Is laserpecker.net Legit?

Gloria did a great job helping me with my request. She had to coordinate with several other people to do this. She accomplished that quickly and professionally all the while keeping me in the loop and properly setting expectations. She does your company proud.

Customer care person, Camille, has been very nice and fast in answering all my questions. My order was a preorder and has been just dispatched respecting the times indicated at the moment of the order. Now can’t wait to receive and evaluate my LP5.

Good communication throughout. Good quality storage case. My only comment is that the bag is not big enough to accommodate all the attachments for the versatile roller and is a little pricey for what you get.

Had problems with ordering because I did not get an invoice automaticly and did not find out how to change payment method.Wrote an email to staff and was helped by Camille with very comforting and encouraging words.Thank you, hope the rest of the experience will be as good as the communication :-)

Protective glasses arrived broken and Chloe from customer service was very quick to get a new pair sent out.

Not only does LaserPecker make great laser products but their technical support has been responsive and helpful. As long as they keep coming out with innovative products, I'll keep buying them. Their lasers are easy to use, portable and powerful...great for the hobby laserist or the small business.

I received the LP5, but only the Basic and not the Ultimate Bundle as ordered. I immediately contacted customer support and they responded within 12 hours with tracking numbers of the remaining items for the Ultimate Bundle. Have not yet received them ( supposed to arrive today or tomorrow). Customer Service was prompt with a satisfactory response, but it should have been noted in the order confirmation email that the items were shipped separately. There was no indication that there was more than one shipment, causing a bit of anxiety for 12 hours when I thought I didn’t receive all I had ordered. This was the only reason for the missing star. What I did receive was extremely well packaged and all contents were visually perfect. Have not yet set anything up to try, but it “feels” and looks solid and well built. Can’t wait to try it out.

I ordered my LP5 in July, I finally got the at the end of October. But you have sent the wrong power cord. I was sent a UK power cord and I live in the US. I contacted customer service who said they would send a US cord but haven't. So I ordered and paid for my LP5 in July but still haven't even been able to use it. Considering I paid thousands for it. I would expect much better service.

This is a quality company with excellent customer relations. I had a hiccup with a small component but it was dealt with by Lin in a very professional manner.Thank you for your cooperation.

At first I had trouble connecting to my smartphone, but thanks to the careful advice of Lin at the support center, I was able to use it successfully.It was great helpful for me to have Lin's support.Product is pretty good.

I recently bought a Laserpecker LP2 to replace my Pro V1. The electric stand was intermittent but Chloe at LP Customer Service was very attentive and responsive and asked for a video to demonstrate the fault. Once received I was immediately notified that a replacement stand would be sent - all in short order (was warned that replacement cpuld take 10 to 20 days to arrive) but nonetheless, good responsive service.

I purchased a LP-1 in Dec of 2023 mainly for use as a way to apply my makers mark to my wood projects. I soon found out that this little device is truly amazing in it's capabilities and range of uses. There is definitely a learning curve to this machine, and the phone app could be a bit more user friendly, but still, a great addition to my toolbox. Unfortunately, I had a mechanical problem with the unit after 8 months, but the support team was terrific in handling an eventual replacement as per the warranty agreement. My support contact (Lin), was polite and professional throughout the entire experience and handled my case promptly. I would recommend LaserPecker to anyone who is interested in this type of product.

super experience! one of the best customer care I have ever encountered. assisted by Gloria, a really fast person in terms of response times, competent, kind and thoughtful, she has always found the most effective solution to my problems or my questions regarding technical questions on their products or regarding accessory services and/or logistics. excellent attention paid to the customer even after the resolution response, taking an interest in the actual resolution of the problem. I was super satisfied! really compliments to Gloria (who I now consider almost my personal assistant 🙂)

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Lin actually listened to my questions answered them thoroughly and found solutions to my difficulties and actioned them in a timely manner , this gentleman needs a pay rise!!

I already own the LaserPecker 2 and 4 and am so excited to add the Laserpecker 5 to the mix! These lasers produce BEAUTIFUL results, especially with photos. I can't wait to see what I can do with the new fiber laser. Customer service has been fantastic with communication though it does typically take a day to hear back due to time zone differences. If you're looking for a quality portable laser that can take your crafts to the next level THIS is the brand to go with! Don't just take my word for it though check out some of the results in the FB groups and on their YouTube channel and see for yourself! But be prepared once you SEE what these machines can do there's no turning back... you're gonna want to purchase one for yourself!
