lawcrossing.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives lawcrossing.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 71.2. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to lawcrossing.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning lawcrossing.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between lawcrossing.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of lawcrossing.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of lawcrossing.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. lawcrossing.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether lawcrossing.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether lawcrossing.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, lawcrossing.com.

I was conducting a search of my name, and found my outdated résumé posted for the whole world to see. I have never paid for services, and I find this to be a huge invasion of privacy. In a world where we have constant scammers and identity theft crimes this is one of the most inappropriate violations, specifically coming from a company that allegedly offers legal services.
When I applied for jobs through Law Crossing the employers did not get my application and in other jobs Law Crossing gave the wrong instructions on how to apply for a job. I then closed my account with them and they are still taking money from my account months later. I have contacted their office and they have done nothing or ignored me. DONT USE THEM.
This is a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP!! I signed up years ago (I think it was legit then). I uploaded my resume but then canceled weeks later because I decided to start my own freelance paralegal business (years ago). Everything was fine. Then out of nowhere, a law firm administrator that I do work for called me saying they saw my 5 year old resume on LawCrossing. I have tried several times o reach this "company" to tell them to take it down. Also, since around the same time, I have been spammed daily by this company. No way to stop it. No one to contact. This nonsense is not funny. My personal information is available for anyone to see, especially prospective clients who will then think I'm job hunting, which is not good for business.
Promised to assist me in finding a good place to work at! Can't believe they have all wrong material posted online. It's absolutely false and if you explain your concern the executives argue and defy your assertion. Such a sad platform! Do not read any content. Ban this page
SCAM! Do not get a membership!! You cannot cancel the membership online and have to call their customer service number to cancel. The number is an automated message saying you're not calling during business hours and to call again later. I've called multiple times on multiple days during their stated business hours and have gotten this message. Finally had to call my bank and report the transaction as fraud.
LawCrossing posted a job opening claiming it was first posted Jan 19, 2019. But a Google search shows the job was actually posted about 6 months before - July 29, 2018.The job is no longer available on the hiring company's website but you can find the old posting in archives. So it's a scam. Don't fall for the fake reviews either.
Scam company. BCG Attorney Search is their window to solicit customers for LawCrossing. Please note that 80% of the 5-stars reviews have been left in just 2 short periods: Fall 2018 and Spring 2023. Definitely paid reviews.
I live in the United States and joined in March 2019. I found a much larger number of INTERNATIONAL positions. When I tried to cancel, there was no mechanism to do so on weekends or during non-business hours M-F (8:-4:30PM PST). After 4 attempts, I cancelled 7 days late and they refused to issue me a $39.99 refund. You can search on LinkedIn for free.
Wish I could give zero stars. Charged $199 per month, never got even one candidate. Then when I took down my job posting, it continued to charge me. When I emailed customer service, they refused to refund me for the months they charged even though I had no job listed.
This is a fraudulent service. Regardless of how you try to cancel they keep billing you. 39.95 a month FOR NOTHING. They never cancel as they say they will. Be careful with this service
Me: “I’ve had some difficulty locating a way to cancel my paid subscription from the LawCrossing.com website—which, by the way, looks and functions as if it were coded by an inexperienced or incompetent web developer. I’m sure that this inability to cancel from the website is totally an unintentional oversight. But, if this is not correct, why would LawCrossing not offer the ability to manage one’s subscriptions online?”LC: “Hello Jeremy,Thank you for contacting customer support for LawCrossing. We have received your request to cancel. We do normally request that you call in or use our live chat feature to cancel. As a courtesy, I have canceled your account today and your cancellation confirmation number is FN81220569380. You will have access to your account until August 24th 2020 when it will automatically expire. You will also receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation. If you don’t see it come to your inbox, please be sure to check a bulk or spam folder. If you have any questions or need assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us. We can be reached via email, live chat feature on our site, or by phone at 800-973-1177. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PSTThanks again,Customer Support”Me: “I wrote, ‘why would LawCrossing not offer the ability to manage one’s subscription online?’ You haven’t answered my question. Try again. Also, responding to a written demand to cancel my subscription is a courtesy? Explain. Is this a normal business practice? Finally, I expect a pro rata refund. Jeremy"Still awaiting a response. ~ Jeremy Judson Cobb, Esq. (MN license no. 0316441), (763) 516-6231, jjcobb at umich dot edu
Warning: Do not sign up for LawCrossing, even the "free trial."I signed up for the free trial in November 2018. The postings were not helpful and I received a bunch of spam-like emails instead. I also received an email stating that I had not successfully signed up for the LawCrossing concierge. I thought this meant that I did not successfully sign up for LawCrossing in general (even the free trial). Nonetheless, to be safe, I called LawCrossing to cancel my account within the required period by phone. I don't believe I ever received a confirmation cancellation number by email. I believe I received a confirmation number by phone. I marked LawCrossing as junk email and forgot about it--until April 2019 when I was going through my credit card statements and noticed they charged me $39.99 in November 2018, December 2018, January 2019, February 2019, March 2019 and April 2019. I went to the website to remove my credit card information and make sure my account was cancelled. The website states you must call to cancel during business hours. I emailed the general customer service address anyway so that I might have some sort of record. I also called LawCrossing the next day. The rep I spoke with transferred me to her manager's voicemail. I left a message but never received a return phone call. I emailed LawCrossing's general email address again to ask for a refund. LawCrossing insists I need a confirmation number and will only refund me April charges. I did not keep the confirmation number from six months ago that I was given by phone. Therefore, LawCrossing refuses to refund me. They can easily see that I never logged into my account past the free trial in November 2018, yet insist on keeping my money.
They seem to have jobs and profiles on many, many law firms and legal organizations. They are kind of challenging to navigate meaning I had a challenging time setting up an account and when I entered something wrong it was really hard to get it fixed. I think the prices could be better fo the coverage that the Law Crossing provides.
I have great respect for Law Crossing and their commitment to ensure that the individuals they send our way are worth our time. Not many recruiters are committed towards helping their clients out the way they do. We hope of forming a long-lasting partnership with them.
Law Crossing is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to find a job in the legal field. Their job listings are extensive, and their platform is well-organized and easy to navigate. I was able to filter through job listings that matched my qualifications and experience, and within a few weeks, I was able to secure a job in a law firm that I had been targeting for months. I would highly recommend Law Crossing to anyone looking for a job in the legal field
Lawcrossing is by far the best legal job board i have used. I have used them a couple times in the past 6 years and both the times i have been pretty satisfied with the jobs information they had. The listing were pretty comprehensive and were accurate. They also update their listings very rapidly so i was able to apply to jobs sooner as they became available and almost had the first chance to apply to those jobs. Employers also seemed more receptive to my application when sent via Lawcrossing. Overall i have liked the service a lot and i will recommend it to my friends and family should someone need to search for a legal job in the future.. Kudos to Lawcrossing for doing a great job and providing an excellent service.
I found the job search tips and resources on lawcrossing.com incredibly helpful, and they gave me the confidence I needed to land my dream job.
A wonderful website for legal professionals. LawCrossing is like a breath of fresh air and makes it very easy to move up in the legal profession.
LawCrossing is head and shoulders above others in the industry. I have recommended them to about a half-dozen friends, and all of them have had phenomenal experiences working with them.
Do not waste your time with the supposed job listings.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
