Lekemer not back for shipping money! Be careful what you buy if its small or big to your child, notice you will be paid for your return! Products was cost with delivery (49kron)- 503 norwegians nok . I was return iteam ( was small to my baby). After few days I get email message form my bank that's Lekmer return to me 375 norwegian kroner (128 norwegian kr) its that's they not back! Its was delivery!

I have ordered items, which I have returned. Lekmer states that if you return products, you need to pay 5 EUR, hovewer because I have chosen to pay with Klarna campaign I have to pay now 5 additional EUR to Klarna and Klarna states that I owe to Lekmer not 5 EUR but 10 EUR. I have emailed and called to Lekmer and to Klarna and Lekmer have told that they resolved issue, but I still have an invoice from Klarna which states that I need to pay 14,94 EUR. I would not recommend to order from Lekmer, because only for return you will need to pay 15 EUR.

Incredible! Every time I send back something on my orders they systematically don t register the return so my bills are not updated. Now I ask them to update a return made in october!! And still no answer from the customer service. Never again! If it s having such problems every time you have to send back something, then I prefer to buy somewhere else.

Horrible shopping experience! Still no package delivered for 30 days now, everything was in stock when ordering. Mailed customer service 3 times over 2 weeks time and they have not replied yet. Tried calling customer service and they dont answer, calls get disconnected after 30min in a phone queue.The strange thing is that the company apparently have staff working on their facebook page so it seems like its needed to write your order number on their facebook wall to get an answer from customer service. Ordered a Chricco liteway 2 on the 2nd of Dec and still haven’t gotten anything but the order confirmation. Tried to reach out to their customer service to get an update on 8th of December and haven’t heard anything. To me, bad service is better than no service. Failed.

The reason I did not give Lekmer only one star is that things work out pretty well when no customer service has to be involved. However, as soon as not everything goes as expected and customer service has to be involved, the experience becomes terrible.My last experience was related to the problem using a discount coupon valid until Nov 25th on Nov 25th. The customer service claimed it was only valid until Nov 23rd and that they have no responsibility for my expectation to apply this coupon to the order I already made without it, being sure this will be easily resolved later on. They also do not read messages carefully and keep repeating answers to questions no one asked.
