I reset my account, unaware they had a rule that would breach an account because you go over the 30% consistency rule!. that is unheard of. Usually you just can't do a withdraw until you meet this condition but you are the only firm i know what will end an account because of it. It is not fair at all! account is at 154,903.44 profit

My account was verified and two days after submitting all the required information. I made a deposit while using legends service and had no problems. Five stars, will use again.

Worth no stars at all. Verification takes way to long while it says one minute. No response from support/contact team. Don’t use this sh*ty site the contact form even laggs and u can’t type anymore it freezes. 0- stars from me as I wanted to buy for good price but now so much time has past I don’t know if possible anymore.

How are they still in business? This company must be a scam. Horrible and incompetent. Dragged me through their illegitimate "verification process" for three weeks. I've sent the required documents at least three times. Their verification link wasnt working. It was horrible...after 3 weeks, they sent me the below email:"Thank you for your interest in registering with Legend Trading. During a review and assessment of the information provided during the verification process, it was determined that we are not able to offer you access to a Legend Trading account. We understand this can be frustrating, however, this is not eligible for further review. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."No explanation.... My boss was furious. He's reporting them for an illegitimate verification process.

Absolutely horrendous customer service!I have the misfortune of using them on Bitrue as a third party payment provider, and after 3 days I STILL haven't been able to get through verification.The problem started when they were asking for 'Routing /ABA Numbers' (which are only relevant to American accounts, and not UK Accounts. I emailed them but the poorly trained customer service guy didn't have a clue what I was going on about. I figured it out myself as the currency was in $ and not £, when I changed this the 'Routing / ABA Number' changed to 'BIC'. The point is that I wasn't able to resolve this simple query with their customer support, and in any case I have NEVER had to even provide a 'BIC' number on any other Crypto exchange! Also, I received a text from them saying that they had emailed me (with subject line: "Pending Verification on your Legend Bitrue Account") about providing more documentation for the verification procedure. Trouble is that I have received no such email, neither is it in my spam folder.I did have problems with their verification process as I was forced to either use a mobile phone for photo verification (which I couldn't use due to the age of my phone) or hold up a driving license up to the laptop web cam. My webcam is nearly 7 years old and is not good enough for close up pictures. Of course, they don't make it simple as an upload of the document from my desktop computer would solve the problem instantly, but this is way too simple for them (who clearly like to complicate the issue). So, all in all and absolutely horrendous company, who prevent people from getting through KYC forms, make verification as complicated as possible, and have poorly trained staff who either ignore you or don't solve the issues!After 3 days of trying to sign up on Bitrue I STILL haven't been able to buy USDT's with this shower of scam artists! AVOID THEM!
