4 maanden geleden 5 lampen besteld, maar zijn nooit geleverd. Zijn ook niet te bereiken.Stelletje oplichters

2 orders geplaats en betaald voor totaal € 860,- : eind Februari en begin Maart. Nu, 8 maanden later, nog steeds niets ontvangen!Ondanks meerdere emails naar Led Enzo en meerdere pogingen voor telefonisch contact (er is nooit iemand bereikbaar bij de klantenservice) geen enkele reactie.

Bestel hier niet; ze reageren niet, versturen niet en zijn telefonisch onbereikbaar. Oplichting dus.Ik heb besloten aangifte te doen als ze niet op korte termijn over de brug komen.

Enkele LED-lampen besteld maar tot op heden niet geleverd. Status blijft op "Wacht op verzending" staan. Telefonisch alleen overdag enkele uren bereikbaar maar je krijgt nooit iemand aan de lijn Elke dag een bandje dat je een bericht kan achterlaten. Ook per mail geen reactie. Hadden we maar de reviews gelezen. We zouden de bestelling graag willen annuleren en ons geld terug krijgen. Maar helaas. We zullen het geld kwijt zijn.

Plafondventilator besteld en betaald op 8 juli, nu 20 augustus nog steeds niet ontvangen. Meerdere keren gebeld; antwoordapparaat. Meerdere keren gemaild; ondanks belofte om uit te zoeken waar mijn bestelling is geen antwoord. Waardeloze communicatie en service. Spijt dat ik hier heb besteld.Update: hun webshop is opeens gesloten... Ik ga aangifte doen en proberen mijn geld terug te krijgen.

2 jaar geleden al eerder besteld en toen was alles vlot verlopen. In juni een besteling geplaatst, niets ontvangen. ook geen reactie op mails. telefonisch niet bereikbaar. en nu website offline.

Na bestelling en betaling in juni ruim een maand later nog niets ontvangen. Mail gestuurd met vraag om uitleg, antwoord was dat DHL de bezorging had uitgesteld.Na 2 weken weer gevraagd,zelfde antwoord. Na laatste mail helemaal geen reactie meer. Oplichters of amateurs,niets bestellen zou ik zeggen.

Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn aankopen bij Ledenzo! Men biedt een breed assortiment aan Led producten van uitstekende kwaliteit. De klantenservice is helaas alleen per email te bereiken maar reageren snel, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geven juiste advies.Mijn bestelling werd snel en zorgvuldig geleverd.Ik zal zeker vaker bestellen.Absoluut een aanrader!

Ik heb 16 LED-panelen met bewegingssensor besteld.Helaas was één LED-paneel tijdens transport met DPD beschadigd geraakt.Na het sturen van een e-mail met foto van de schade werd het probleem binnen enkele dagen opgelost en ontving ik een nieuw LED-paneel. Geen track and tracé, dus geloof er niks van na het lezen van alle reviews!MENSEN, BESPAAR JE GELD EN GA NIET BESTELLEN!!!

ben 21 dagen aan het wachten op betaalde zending!telefoon, e-mail wordt nergens op gereageerd! Ook telefoon van Berkel Management dat op factuur vermeld staat wordt niet opgenomen of is niet aangesloten! Riekt naar oplichting, bank gebeld om te storneren, gaat niet! Bank adviseerde om aangifte te doen bij Politie. Heb ik net gedaan!

Hoewel dit bedrijf er op het eerste gezicht best betrouwbaar en degelijk uitziet, is niets minder waar!Zodra de bestelling is geplaatst en betaald, is voor Led enzo de zaak afgehandeld.De spullen ook daadwerkelijk leveren, vinden ze niet nodig!Bij deze wil ik alle gedupeerden dan ook oproepen om aangifte te doen van diefstal, dan wel oplichting.Dat iemand geld wil verdienen aan online handel is prima, maar nietsvermoedende klanten op deze manier geld afhandig te maken, is wel zeer respectloos.

Wat een ramp is dit bedrijf. Begin december 2023 een bestelling geplaatst , nu begin januari 2024 nog steeds geen levering. Op mail en bellen/voicemail wordt niet gereageerd. PAS OP! Oplichter actief !Goederen via LedEnzo website kopen = je geld kwijt. Positieve recensies worden door de oplichter zelf geschreven. Alle gedupeerde klanten maken hetzelfde mee, allemaal het zelfde liedje: Niemand krijgt zijn goederen geleverd en niemand krijgt zijn geld terug. LedEnzo is op geen enkele manier bereikbaar. Alle KvK telefoonnummers bestaan niet en het telefoonnummer op de website is een antwoordapparaat. E-mails blijven onbeantwoord idem dito berichten aan de klantenservice via de portal. Via KvK kom je er al snel achter dat het ene bedrijfsadres een garagebox is en het andere bovenwoning.Dus ondanks enkele positieve reviews, niets bestellen bij deze webwinkel.
