Its not a scam. I received my lights after short delay. Contact with seller was difficult but finally I got information about shipment. Package was protected very well. Great product price. Im forgiving few cons during whole transaction process. Since pandemic many businesses have problems. Supply chains have delays.

We ordered two growing lights on the 15th of April and haven't received them. Customer service keeps telling us that they are waiting for the tracking number from the warehouse. I have ordered equipement for 350€ and i got no track number and quess what,nobody replied on my e-mails. 11/08/2022 ordered a spider farmer SF2000 that should had been delivered 18/08/2022, 19/08/2022 sent an e-mail to ledgrowshop.eu to ask what happened to my delivery, they never answered my e-mail so i reached the ECC (european consumer center), 05/09/2022 i finnally got a delivery tracking number 07/09/2022 after nearly 4 week i got my item delivered.

this is a downright scam, i bought some items, but then upon seeing the reviews i wanted to cancel, as it was ONLY 2 days after the purchase, and upon reading the condicions i concluded that i still could. Só Dave, sent me an e-mail, mocking me basically saying i wouldn't have my Money back.... Please dont trust neither of the reviews, this is all fake...i proceeded to start a formal complaint with olaf, and sent a Fraud enquiry within the european union regulator entities. Hello. I purchased horticultural growing cabinet kit. After loooong time waiting it arrived with the wrong light (less powerfull)and an other item was missing.I offered them to refund the difference for the model they sent upon wich they agreed. I am stil waiting after 4 months....There is no telephone number to call them, the one on the website is not working! Customer or supportcenter are there to drive you mad if they get to respond. Do not take any communications with Sabi, Misa or Hana seriouly i guess its invented names if not they are highly incompetent or criminal.My fault for not checking the reviews...

Definitely a good product very sturdy and well built I originally was skeptical about buying the light cause it being LED but light worked great and plant was growing strong and healthy unfortunately for some reason I had a few leds go in the light for some reason..well I messaged the company immediately about it I showed them the burnt bulbs and the Same day sent me a brand new one at no cost ...very pleased with how the situation was handled they didn't give me a hard time about it they obviously stand by there product..absolutely worth a shot if ur thinking of going led.

It's clear their support staff (Hana) don't speak English.There's no option anywhere on the order page or invoice emails on where to enter your credit card details.Every time I asked them (asked 7 times) how we can pay for the order we are just told 'you can pay with credit card' Very annoying. It tooks a while form order to receive it, but definitely not a scam! At very beginning they didn't reply to my emails, due to company's problems (changing the address, employees, warehouse, and delivery form supplier's side,...). Later they couldn't manage my order (light) from supplier without extra delay, so they offer me substitution at same price or I could choose better light which was nearly 110euros more expensive than my first choice for only 50 euros more. So I choose 2nd offer and save nearly 60euros for the light which already cost much less than on any other website.
