Very quick answear to my emails - no AI bot, but real nice humans like Kobba, Roos or Angie, who write super nicely and take their time to write a long email with suggestions how to take care of my trousers or shirts.I had a problem with my trousers. Guess what, they just sent me a new pair and I could even keep the old ones.What a great customer orientated company.

Update: Customer care got in touch once again, and having had trouble with UPS locating the original item, have sent a replacement plus a gift for the hassle. Curteous and admirable effort in trying to rectify the problem so updated review to reflect this. Original: Ordered item over 8 days ago, shipping label was created the following day but has not updated since and courier still dont have the package. Contacted labfresh customer care, said it was with courier and that they would chase and update me the following day. The following day has been and gone. Poor experience, evidently a bit of a scam. Take your custom elsewhere.

I’m really impressed with LabFresh. The clothing is high-quality, looks great, and actually does what it promise, stays clean and fresh much longer than anything else I’ve worn. Their customer service is also excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something innovative and durable!

Great fit and perfect prevention for sweaty arm pits!

After ordering several types of clothes I can confirm the high quality of products. After being sceptical about the durability of the clothes, my mind was changed when using the shirts. Usually I’m able to wear one shirt for 4 days after which I have to explain to friends, family and colleagues why that’s possible. The sustainability, mindset and customer service is exquisit and other companies could learn a lot from LABFRESH. For a business trip to Taiwan (38 degree plus) i bought some Labfresh clothing, the result was amazing! No longer wondering if my sweat stains are visible, no longer changing shirts because they are wet. The price is worth it. One T-shirt showed a stripe after washing it a few times, reported it to customer service and without hesitation Labfresh changed the shirt for a new one! Thats customer care on a different level. I had a bit of an issue with the fit of a pair of pants I bought at LABFRESH, but I have to say the customer service really surprised me (in a good way!). From Simon to Sara, everyone was super helpful. I received a quick response, and they made sure I got the return label and refund without any problems.What I appreciated the most was how friendly and personal the whole experience was. They really took the time to check in with me and made sure everything was sorted. It’s not often you deal with a company where the customer service is this good.The whole process was fast and easy, and I felt like they really cared about helping me. It was a great launch party. The new Seawool and how it is made was very well presented. The Seawool reminds me of Merino - but without the hassle and delicate care. Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Can’t wait for their future innovations.

I have been a customer now for 3-4 years, and have around 30 of their t-shirts.The first ones i received were amazing, and the quality was amazing!But the last 5-7 shirts i have received, have all shrinked after being washed (no tumble dryer), with at least 4-6 cmI have been in contact with their customer service, which are really doing a great job - but with a product that is loosing its quality that quickly and with that price tag - then its not worth it.

Been slowly but steadily becoming more of a fan. I started with the trenchcoat but by now have a bunch of t-shirts, knitted and formal shirts, performance pants and sweaters. Whenever I have needed customer support, e.g. to change sizes, they have always been very responsive. Only once have I had a quality issue (a zipper that broke) and that was solved by sending a completely new product. Highly recommended.

I spent a small fortune at that club anyway.But a year later, the performance pants are disappointing to me in terms of quality. And yes, always followed the washing advice.I have now ordered 1 more to see how it stays.If that goes in the same direction again, I'm done with this firm..

I ordered the sweat resistant under shirt and unfortunately it does not work well for people that tend to sweat more than others. In 18 degree weather, I continued to sweat to my dress shirt as if I was wearing a regular under shirt. The under shirts I purchased from another company work much better. Those are more bulky so I was really hoping these would work since they are much nicer in style and material bulkiness.

So I got a shirt in my regular size and despite trying it on, it turned out a bit too tight after washing. After many helpful emails, the company sent me a different size to try with the assurance that they would even send me another size if necessary. The new size fits like a glove. So be sure that the slim fit is a pretty slim fit and, more importantly, that the customer service is outstanding. They have been nothing but helpful and super friendly.

Personally, I think that if you call a short non-iron, the second sentence under the description of it on another page shouldn’t be explaining that you need to iron or steam between washes. I like the shirts, but to call them non-iron when not ironing removes their other benefits is misleading at best. If you get these shirts, accept that they are either non-iron or stain repellent, but they are not both.
