Is laladaisy.com Legit?

I checked the batch code (found on the bottom of the jar and box) of the cleansing balm I ordered from this site, and it was OVER 3 YEARS OLD! I will not be ordering from this site again. If I were you, I'd pay a little more for guaranteed fresh product(s) that can be easily returned if necessary.

Tried to order some items through the site using PayPal and it kept saying my IP address was blacklisted. I have never seen anything like that when ordering anything online before. Seems like a red flag this is a scam site.

This is my second order with LaLa Daisy. I really like this company because they seem to care about what the client receives. Each time the items were beautifully packaged, authentic and arrived so much earlier than their estimated arrival time. They care enough to ship super timely and beautifully wrapped showing care for the products they are selling, AND that they care about my opinion of them. Just as importantly they are competitive in their pricing. Sure there are some that might seem slightly cheaper, but when I look at the service provided by LLD - well, there just is "no comparison." Thanks so much LLD!

After considering buying TrueFitt and Hill cologne from this site, it's clear from the comments that there's a risk the product will be "seconds" or shop-ruined (sat in a truck in the sun for a week, etc.) counterfeit or damaged. Will not order - prefer to pay the full price directly from TF and H than risk being cheated by a company with a bad reputation and no return policy

Not NewThe items I purchased were not new - which explains the great price. I know this because new products I've purchased from the manufacturer are wrapped in plastic. I'm taking two stars because the website doesn't state that some products could be returns, seconds, etc. That stated, the containers are full and contents appear to be legitimate, so I'll keep them; however, I won't purchase again from this company. Fast and free shipping!

Purchased from the this company multiple times over the course of 2 years. Authentic products at a fantastic price. I hope they never go out of business. Oh, did I mention free shipping with no minimum?

I had high hopes for this shopping website I recently discovered. I ordered Image face spf cream but unfortunately the expiration was only 4 months, not long enough to use the product. Sad to say that in this circumstance they wouldn't pay for a prepaid shipping label unless I opted for store credit instead of a refund. The cost for me to pay for return shipping would have been half the amount of my entire order. Lesson learned. Just wish I knew this before doing business with them. Side note, It seems to be my experience that anytime I order off a Facebook ad I am always disappointed.

I ordered 8 Peter Thomas Roth SPF 30 and every single one had the plug at the bottom fallen out with all its lotion gone as well. Unfortunately I noticed this after their 30 day return window so no return. LaLa Daisy seems to be buying up very cheap, slightly flawed products and then reselling these cheap.

LaLa Daisy is the BEST! I stumbled upon LaLa Daisy a few years ago and now never want to live without it! They offer top tier beauty products at a fraction of the price. I thought i hadn’t received a shipping tracking number once (it was in my junk mail) and had to call and was able to speak a REAL person on the other side of the phone without dealing with automated messages. Their customer service is superb and my shipments unusually arrive 2-3 days from placing my order! Seriously, what’s not to love?! Thank you LaLa Daisy for keeping my skin glowing!

Received two Davines products that smelled terrible. One of them had alcohol and acted like hairspray even thought it is a spray on conditioner. I've used these products for years and these bottles had something else in them.

I'm a new customer of this company's I stumbled over them googling some facial products I've been paying $95 total for with this company I was able to continue purchasing my favorite face scrub and moisturizer cream and saved over $50 thank you so much! I will definitely spread the word.

Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for years & have only had to use customer service once when there was an issue with UPS not being able to deliver to my PO Box. Tara was great and sent me a new order via USPS since the first order couldn’t be delivered.

I am surprised to read so many negative reviews. I have been shopping LaLa Daisy for over a year and I have never had a problem. My order is always correct and arrives in a timely matter. Can’t write about customer service as I have never had any need to use them. Mg

Just ordered Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast 7.5 oz and EVO Water Killer Dry Shampoo 4.3 oz. Received them in 5 days and I live in a rural area. Both products were exactly as I have ordered from other places and were top notch. I called twice and was greeted with excellent customer service. I ordered a Foreo Luna Play Plus Facial Cleansing Brush from LaLa Daisy but the wrong item was shipped to me. I was instructed to return the incorrect item but then LaLa Daisy rejected the return!!!

I ordered a shampoo that did not live up to its description or expectation. When I called customer service to ask about how to return the item I used once (spoke w/Tara) I was advised they DO NOT take returns. This was my first order and will def. be my last.

I’ve been shopping at LaLa Daisy since 2019. All the products I have received are authentic and well packaged. They use a heavy duty tape on the caps and not once have I received a spilled or damaged product. I’m pleased with their shipping and I receive my items rather quick. I save a lot with Lala Daisy. Happy to have found their site.
