First issue was the 2 doors. When they arrived they had frosted glass. These are doors that will look out onto a garden. This was not specified at the point of ordering. After weeks of getting nowhere we were told we just had to buy more expensive doors and then we would get the clear glass. Remains unresolved.Then we took delivery of 7 windows. In oak. They did not supply enough window bars. They told me we did not order enough. But they did the order in store. Why would we only use bars on half of the windows???In fact we were 26 short. That was over 2 months ago. We chased customer services and had visits to the store. I have just returned from yet another visit to them. They gave me a mix of bars that they had in stock. I have to find some way to cut the complicated moulded ends. Altogether a very unsatisfactory experience having spent over €12000 with them.

Avoid this store. Even with a pro account that does not guarantee you will get your products ordered when they say. Not talking days of delays we are talking months. No apologies no discount no communication. Very bad customer service. Always que in store to order items because rarely is anything in stock. Avoid Avoid Avoid. All staff and management need to wake up and even read some of the reviews as they all say the same thing.

We have bought 6 oak double glazed windows from Lapeyre over the last few years, and every one of them is failing, with the protective seal coming off and drip beading warping.We have complained and showed them photos, etc but they seem to have no intention of dealing with the problem.Very disappointing service. Will definitely avoid them from now on

Not even worth 1 star but can't put less. Lapeyre saintes . Take your money in Dec18 then ignore emails as we Live in the uk so can't go into shop or phone. They ignore your requests take more money and then ignore again. We were meant to have our comet fitted today but at 3pm this doesn't look like it's going to happen. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THE STAFF CALL U A LIAR AND THEN DONT DELIVER THE GOODS.

Massively disappointed with my kitchen. Not cheap, but it looks it. Extremely poor finishing: doors not evenly hung; gap between the foot boards and the cupboards; gaps between the worktop and the backsplash. Really wish I had gone to Ikea.

Ive bought windows and doors from Lapeyre for 3 houses. Recently I ordered a wood front door amongst other things. The door was ordered in Sept/ Oct 2018 and was only made available in February. There was no apology from Lapeyre for this. Indeed I went to collect the door on the 1 December 2018 when I was told it was available and when I arrived. It was not at the Perigueux store. When the door finally arrived it seems that it was covered in a film of some kind. I have since been told it has a factory finish. I never asked for this. Im unable to paint the door white now too as the interior cross bar is also brown. Ive called Lapeyre Perigueux on 3 occassions and they have told me to get in touch with aftersales service and there is nothing they can do. Im appauled at their lack of customer service and help.
