The product arrived after almost a month because it was shipped through the postal service. But they arrived well packed and I had no complaint. However I had some minor issues with the customs duties and L&J went out of its way to help me with it, Great after-sales service in my book.

Very easy to contact customer service. They were quick and efficient in their response and very fast to resolving the issue. I was truly impressed by the speed in answering and resolving the matter

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience shopping with them. I ordered two watches, and it took almost three weeks for them to arrive. When they did, one of the watches was not what I had ordered. I wrote to customer service, and they told me they would resend the correct watch. However, it took almost another three weeks, and on top of that, I had to pay $68 in customs taxes, which was not specified at the time of purchase. I asked them to reimburse the amount, but they told me it wasn’t their responsibility and they could only refund half of that amount. No thank you; I will never shop here again.

This was my first time ordering from them, I loved everything!! It came with very nice packaging and i really liked their communication as they provide you with options if there was a certain problem. Customer service, fast response and product quality are all top notch!

Initially, I had doubts about purchasing the watch, but after placing the order, I was extremely pleased with the product. The watches are stylish and ideal for elegant outfits. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding—Larson and Jeggings offer polite and genuine support. A special thanks to SOPHIEand JOHN for patiently addressing all my questions. Avoid at all costs! Ordered on 12th July and still not arrived despite website stating delivery in 1-2 days. Similar to other customers have been advised the watches were 'accidently shipped' from US and that is the reason for the delay. Delivery now advised as 2nd Aug!!Customer service terrible, slow to respond, don't answer questions and they really don't care once they have your money.

I purchased 2 watches during their 1 for 1 promotion. The watches did not arrive on time, they arrived only after 7 weeks. Having said that, the L&J support team were excellent in providing me timely updates on the status of my parcel.They were transparent and responsive.The watches arrived and are beautiful.I have no regrets in purchasing them!

Ordered two watches and the watch sizer. Watches are so beautiful and amazing quality. I used the watch sizer after watching the "how-to" video and was able to remove links myself. Fast shipping, great pricing, and beautiful products. Would definitely buy again!

Terrible - ordered on the two for one offer on 10th July which was sold as Express Delivery. Apparently now stuck at Customs and I have to pay a fee to release upon receipt of a letter. I never signed up or was made aware of this and L & J have admitted it was their error that the watches were sent from US and not UK warehouse. They will apparently refund Customs fee but I have received no letter yet and it will be at least £50 which is a lot to pay. From looking at other reviews it appears this is occurring regularly and it looks like there is something fishy going on with what used to be a good company. The buy one get one free sale has been showing as ending in 23 hours 59 seconds for weeks. Clearly the company is in difficulty has cut staff and is cutting corners with false claims about where delivery is originating from and are having a final clearance of stock and misleading customers along the way. I await someone actually resolving this matter to my satisfaction.Customer service take ages to respond and no shipping updates are received directly from L&J.

I love my new BF mini gold 33 mm, I think is the perfect size to make me look Sophisticated and classic. I had a lot of compliments when I’m wearing my watch, I recommend this one if you looking for elegant watches

About a month ago, i received this watch as a gift, and let me tell you that since then this watch hasn’t left my wrist. It is perfect! So classy, soo sophisticated can be worn by anyone, i absolutely LOVE IT! I have also been washing with it sometimes because i have forgotten to take it off, and the watch has been water-resistant like it says! Its perfect don't hesitate but go for that watch don't think twice i promise you will love it!

Giving 2 rather than 1 star, because the customer service is efficient in replying.However, my order has not arrived after over one month from purchase.No where it said “shipment from US, additional cost will apply”. From a document received from this brand, they indicated that “customs will be payed by consignee”. I never agreed to additional costs and since the order is blocked in customs, they wont give me my money back.I regret having ordered anything with this company.

I placed an order around June 28th for two watches during their buy one get one sale. I purchased the Vivid Elevate 32mm in rose gold and the Boyfriend Mini 31mm rose gold as I was waiting for the boyfriend mini to restock. After placing my order, the team from Larsson has notified me that the boyfriend mini 31mm was actually unavailable due to system error and asked how I would like to proceed. I really wanted the boyfriend mini as it has been one my wishlist for a while and they notified me that they could ship that watch to me at a later date once restocked, which I happily said yes to. I’ve talked with Sophie, Peta, and John and they have been absolutely amazing. I have yet to receive my watches but I am excited to wear them once they come in!

Arrived very quickly. It was shipped UPS 2nd day air without having to pay/request for expedited shipping. The watches are beautiful! They feel like they are made with high quality materials. The packaging and box is very nice. I will mention that in all the unboxing videos I've seen, including the ones on Larson & Jennings website, the watches always have a thin, clear, protective cover over the watch face, however, neither of my watches had this. I don't know if that indicates that I received a returned product, but regardless, the products that I received were in good condition. I will definitely be returning to purchase more from Larson & Jennings in the future.

The customer service is outstanding. I had a damaged package that never made it - they responded within 12 hrs of receiving my email and offered immediately to replace the watch. They even let me change the watch at the last minute. Thank you John and Sophie!
