Lady Black Tie customer service is exceptional. They contacted me in a timely manner with any issues I had with no problems. They handled my return very well. JUST WHEN I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A THING IF THE PAST... I experienced the Lady Black Tie excellence!My daughter had tried on several prom dresses in multiple stores, and we were sure of the size. She decided on a dress from the Lady Black Tie website. When she tried it on, it was definitely the most beautiful, but was too small. I shipped the dress back, thinking it was going to take several days to get the exchange. I was nervous because her prom is in a couple of weeks, so I sent an email to inform LBT. To my surprise, LBT responded the same day I shipped the item and had the replacement in the mail the very next day! I will definitely continue to shop here. Their level of service is PRICELESS!

Make sure you want the dress or anything from their website before ordering. You have to pay for the return (and the dresses are heavy so $$$$ to return) and they only give you store credit. The dresses are great quality but the two I ordered are made for a specific body type. I'm athletic and have a decent figure but these still bunched and looked so unflattering. I am super disappointed and not have a $225 credit to a website I'll never buy from again.

Poor quality. Does not offer refunds. Would not recommend. Better off ordering cheap dress off Amazon.

Horrible customer service. Does not offer a full refund even when item is not listed as described. Makes you pay for shipping returns too which is like $14 dollars. Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Purchase the same dress from a different site.UPDATE: I’ve emailed the site and will update review to say whether or not they have resolved my issue. I also noticed they deleted my review of the dress with my issue on their website.

Wow this store is absolutely amazing! Great quality dresses, super fast delivery and the BEST costumer service ever!!! 10/10 SO thankful for this store, the owner and their costumer service team really came through for our family and we are forever grateful! Poor quality. Horrible tailoring. I purchased $369 dress and the dress that was delivered was not even tailored correctly. Horrible customer service and they do not return the money. Store credit for buying poor quality clothes again. Do not recommend them at all

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience while at your store. She tried on 4 dresses and the last one was meant for her and she felt like a princess. The two women who helped her were wonderful and so helpful! She can’t wait for prom and to wear the dress!

Do not purchase from Lady Black Tie (especially online). Online, they only offer a store credit, you are required to pay to have the item shipped to you (US$14) and shipped back to the merchant (CA$10).I unfortunately was not satisfied with the quality of the product. the packaging in which it arrived, the quality of the dress leads you to believe you purchased a dress for $10 on "Wish". The seams we’re not aligned, there were uneven stitching on the back of the dress causing “bumps”.

We were greeted by a knowledgeable staff. They explained the procedure of picking 4 dresses and going directly to the fitting room. It was so easy. There were two of us shopping together and as we finished with a dress we hung it outside the room and got new ones. The process was so easy. We each got ourselves the perfect prom dress. I could not have been happier. My suggestion to anyone thinking about shopping at this amazing store: Go early! You will want to try on so many dresses to get just the perfect dress. I am 6 ft tall and I found a dress long enough. My friend is much shorter but needs a dress with a fuller bust, she found the perfect dress. It really was a great experience! My order came very quickly. The items were high quality and looked just as expected. The fit was just right as well. The customer service at Lady Black Tie is excellent! Highly recommend!

I placed an order by accident (more items were in bag than intended). I reached out to company IMMEDIATELY through email as they did not answer their phone as it was Sunday. Monday at 9:00 I receive an email saying the items shipped out already which is a RIDICULOUS response as it wasn’t even placed until Sunday afternoon and there was no way that a UPS pickup could’ve been scheduled so quick. When I asked for a manager’s contact information to speak to on the matter, the email stopped responding.This is TERRIBLE customer service and so disappointing. Tried calling multiple times to speak to someone and no one. Again, I understand policy but I reached out immediately to correct the issue.EDIT: Nowhere did it say you cannot cancel or modify your order according to your policies. For my email, I asked to speak with a manager and did not get any response. I called and the message says to email or call back during business hours. I called back during business hours and still no response.

We drove over an hour to Lady Black Tie and feel it was well worth it. The staff was curtious and explained exactly what the process to try dresses on is, as well as, the timeline in the dressing room per person. They were helpful without being pushy. It's not a large expansive boutique, but I think for that reason, it is run effectively and efficiently. It gives anyone going in there a chance to try on dresses without having an hour to 3 hour wait like other similar boutiques. The selection of dresses is great!

Very disappointed to have received another customer’s invoice and dress. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it (no return label) and wait for store credit to get the $140 dress I paid for. I appreciate the fast shipping, but I would have rather waited another week if it meant receiving what I ordered!Update: mistakes happen. I’ve been given a return label and my dress will be shipped today. Thank you. Excellent customer service!

The dress is just breath taking!! I have NO regrets of purchasing this dress. The material has a light stretch and is very comfortable to wear. The dress itself is flattering!! I have received many compliments about it. I am beyond happy to have made the decision to get this beautiful dress. The dress is exactly like the picture on their site. The material is gorgeous and the delivery didn't take long!

Horrible companyOrdered my prom dress 5 weeks before the event and was lied to about the shipment date repeatedly. I contacted them 2 weeks before my prom and told them I needed the dress by the event date and they promised the dress was shipping out that weekend. The dress never arrived and they stopped responding to me. At the last minute I had to buy a another dress for my prom or miss it and the worst part is that they shipped the dress after the prom and now I’m stuck with it.Stay away from this company or you will be sorry like I was .****UPDATE: More Lies, I responded to LadyBlackTie through Trust Pilot and provided my full name with order number and never received a reply. SO DECEITFUL

My daughter found a dress in a local shop that she loved except she wanted it in red and they didn't have it. She found Lady Black Tie online and saw the exact dress she wanted. We ordered the dress on Wednesday and received it Saturday! It is beautiful, exactly what she was looking for and $60 cheaper through Lady Black Tie!! I must admit, I initially had some reservations about ordering after reading some negative reviews but I'm so glad I went forward with the purchase. The dress is exactly what she wanted, fast shipment, and easy tracking through the USPS tracking number I was provided in my confirmation email. No need to download any app. We will definitely order from this shop in the future!!

Dress didn't ship in time. We ordered 3 weeks ahead! Return policy is in store credit only and they would not cancel the order even though we asked before it even left there building! So disappointing!!

if i could give more stars i would, i recently purchased a dress off the website and the quality was amazing but i just didn’t like the way it looked on me so i sent it back and got a different one. their customer service is amazing! they have quick replies and are super nice and they actually sort things out for you. 100% recommend
