically saying “too late to cancel you either have to pay us $300 to cancel or pay for the entire year”… WHAT?? I was trying to cancel and couldn’t even reach an agent in the time frame they gave me. The agent continually tells me she doesn’t see any voicemails so I guess they just use that as an excuse to steal from you.
I'm a returning customer, having used Lemonaid years ago and again recently for a different condition. I find them exceptionally easy to work with. Their doctors and medical staff are highly responsive (consistently under 30 minutes during business hours), they give plenty of warning when it's time to renew, they're upfront about pricing and require you to acknowledge any changes in cost before they bill you (so no surprises), and I have always received my prescriptions on time. Lemonaid is not the cheapest in the market, and they don't take insurance, but the convenience and reliability I have experienced is what makes me a repeat customer.
Runs boots online pharmacy which then send prescription to local boots which then find out manufacturers have no stock. 2 weeks and no prescription and won't give refund. New review everyday until something changes.
I bought Viagra from you half a year ago, too many negative side effects, high pressure and headach.
Awful company since they got bought by 23andMe. Billed me $95 a month for a prescription I wasn’t even receiving. Condescending doctors with bad customer service. Highly recommend using literally any other company
Excellent customer support. Their team took care of getting a pharmacy caused prescription issue resolved.
Customer service verified that I could speak with a doctor directly and that they would recommend a birth control that fit my needs. Instead, I listened to statements such as: "I've never heard of that drug reaction....it was likely placebo effect. Placebo effect is powerful." I have less than a week of pills left and the lady said I should get an IUD. We do not get IUDs on a whim in this city. She said she'd never heard of that and that it is borderline malpractice. She also said that I should just skip birth control for a month and use protection. I asked to be transferred. The second physician didn't even understand my diagnosis and made me describe it in detail. She also did not have any recommendations and just kept repeating that they had over 100 options. I asked a simple question - which do you recommend? I was disrespected for over 40 minutes on the phone. The physician has continued to call and email me trying to get me to stop seeking services. I have escalated this with customer service and their management team. Patient concerns are real. All patients deserve respect and good care.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
