I went to customer service to resolve this - either by their tracking down the laptop and getting it sent to me, or by their refunding me. They've been unable to do either so far - saying that they have an 'investigation open' with DPD that was due to be resolved within 10 days (it's now been two weeks). I can't have this large of a charge on my card and nothing to show for it. Don't recommend ever using this company for anything.

Easy to order and delivered the next day!!

I ordered a new Chromebook from Laptop Outlet. It was by far the best price and exactly the model I was looking for. I chose the standard delivery and it arrived within a couple of days with tracking from DPD. Exactly as expected, new with all the seals intact on the box, so I am really happy with my purchase.

Very quick delivery and laptop arrived in great condition. All specs were exactly as advertised. Laptop was clean and factory reset. It came with a charger and a manual.

Easy navigation and overall a good shopping experience. The laptop was delivered within 3 days and was of good quality. The specs were great for the money especially when the price dropped. The one issue I had was when the pictures and descriptions showed that it had 120hz refresh rate but the specifications stated it is only 60hz and upon usage it is only 60 so the specs was correct. However it is just a small inconvenience and I do recommend the site for buying laptops.

The Gigabyte laptop came very quickly and was well packaged. It seems to work very well and the installation was easy.
