Absolute joke, this website charges a fortune for cheap products…don’t believe what you see in the pictures. I bought a light that claimed it featured gold brass, it turned up and it was orange. The glass was really bad quality too. Their return policy doesn’t cover for poor quality!! Even though I sent pictures that proved it looked nothing like it did in the pictures, they argued with me (also pretty shocking) that it did. They then took over 4 weeks to refund me, but took out 20% for restocking and didn’t give me my return postage which cost £12. Do not buy from Las Sola, they are cow boys!!!

Deceptive company. Purchased lighting that claimed it dimmed - small print was that it only dims with a remote and not a switch. Totally useless. Because of my remodel we passed the 30 day return policy - simply out of luck they said - swallow the 400 dollars. Oh ya, remote doesn’t work either.

I have already reviewed the first lassola website on trust pilot as I was concerned, and then noticed this other profile for the same company - this one has more reviews and is rated worse than the second profile, which could have been started after this one. Both trustb pilot profiles also appear to have falsified positive reviews written by AI.

The 3 pendant lights and one vanity light didn’t fit the light fixtures in my house. The electrician said they were European style and wouldn’t work.To make matters worse, they said they would only give me a 40% refund with a 10% restocking fee on top of that.Would certainly not recommend this company. Avoid this seller at all costs. I purchased two solar lights for my Landscape. I was very excited to get them and wanted to love them. They arrived a month later but they don’t work. Nowhere in the description stated that they use a remote control for operation. Well, the remotes didn’t work. The product is sooo cheap. Even for a $200 light fixture, the materials and components of the entire thing looks like it’s with $20. However, they just don’t work. Can’t operate them. As others, I have exchanged emails with them where they keep asking for videos and photos. I have complied with everything they asked for and they keep giving the run around and don’t commit to the exchange / return. Keep blaming me for wrong assembly when there is NO assemblyRequired. Very bad product and worse customer service. I wish I had read these reviews before my order!

Very disappointed - lights are not as advertised on website - one was broken - have an offer of a refund for damaged (as long as we send a photo of it in a bin!!!)50% refund offered for the incorrect one or an exchange for something I have no idea about (not sure if they do either ) - English is obviously a challenge - have had some non sensical responses! Loving my new light, gorgeous design, modern and love the quality

your website it states assembly required . I was unaware that this would mean actually having to wire the whole light and attach each individual piece of Agate.This is by no means an easy job as the so-called reviews would lead you to believe. Initially there should have been full detailed instructions and not left to the client to then have to Email 3 times. I eventually hired an electrician to install who informed me that a connection block should have been supplied to attach to the ceiling wires. I think for a light that cost £200 it is completely unacceptable and I would definitely not use your company again. I will also be posting a review to that effect.

Products not as Advertised - Took several weeks to arrive - comms good but all by email and vague about refunds. Arrived in good condition but not what purchased. Told restocking fee circa 10% - was offered a 20% refund to retain items. No telephone contact. Felt very much like once took your money you get lumbered with whatever they send you and no way of returning to Asia…. Feel let down. Despite them offering and following through with a partial refund. Won’t be using this company again. Should be clearer about NOT being a UK based company. And be transparent about delivery times. “Avoid at all cost”

Purchased two landscape lights for $400+ total. They don't work. They use remote control to operate with no switch on the light. It didn't specify anything about the remote on the product description yet it only works with a remote. I got two remotes for the lights and neither of them work. The seller refuses to acknowledge the defect and keep asking for videos and photos. I keep complying and they keep insisting that I had done something. Do not trust this seller. They do not stand behind their return policy, their quality is terrible and their customer service even worse. Didn't like the quality of the light fixture I bought/received (looks a lot cheaper in person than in photos), but returning it would have cost half of the purchase price in shipping and restocking fees, so I settled on receiving a fraction of a return but kept the fixture only to try to get rid of another way

“Yes, you can get refund from Los Sola”

Well as you know, like many other people Las Sola sent me the wrong item and then offered me a 20 per cent discount for my "trouble" if I would keep it. I said no go! And swung into action. I said that if they did not give me a 50 percent refund immediately, I was going to report them to The Better Business Bureau. They then said that a refund would arrive in 5 to 10 business days. I then reported them to Klarna my payment method... suspended payment and told Klarna that they should consider never doing business with Las Sola ever again. Then I emailed Las Sola back and told them that I had reported them to Klarna who was reconsidering doing business with them and was waiting for the refund. “Faulty light sent”

We ordered a new light fixture from Las Sola. Once it was installed, one of the sockets didn't work. We tried all the bulbs in the socket. Las Sola asked for poictures and videos to prove that it was not working. These were provided, but Las Sola wants more pictures and pictures of wires that are not exposed. I told them that I cannot send the pictures but would gladly send the old product back to them if they were to issue a refund. They keep insisting that they want picture of the wires and send me pictures of OTHER light sets - not the one I purchased from Las Sola - as an example. The light I purchased was very expensive and I am, going to have to eat that cost for a working light from a different company. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

“Cheap products, awful return policy, don't waist your money”

First it's not what it say on the picture cheap plastic material, I mean plastic. It say gold but not even close to gold color just spray paint. And try to return it it's another hustle and you going to pay everything plus restocking fee. So don't waste your money specially ordering overseas. One more thing it took forever to get it.

I ordered this item on 5/12. It arrived on 6/7. I received no updates on the order or shipping. The box was crushed and the item is completely unrelated to the one I ordered. There are no instructions for mounting, no hardware. It is shoddy and cheap and worth far less than I paid for it. It is going back immediately. “Light fixture”

Shipped way faster than expected, however the light was not hollow in the middle like the marketing photos make it look. We had to paint the center portion since we didn't have a white ceiling. It still looks good (see attached photo), but we might have made a different choice had we known the center was white. The dimmable remote took a few attempts to connect but worked in the end. “Worst Product & Customer Service Ever!”

There are not enough words to describe how horrible this company is. I bought a $700 light for our commercial site. It was new construction and the light was installed by a licensed electrician. The light had 5 different components, 4 of the 6 didn't work. Electrician took it down, I contacted the company. Company said we need a video to prove it doesn't work. I was pissed, so I had the electrician come back, reconfigure it again and take a video proving it's defective. Sent the video, then they proceed to tell me I have to try and fix it, they still won't refund us. The consumer is not responsible to fix defective products. They start talking about how my building electrical must be the problem, you have to be kidding me. By the way everytime.my electrican comes, we are paying. Literally, I'm attaching their emails and my video. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will not respond as a company in an appropriate manner. “I was ripped off.”

I ordered and paid for two set's of lights and only ever received one set of lights. I tried repeatedly to get the second set of lights with no luck. They refused to understand a set of lights is two matching lights as shown in there listing of the lights.

Beautiful fixture, exactly as pictured and described. Shipped really fast! Came a little defective but customer service was fantastic and offered a solution that was fair and acceptable! Would use again!

In placing the order there was no indication that the light fixture was shipping direct from China. This was only disclosed once the product was shipped a few days after the order date. It has already been 2 weeks and I have not received the fixture. I still do not have a respected arrival date.

“Everything broken with no refund or timely response.”

We received all (4) light fixtures completely smashed. So smashed that in opening the box, shards of glass fell out. I received a response days later that they would send me new globes. The shipping had already taken so long that I didn't trust that they would arrive by the time the electricians arrived so I asked for a refund. No response for days and that was only to replace the globes again. When I told them that this was not an option given the timeline (now a week later) they still have not responded and it's now been a month since ordering. I guess it's $900 down the drain! I've requested an RMA and refund…. Still nothing. And I don't have time to order anything else. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LAS SOLA!

“Nice light, but….”

The lamp looks very nice and gives good light, BUT it is a bit annoying, that it changes the color with every time you turn it on/off. Why is there no switch on the lamp where you can select between warm white/cold white/daylight and it keeps the selected setting? A bit disappointing.

“Buyer Beware”

Not only do some of the light fixtures we purchased from Las Sola do not look like the pictures online, some do not even meet USA standard code. Upon contacting customer service for returns they will come up with every imaginable reason not to return product. If they do finally tell you how to return products, you will pay for shipping to wherever they ask you to ship to, and you will pay a restocking fee (according to their policy). We have yet to see if they actually will refund anything that we have returned.

“Awesome lightning”

I actually bought four of these. Install them and they are magnificent. If you have the correct flooring, you get to see two images of them one on the ceiling and if you look down, they are so illuminating they actually illuminate the floor as well by their presence.

Who ever designed this light should after completing the design tried to put it together, the light needs special tools, impossible to find in any hardware store… also it didn't come with bolb

We hooked up the light, went to test it and every time we turned it on and off, it would switch between the different styles of white. No way to make it so it would stay on one color.
