Is lavidabeds.com Legit?

I would not recommend this company, I ordered this bed and was told to expect delivery between 7-14 days, it had gone past the 14 days and still not heard any further correspondence from the company. I then tried to contact them via email but didn’t receive a reply to which I messaged them on WhatsApp and after a few days received a reply. After a bit of tedious back and forth emails I finally got told a delivery date, which I was then told later it wasn’t going to be able to deliver on this day as the delivery company were too busy. Eventually it was then delivered and I couldn’t fault the bed it all looks fine (although I haven’t assembled it yet as waiting for the completion of my house). However due to all of this messing about I was told I would receive a compensation payment, although 2 weeks have gone past the delivery and I still haven’t received this payment. I have chased this payment multiple times by WhatsApp correspondence but have been ignored yet again by the company. All in all the hassle and stress this company has caused I do not feel it is worthwhile and would not recommend the company and it’s not like it was a cheap bed either! Save yourself the hassle

Received our bed and really impressed, a really solid product and very sturdy. One of the best beds I have ever owned. However, the only issue that didn't make this 5 star was the communication prior to delivery, was supposed to be delivered at an earlier date, but this wasn't communicated and came later. Delivery staff were excellent, very helpful and more importantly considerate, the little things like removing shoes before going on carpet etc. Once the bed finally got here we were impressed with the product.

We wanted an emperor size bed, after some shopping around, I am really glad that we decided to purchase it from Lavida. Bed arrived on time with 2 professional friendly stuff and despite the huge size they put up in less than an hour. Brilliant quality and very friendly and professional service as I had to ask probably 200 questions 😃 before placing the order.I am a forever customer and looking forward to the new sofa line that they mentioned to me.Thank you team

The best beds! I’m so happy with our new malia bed in cream - the quality is unbelievable! It’s even better than pictured on the website - we also opted for lift up ottoman storage which is so easy to lift up and down, I also can’t believe how much can fit under! I would recommend Lavida beds to anyone looking as they are so reasonably priced for amazing quality beds with so many choices/options. Delivery was also quick and easy to assemble.

I’ve ordered a bed and an ottoman from these and a must say it’s an amazing company bed only took couple weeks and ottoman come with tiniest little mark they refunded me some money back also sent out legs for free to go under the ottoman !! Fast reply’s when needed always keep you up dated on delivery

Just received my second delivery, as my original headboard didn’t fit up the stairs. First delivery was a couple of days late, however customer service was reasonably quick in their responses and offered compensation. Second delivery was a week after the first! Amazing service really and the bed is one I’ve wanted for a long time! I paid for all the upgrades and I’m very pleased with it. Worth the money and of good quality!

This has been one of the best service I could get from a retailer. The bed arrived on the 9th day, on opening it was just the way I was expecting it to be the texture was beautiful & it's proper solid frame. The assembling of the bed could not be more easier, while from other companies you get hundreds of nuts & bolts from Lavida you only get 8 nuts that's about it & it takes an less than hour for one person to assemble just to mention mine was the ottoman. Great service, would highly recommend Lavida beds as I've already done this to my colleagues & friends.Thanks to the team.

Amazingly securely packed to ensure no damage and helpful polite delivery driver. The bed itself is top quality and much better than expected - as is the mattress! Thick really comfortable quality. The ottoman is really efficient in terms of easy function and a huge amount of storage space. The video for instructions to build was also far more helpful than just paper - really amazing efficient company with top quality products!

Fantastic company from start to finish. We bought the arizona ottoman gas lift king size bed in a plush grey and got a matching blanket box to match the design of our bed. The customer service was brilliant so accommodating and really listened to the customer.The bed is so beautiful and so comfortable and the craftsmanship brilliant.Thank You Lavidabeds our bedroom looks amazing x

The quality of my new bed is amazing - the colour is everything I was looking for and looks really luxurious. They delivered within 5 days and the delivery men were so helpful. I would use Lavida Bed again. Everything about the process was amazing and always had fast replies if I had a question

I love my new bed! Such a gorgeous range and plenty of colours to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, my order was also ready much earlier than I expected. I was kept up to date with regular text messages on the status of my order too. I opted for the assembly service and it was delivered and built efficiently and professionally. I cannot fault Lavida Beds and would order from them again. 100% recommend.

Worried about buying online, don't be. This is a great company with a beautiful product. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Arrived on time, assembled by a lovely respectful guy. You won't be disappointed with lavida.

I hardly ever write a review but thought I would as I searched and searched before ordering our bed and checked endless reviews as it is a big amount to spend. I cannot recommend la vida beds enough, it was delivered within a week and a half of ordering. Was exactly as shown in the pictures, even more lovely in real life! They accommodated us changing the delivery address on the day of delivery and the delivery guys were really helpful and polite.My husband found it easy to put together and the quality is excellent. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the Carter double bed in cream naples! It is beautifuly designed and the delivery process was seamless. The bed arrived in under 2 weeks and the delivery men assembled it for me. Highly recommend!

Not the cheapest, but the only place I could find that did the bed I wanted with a solid ottoman base instead of the metal slatted one.Bed is well built and came well packaged.Communication throughout was great; answered all my questions promptly and delivery updates were regular.

5 star service, great communication I must admit. The Carter bed is a lovely quality, so soft. We got the ottoman storage option and only thing I would mention is that the base of the bed was very tight fitting, we had to add washers to the sides so the base wouldn’t rub on the fabric every time it was lifted. We also weren’t supplied with enough longer bolts, but this wasn’t an issue for my fella with a toolbox. The bed didn’t come with instructions, but when I messaged lavida beds they sent us a YouTube video to follow. We are missing a button on our ottoman box, but said they will send us some so we can fix this. Delivery was a little later than expected, otherwise all was well. Thanks for a pleasant experience and lovely item.

Extremely fast delivery - the bed arrived within 6 days and we didn’t even pay for expedited delivery. Bed was assembled quickly and the quality is fantastic. We would highly recommend Lavida Beds and will definitely use them again in the future.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new bed. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The colour size everything is as I asked and the added storage is fantastic especially for hiding those Christmas presents! I honestly can’t thank Lavida Beds enough for their excellent service.

Wow what an amazing company! The 'Indie Bed' that we have from there is an absolute dream, it looks amazing and has totally transformed our bedroom. The ease of it to put together was delightful, and the quick delivery with regular updates and an allocated time slot was also great. The 1000 pocket sprung mattress we got with the bed frame in the bundle is super comfy also! For the price, and the high quality you receive the value for money is impeccable, I would have honestly paid double the price for this bed, I am so happy with it!
