Super fast delivery to France, nice packaging, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of all products I ordered. Honestly, it is even better than I expected.

Chips just in couple of days.I purchased their kit and different color gels from them(with no base or top coat whatsoever) they didn’t last on nails not even for three days, just started to peel off.Then I purchased their base coat and top coat but still nothing changed, tried to dry every coat using the lamp for 2 minutes but still they won’t last. Seems like the quality of the product is just low. Giving two stars just because the delivery was on time and they have a nice variation of gel colors.

Bad reviews are highly deserved, I’m convinced this company is a scam. I bought polish from here and it said it was shipped about an hour after I ordered, which I was surprised & excited about. A few days later it said “arrived” but was absolutely nowhere to be found. The company wouldn’t respond regarding a refund or resending the product, so I had to file a dispute with my bank. Stay away.

I recently had a small issue with the courier while ordering from Le Mini Macaron, but their customer service team was quick to resolve it. To my delight, they not only fixed the problem but also included a bonus beauty bag with my order. It's not often you come across such thoughtful gestures. The products are good quality, and the excellent customer service makes me want to recommend Le Mini Macaron to others.

I got my first kit about 6 months ago and I'm really happy with the brand! Fell in love with the macaron lamp at first and then was very pleased with the quality and especially the shine of the gel polishes. I've found that following their application instructions really makes a difference and my nails last 2 weeks easily. The only thing I'd say is that I usually have to apply 3 coats so that the color looks opaque like in the pictures (but it depends on the shade). But would totally recommend it and I'm already getting one to gift this Christmas :D

I usually don't take the time to write bad reviews but I felt this one was necessary.. I have many gel polish (most bought for 2€ on Aliexpress!!), but I also bought this brand in a shop, to try it, I swear it's worse than the 2€ ones! It's LEAKING since I opened it and made a disaster in the little bag where I keep them all. I have to wrap it in plastic every single time and it's always a mess. Something else that I noticed is that the color is not 'stable' once you put it on the nail, it moves a little bit and it also moves while inside the lamp. What a shame considering the price!

This little kit has changed my life. My friends all love my nails and can't believe that I do them myself! I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. It seems like people are painting before reading the directions. It's really important to: (A) clean prep & dehydrate the nails, so there's no dirt & oil. If there's dirt and oil on the nails gel does pop off right away. (B) Paint a super thin first layer. This helps the nail polish "stick" to the nail. If it's too thick, it will also chip and pop off in a day. Absolutely love this gel set.

I’m a user of LMM products for two years now. I love all about this brand: the products, the branding, the cuteness, the colours.I’d say it takes some applications to get use of it and learn the tips and tricks, but it worths it.These days I had a little trouble with a new gel polish I bought and the costumer service was amazing. I´m so happy I stumbled upon Le Mini Macaron. The kits are so fun to play with and the brand has soooo many colors to choose from, plus tools to create nail art and a wonderful nail care line. The instructions are clear and the team is helpful if I have any questions. I have even gifted LMM to friends who also find it fun! The polish has lasted me weeks which helps since I travel a lot. It´s also portable enough to take with me if I need a touch up. Highly recommend this fun brand!

EDIT: I changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I eventually discovered that Le Mini Macaron wasn't receiving any of the emails i sent them, so whenever I replied to an email, they would not receive my response. After months of trying to reach them I tried reaching out through their web page again and they answered the same day.They sent me the right order, refunded and replaced an item that was out of stock and were very friendly. I would advise anyone who can’t reach them through email to only communicate through their webpage, even when responding to emails. I am very happy with their customer service now and my nails look great!————————I received the wrong order, i ordered for about 90euros worth of polishes during the black friday sale. I received only 2 in different colors. I have emailed 3 different email adresses of theirs, sent a message through their website and sent a message on Facebook messenger and have not heard back for almost 2 months now.

I ordered a product on the 24th of March and to this day (9th of April) I haven’t received anything.I contacted customer support, where the assistant offered to check with the carrier where my order was, the first time. The answer was that it was lost and if I wanted a refund or re-shipping another kit. I asked for the kit (since that’s why I ordered it) and now I am still surprised to see that the carrier holds no package, 4 days later. Lost it two times? I struggle to find it reasonable.Contacted them once again to understand what was going on, and no reply at all. I requested now a full refund, for which I am still waiting.Very bad experience, I do not recommend.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve emailed multiple times about my package never arriving and I continue to receive the same automated message offering non-specific advice. After getting an official document from the post office, I forwarded to customer service. Lo and behold, I’ve been totally ignored like many poor reviews here. I was so excited to get my package in such a short time frame for it to never arrive and be ignored by the company. The packages are insured so I’m not sure why it’s such a run around when it seems this issue occurs often. For the price, I guarantee there’s a better alternative. I would NOT recommend them unless you’re looking for disappointment and a major headache.

I'm really happy with my order from mini macaron. It's really lovely! It did get lost in the post but that was because of black friday. When I contacted the company Paulina answered any queries and tracked the parcel for me, so shout out to Paulina. Would definitely recommend as a gift 🎁

It has been a discovery! Super easy to apply, practical and beautiful colors. I love the size, I can take it anywhere. It was also easy to remove and my nails didn’t get damage like when I do them in the salon.

After I realised that lockdown was for long, I purchased a lot of products on Le Mini Macaron EU website in March 2020 delivered to the UK. I also purchased some from the UK websites, different colours and all. I was very excited about the colours and the possibility to do a manicure at home. However now that I have been using products and being frustrated again and again for a year, I decided to write a review and advise not to waste time and money.I purchased around 10 colours all in all. And my God the quality is rubbish! Having followed all instructions, sometimes a properly cured polish can chip WITHIN HOURS. Sometimes I have to admit it would stay for 5-7 days but you still have to maintain it every day, one nail would chip so you have to do it again. Sometimes all of them would come off by themselves within hours. Taking into account how much the products cost and how long it takes to apply the gel colours, please do not waste your money. I regret wasting my money that is certain.

So at the beginning I was very happy with the product, it took some time to get the nails done, but then they looked wonderful! And I thought, I finally found a product that keeps my nails in form for longer time. But after removing the polish from my nails, they started to broke and and their quality has gone insanely bad. (And my nails were always strong, never got broken etc.) So I do not recommend this product!! It will ruin your nails.

Complete waste of money. I bought two kits for me & my daughter. We've both watched all the videos and tried all their advice but the polish still peels off within hours. The set looks pretty but stuck in our cupboard & we're both back at the nail salon!!

I placed 2 separate orders when there was a site promotion of 30% off, for about 18 different shades (around 160€ total). I was initially confused as I did not receive a shipping email in the following days, and contacted customer service via email and Instagram, and did not receive a reply. I wasn't sure if I had been scammed and opted to ask for a refund. However, I later received contact from LMM who stated that the courier apparently tried to deliver twice to my house (I work from home). I again requested a resolution or a refund and spoke mainly with an agent called Jady who assured me that they would follow up with the courier and get the polishes delivered to me. Jady made good on their promise, and delivered some excellent customer service, liaising between themself and the courier to reschedule success delivery. Whilst my experience was initially disappointing, it was fully resolved by Jady and I was impressed overall with how the issue was handled. Based on this, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and would also recommend to others. It really did feel like I was being listened to and that they wanted to help fix my problem.
