Extremely misleading. We bought a duvet cover from here. Every single picture of the duvet cover is the full set. Duvet cover and two pillow cases. Only a duvet cover arrived. Never in my life have I bought a duvet cover that does not include pillow covers. Now to buy the cases is the same price, making this a lot more expensive than it should be

Overall I'm happy quality and service is super - and I appreciate the return policy. It just frustrating that much of the furniture (sofas and armchairs) come in such limited colours. I have a small space and they have nothing that is small enough, or if it is small enough comes in only 2 or 3 colours. Oh well!

La Redoute partner with Tamdis in Spain (Malaga) for delivery and assembly of furniture. The Tamdis delivery and assembly men did not follow the assembly instructions (not sure why as they are pretty basic) and in a couple of instances took shortcuts by using screws directly into wood not into the designated guiding holes. They lied about there being any damage or issues with the assembly. As a result they caused permanent damage to the furniture and because they didn't use the guiding holes the shelves aren't symmetrical. La Redoute need to seriously reconsider their partner for delivery and assembly as it damages their own reputation when you exeprience this

Excellent delivery. Although I have not used the bed linen yet the quality seems very good. Will use the company again .

This was my first experience with La Redoute - I bought some baby clothes. I had doubts during the process and got a quick response from the customer service employee through chat. The delivery was quick (5 days), the clothes look exactly as in the pictures and appear to be of good quality (I still haven't washed or used them so can't comment on durability at this point).Will definitely buy again!

Absolutely love this brand and to be now able to order in Spain, even more brilliant. Homeware fabrics have such beautiful patterns I could keep buying duvet covers!!!
