This review is for the customer service I received from this vendor. I ordered a battery for my ASUS laptop, but unfortunately chose the wrong model battery and so I could not use it. Totally my fault. I contacted the store and explained what happened. They said that return shipping (which I would need to pay for, fair) to China would be about as expensive as the battery itself, so it wasn't practical for me to return the battery. Instead they offered to reimburse me if 1) another customer in the US needed this battery and I could send it to them, or 2) if that didn't happen after several months, they would refund me the cost of the battery.After several months and no word, I reached back out to inquire about the refund. They processed it immediately. Although there was a long delay between my purchase and refund I think the company went out of their way to accommodate me for a mistake I made. The customer service responses were always prompt and helpful. I would use this shop again, though I would do my research a bit better next time to make sure I picked the correct product.

I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, an Asus A15 with a 90 WH battery. They emailed me right away in order to confirm that the battery I needed was the correct version which was appreciated.When I received the battery it fit my laptop perfectly and after charging and using it for a bit, I noticed that it actually had a higher capacity (95 WH) than the OEM one which was a nice bonus. For the price I'm more than happy.

Really happy with my purchase - got a new battery for my Acer Chromebook as it's health was at 70%. New battery arrived within 2 weeks (it shipped from CN) - packaging was excellent and protective - and the battery itself had all the exact same markings as the OEM aside from the Acer logo. Health is 97% now - so really happy overall with my shopping experience.

Since it came from China, it got held at the customs and I had to pay a small handling fee + VAT, but thankfully the declared value on the package was low so it wasn't much. I also realize this is outside of the webshop's control so nothing anyone can do about that. The total time since ordering upon receiving was 2 weeks. To avoid doubt with the proper battery type, the exact specification of the battery was double-checked by the seller. After placing the order I had a brief email correspondance, where they wanted to make sure that I got the correct battery, which I did.Shipping to Denmark took something like 3 weeks, but on the order hand, there were no additional fees or taxes, so all in all a good experience.

The battery fits fine and runs the laptop. In spite of having cycled it below 20% three times it does not reach 100% charge but only 97%. The indicator on the laptop never indicates that the battery is fully charged. The shipping took longer than expected. The battery functions well enough to recommend the seller.

These guys sell knock off batteries that don't fit! And good luck trying to return it! They say they have an easy return - not a chance. You have to spend $30+ to ship back to China! ***UPDATE*** The company has been in contact with me and has graciously sent me a full refund. It seems their customer care is pretty good. ***UPDATE*** At first the battery seemed to work fine. It was calibrated fine and I could see in the Windows tray when it was charging and how much percentage was left. I checked the battery diagnostics and found the battery was made over 4 years ago. Then, after 1 month of use, the battery would no longer charge and the tray said there was 0% left and even though it was plugged in, it wouldn't charge. It's been a waste of time and money. I am very disappointed.
