I bought a hard-to-find replacement LiPo battery pack for my Linx 14" Tesco-branded laptop (similar to a Teclast). The photo shows how swollen the old battery pack had become! The replacement battery pack was despatched quickly and, although it was slightly delayed in the Christmas post, the Laptop Parts Shop responded quickly to my query about it. The battery arrived in perfect condition, having been very well wrapped (with bubble wrap, foam in a cardboard box, all inside a large envelope. Make sure you ask for the right variant for your laptop, so that all the screw holes are in the correct places. The battery charged up nicely and the laptop is as good as new now. I was a bit sceptic as this was my first order from them, but everywhere else the price was double and together with the price of transport on other sites I would be better off with buying a new laptop. I was surprised to receive DHL message after a few days from placing the order. The received package was opened, and on my surprise, I found EXIT sign inside (picture included). Send an email thinking that some huge mistake was made in delivery, but shortly, even the time difference is 8 hours, I received a very polite answer that for security purposes the battery was packed inside the sign. I opened the sign and there it was my brand new battery. The Asus Zenbook laptop is already happy, working with the fully charged battery.

I put this new batterie in my portable computer end... not work. It's impossible to charge it, no light no possibilities to use this batterie. The quality is not present, no buy here...
