“Double charged”

We were double charged for a vest return. Mark from customer service, who also handled the return, refused to assist other than to say it wasn't their fault. Mark refused to provide any contact info for his supervisor & even answered our complaint email we sent over the whole transaction. We've been customers of leatherup for years & have never been treated this poorly. We will NEVER order from them again!

“Absolutely horrible experience”

After receiving my order,I was shocked at how low the quality was. The materials feel cheap and the construction is poor. Shocked again, I discovered the return process is worse than the product quality! I spent 44.50 and after returning the item, I have 13.50. I see that the company is not trying to give you a quality item, they are simply planning to keep 75% of the money on every return. Disgusting business practice. Enjoy your "leather" items, but don't get too close to a fireplace or oven, that cheap plastic leather is flammable... “Poor quality & terrible customer support”

Bought my boots in may of 2023. These boots were so bad in the rain & mud that I had to buy a 2nd pair of boots from cabelas. I'm less than 9 months, being worn less than 50% of the time, the upper started coming apart from the sole. It's clear from the pictures that the sole is barely broke in & in excellent condition. They were well cared for & oiled. “Disapointed”

I waited almost a year for the Women's Black Buffalo Leather pants. When finally I received a pair that fit, I found that the pants had two[2] holes one in front right leg and one in back of left leg. After notifying Customer service in December 2019 I finally got disposition in February 2020. Customer service refused to replace damaged pants because it had taken too long. Never mind they had delayed disposition with incompetence. I'm so disappointed. Definitely will not order any merchandize from them in the future.

“Very slow to respond customer service.”

Bought boots for wife and I. My wife's boots were too tight. Tried to send them back for a refund but no one will answer the phone, email, tic tok, facebook or instagram. Update, they finally got back to me and I returned the boots and they gave me a full refund. Looks like customer service is just slow to respond. “Horrible customer service”

I ordered a raincoat and it was smaller than it was supposed to be. So far it has taken 6 weeks and they have still not sent me a replacement or a refund! Even though it was not worn, they are saying that it arrived damaged! Customer service "rep" is always the same lady though she is polite, has no say so in any decisions. “Worst Costumer Service”

This business has the worst customer service ever. Before you buy a product just know you will not be able to exchange it nor reach anyone on the phone or by email to discuss it. My jacket came with button imprint marks which will not come out I just wanted to exchange the item but it looks like I'm stuck with it. Before you get stuck with something you don't like I would suggest looking at other sites first.

“Don't Order From This Company”

Wish I had seen this site before my husband ordered a pair of chaps for our granddaughter. Ordered through Amazon for her birthday. By the time she opened and tried them on, we were outside the 30 day return window. Called the company directly because we didn't want our money back - just wanted to exchange. They will not do exchanges if ordered through amazon. Customer service is terrible. Save your self the hassle and buy from someone else.

Excellent. Everything I've bought so far has been timely, in good condition. Returns, if needed, are quick and easy. Excellent. Customer service was so very helpful. Forgot to add in code for discount and they took care of it immediately. Can't say how much that means in this day and age when customer's needs seem to be looked over. Will definitely buy from then again. “Can not beat the price!!”

Can not beat the price!! These goggle will easily go for $39 in your local bike shop. They fit great and let in just enough air to prevent fogging if you have them secured correctly, which takes a little adjusting.

“Nice boots with an almost”

Nice boots with an almost too new looking suede like finish. They're starting to look better with some wear. Too soon to say about durability, so I gave it a "3". They stretch a bit and are comfortable walking. Good grip on pavement at stops. Wish they came in 1/2 sizes. The "throat" is a little tight getting your foot into the boot if you have high arches. Happy overall.

“Great bags. Pretty easy to”

Great bags. Pretty easy to mount, once you get them sized. Very big. Between the 2 bags, I could fit a case of beer- in bottles- and still have room. Don't drink and drive, kids. That was just an example..

Love my new jacket. Always have had good experiences with this company. Have not had to contact customer service for anything but that's because they are on top of things. Very very poor customer service... sent 3 emails--all responded w/ same cut and paste from web site. Tried chat--had the most rude exchange w/ Val... phone the company. Apparently only "Val" works there. She refused to connect me to management or provide any info as to how I could contact them. Never again!

“These shoes re very comfortable”

These shoes re very comfortable to wear and walk in. There is an unusual lacing system that makes tightening the laces labor intensive. Once you have them tied, they are comfortable. For riding be aware the toe is soft, thereby making toe shifting uncomfortable on a motorcycle. If you have a heel shifter, this problem goes away. They're okay, but not my first choice.

“Have had a pair of”

Have had a pair of these before, and lasted me 3 years. I'm hard on boots, so that's impressive. However upon receiving my new pair, I found the arch support to be on the wrong side. Customer service does not respond in a timely manner, very disappointing from a previously trusted store.

“Buyer beware, if you use your earned store credits...”

Buyer beware, if you use your earned store credits on an item and then have to return it you will not get your rewards back... Cancel my account, never again will I shop Leatherup.com, they stole $35 dollars from me...

“Not true to size”

Ordered a pair of boots, all of the reviews I read before said they were true to size but not the case at all, the 7.5 felt more like a 6.5. Called customer service and they are useless. No measuring chart nothing she could do for me. Will never order from this company again.

“LU service was excellent, as”

LU service was excellent, as always. My wife loved her new chaps, except for one thing - they didn't fit. I measured a couple pairs of her jeans before ordering, and since the thighs were consistently 20" I ordered size 6 per the chart. turns out the chaps thighs were 2 inches too small! The chaps might stretch to 20 inches, but with jeans on I'm sure she needed at least 2, maybe three more inches. Other than the thighs, the waist and length would have been perfect. So take heed - the thigh sizes listed are the extreme maximum with no room for clothing. We have sent them back for exchange for a different style and larger size.. I hope the next pair are the same quality as these were since my wife really like them.

“Ordered a jacket early spring”

Ordered a jacket early spring. After light use, I pulled out the zip-in insulation and found a hole in the liner and 2 more starting. At that time, a snap also came off. The jacket only had a 1 month warranty, I found this out 6 weeks after I bought it. Customer service did not care at all what happened and didn't bother to help with anything. Sure, after warranty but really, by 2 weeks. Something really should have been in order but they would not even offer a discount on another jacket. As other reviewers have noted, leatherup will not post negative reviews on their site. That is misleading at best, I would say it is dishonest. I might "leatherup" but it will never be with this seller.

“Wow!”

Wow! I ordered, payed, it all came real small fitting so I sent it back 2 day express. 2 weeks later I phoned, hasn't shown up here I'm told. Looked up my shipping tracking number. It's gotten there but leatherup can't find it. Still waiting for my jacket and shirts a month later. Spent 180 and got one shirt. Hell of a deal here! Just go to a local store and support an actual local business!

“I really like the design”

I really like the design and its built really well. Def keeps my face warm. ok now for the down side. ITS TIGHT!!! I have a small face so I know someone with a larger head will have problems. after about an hour of wearing this I cant take it anymore. it feels like my nose is about to break in half. I've tried all different ways to wear it. If it only fit a little bigger it would be perfect. I hope it stretches out over time. Everything else is great besides the small size.

“Shipping is terrible!”

Says on the website ships same day. Took 4 days to ship. And i paid extra for shipping to receive in no less than 5 days. So i would be able to ride by friday. Now its saying 8 days arrival time. Why even offer faster shipping? Stay away unless you dont care when you get your items. I will do another once i get what i ordered and see if its even right.

“Cost me $10 to try...”

I ordered a leather jacket, actually a size up than my regular size. Too small. Had to return it. Cost $10. It also took 3+ weeks to "receive and process" the return. Ridiculous all around. Bad sizing. Some prices appear to be decent but it's worth the hassle. I gave them another try after buying another leather jacket a couple years ago only to have the snaps/zipper break within the first use. Not good products obviously.
