Is lascana.com Legit?

I've been buying from Lascana for a couple years now and I find their service, quality, selection and prices all very good. If I need to make a return it is easy and quick.

I shopped with them for quite a while and I always love the clothes. I get compliments on their dresses all the time. When you get their emails, you can always make a good deal. Will definitely buy again.

I have ordered from Lascana USA on multiple occasions. My wife absolutely loves their products, the quality is amazing, shipping is usually very fast and free lol. So far I would heavily recommend giving them a shot, beats supporting those Chinese companies with cheap quality clothing.

Returns are ridiculous. I spent $100. Returned 1 top, very cheap looking & colors way off in person. So their “happy returns “ for a $26. Item they deduct $6.95 return fee, then another $4.95 because I originally got free shipping so now they’re punishing me and taking that away! My refund is $15.00!!! Rip off company

I ordered a swim suit and dress. Both were quality items, but i ordered the wing size. The return processis arduous. It says returns are free but they charge you a little over $6 for shipping if you use the label they provide. I suggest getting a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks and they haven't processed the return yet (it's July of the covid crisis so ymmv). I was able to speak with a representative when I called.

I have bought quite a few things, in every category. The problem, it was OK when I first ordered a couple years ago. But the quality has not changed at all. The quality is average, but their prices have gone up. What used to cost 30 now cost 50.It’s a shame because the quality is not that good.

It's exhausting to see so many cute things under way too many 'names' only to find out they are all from China with very questionable quality ( mostly low) and returns expensive or non existent. Change the names to bring on more dissatisfied customers.. They could all be very successful.. Charge more. Make quality clothes.

Very disappointed in my recent order. All the tops are thin and semi/transparent and made in China even though they keep saying American. I wouldn’t believe that! Everything is made of viscose so it’s practically disposable clothing—wear one time and forget it because it will end up in a shriveled wrinkled ball even if washed on Delicate or dissolve if dry-cleaned! None of the sizes are consistent. I would wear a 10 in one jegging and would need a size 14 in same jegging but different print. I just returned all of my $525 order. Don’t waste your time. Buy US!

The items I received were poor quality and ill fitting. There is a charge to return items. Then they charge you a promotional fee, which they don't tell you about, or if they do, it is not easily disclosed. Also, if your items are shipped separately, they count it as two different orders and you have to pay two different return shipping fees and promotional fees. This company is shady!

This clothing is so cheap and poorly made that it’s almost unbelievable. The sizing is off and it will NOT hold up in a washer. The jewelry is hollow plastic. It’s the lowest quality costume jewelry that I’ve ever seen in my life—worse than baby toy jewelry. Not only will I never buy anything from Lascana again, I feel like it’s important for me to warn others.

I have a lot of your clothes and I like them but can’t you incorporate more colors? Everything is muted and I really like jewel colors like emerald green, blue red, saphfire etc. the colors all your clothes are in other than black are not good for my skin tone so I’m pulling back on ordering. There are so many great colors in the winter palate but your company tends to favor spring and fall

The dress I received was 4 inches longer in the front. It was not a flattering fit. In order to return the dress, I was charged back for the "free shipping" I received when I placed my order, and was charged a promotional fee...in total, it was nearly $11 more. In addition, I would need to pay additionally to ship it back. In order to avoid additional shipping charges to send it back, I have to drive to a special return store....This extra return cost was not made clear at the time of purchase, so buyer beware!! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the item arrived fairly quickly.

I placed an order via phone with an agent to confirm it would be available for Saturday delivery. Paid significantly extra for the service. Then on the day the package was due to arrive I had to contact them to find out it would not be delivered due to a “surge in orders.” I’m going away on vacation. Now I have to arrange for someone to pick up the box and go through the hassle of a return process. AND, I have to run around now and try to find some replacement items. Way to make your customers fix YOUR mistake, LaScana. Obviously you think we’re all on your payroll.

Placed 2 orders and each time i was notified after shipping that my bill had increased.Unable to reach customer service for answer.Will not order again.

Can we not see this is a scam website? Many bathing suits are copied pictures from the brand Venus. Ridiculous that we can’t trust ordering online anymore

Haven’t been able to buy anything because the sizes are always gone. Mostly on bras always the very small sizes left. Either the cup you want isn’t available in the band you want or vice versa. They keep advertising the same product but don’t replenish the sizes.

I had a really awful experience with them & would never order there again. Placed an order on an item on a short backorder. No confirmation email, order number, confirmation of any kind. The date came and went by over a month and it said 'available this week' so I tried to order again. I did get an email this time though no order number. Week after week went by with no update or communication. Today I get two charges and they claim they can only find the one order. Great, but I have two charges. They suggest I return the item for a refund which would leave me with no item and one charge. No one was able to help me and there was zero empathy for the situation. I never write reviews but this was awful and feels scammy

Bought lascana swim suit frommsil order.I am a 14 but ordered 14 and 16 for choice.Started with 14. Wouldn't budge past knees.Disheartened thought it would be the 16Also wouldn't budge past knees.LUDICROUSLY SMALL SIZES and not cheap either. Final time of trying lascana clothing. I'm not fat. I buy a 12 in Seasalt!!!!!

Absolute worst experience ever! Three weeks and ended up with NO order. No communication just we are sorry but it cancelled.

I ordered some bathing suits for my daughter. Garnets arrived very fast and shipped for free. I needed to return due to size and they made it super easy to do so w a prepaid shipping label that arrived w my original shipment! All I had to do was drop the package at the UPS or post office and I had a refund w/in 3 days! I wish ALL online businesses made it this easy! I've had a great experience on this website. The website itself is well laid out and the photos of the clothing are beautiful. I bought a dress and had no problems with it. The shipping was quick. I got my order within a few days of ordering it. I was also surprised to find it came with return label. I was impressed by this. I would say sizing is true to size. There is a sizing chart for reference. I would recommend Lascana.

“Check Temu first.”

I purchased a dress for $64 only later to find out it was on Temu for $14. When I addressed it with them they said that said I was not u eligible for a return as it was after the return date.
