Is kytebaby.com Legit?

I don’t know if I was tricked, but I placed an order over a month ago. The order never arrived, I looked at the email to try to track the package and it won’t even track that. I then go the store link provided, and it is now a completely different store with a men’s clothing line! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess that’s what I get for ordering off insta through a person getting paid to promote it.

Placed an order from the IS to the UK . Kyte baby are meant to pay the duty but it has not been paid . I reached out to them on email 4 days ago and no reply and messaged them on instagram and they just said you need to wait for the email ….. totoally unhelpful .So I can’t collect my much needed order and it’s at risk of being sent back .KYTE BABY SORT THIS OUT !! SOMETHING SO SIMPLE SHOUJD NOT BE THIS FRUSTRATING AND COMPLICATED

I am really dissapointed in how much the prices have gone up. Just 2 years ago i bought adult blankets for $135 snd and now they are up to $190?! Who can afford these prices?! I love this brand but sadly cannot continue purchasing from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My order never came after waiting over a month. All of a sudden my email doesn't work to log in or my order #. I've asked for a refund and they are giving me the run around.

Sickened to hear how you treat your employees. As a "family/baby friendly" brand, the way you treat employees who are new parents is absolutely deplorable. I will insist that all the new/future parents in my circle stay away as well. If you cannot operate with basic human decency, I hope you simply become an sad example to other companies that this abuse will not be tolerated by the consumer. DO BETTER.

I was a huge fan of Kyte baby but after finding out how they treated their employee with a baby in NICU I'm seriously disappointed! For a brand that's all about families, you'd expect them to do better- no actually you'd expect them to set the gold standard. Sadly I won't be buying anymore from them :(

Kyte Baby- Worth the Hype. Kyte makes amazing products that are incredibly soft and soothing to sensitive skin. Because they are so stretchy they last significantly longer than other baby clothes/pjs. They have fun and engaging social media and customer service is great if you ever have any issues.

My toddler has slept in Kyte Baby since he was born. From crib sheets, sleep sacks, rompers, bodysuits, footies, toddler pjs, and blankets, I think we have just about one of everything! The softness and quality of the material is our favorite. I even wear Kyte almost every day. We have only ever had good experiences with the customer service and social media teams :)

I discovered Kyte Baby when my oldest was gifted a sleep bag for her first birthday. I was amazed at how soft the fabric felt and how it remained that way, even after multiple washes. Fast forward a couple of years and it’s all my youngest can wear to soothe her sensitive, eczema-prone skin. With both daytime and nighttime clothing options, baby girl’s skin and wardrobe have never looked better. Highly recommend this brand and all of their products!

Kyte Baby was the first bamboo brand we tried after our daughter was born and it quickly became (and has stayed!) our favorite due to the amazing quality and variety of prints and colors. We use the blankets on our daughters bed, the couch, and have even gotten the grandparents involved now too! Kyte will be a mainstay in our family for a long time to come.

Kyte baby truly is such a big part of my motherhood experience, the confidence of safe sleep is so important to me. My son also has eczema and sleeps soundly without scratching in his rompers that last so long he is also waaay bigger than my daughter and I’m grateful for the longevity and stretch of the bamboo!

We absolutely love Kyte Baby in our home. The blankets are a favorite, especially for couch cuddles, and my boys exclusively wear Kyte to bed! Any interactions we have had with the customer service team have been excellent, they really care about their customers.

I found Kyte Baby when my oldest was 6 months. Since then, it has become essential in our home. Both of my littles have used/use their sleep bags and amazingly soft Pajamas. Their quality is unmatched! Whenever I have needed to reach out to customer service, they have always been incredibly helpful. We will be a lifelong Kyte Baby family.

As a DOULA though, I’m utterly disgusted you could even fathom treating a NEW MUM of a premature baby so poorly. If your company goes bankrupt, it will be deservedly so. Corporate greed and its associated costs to communities will NO LONGER BE TOLERATED. This world rewards kind hearted individuals- so why wouldn’t you stand behind a Mother in need.?? 🤦‍♀️

This company treated an employee and new mother of a significantly premature baby DREADFUL. She was fired for asking for a schedule around her baby’s NICU stay. The baby needed flexible hours but was told NO. With baby in the company name, it’s looks like they would actually be a little more accommodating. DISGUSTING AND APPALLING!!!! My kids literally live in this brand. They sleep, play, eat, make memories- and have been doing so for the past 8 years. My kids all have super sensitive skin and Kyte Baby is one of the only brands they can wear and NOT have eczema flareups.The quality is also hands-down the best and we get such a long time of wear out of each piece which I appreciate so much as a mom. I also recently reached out to customer service with a question and they were so quick to respond and were so kind in their response which sadly you don’t see from brands these days! I recommend this all-around amazing brand to everyone and will continue to do so!

My kids won’t sleep in anything else! Kyte’s bamboo pajamas are so soft and keep my toddler and newborn warm without overheating. I love that they offer lots of colors and prints for the whole family, so we all can match.

I placed an order on Kyte for the red, white and blue sale.I used my return credit and credit card for payment. The items in my shopping cart were on sale and showed the discounted price.When I placed payment the discount dissappeared.I have tried working with Kyte Baby customer service via email and chat but they will not provide any customer support.I asked if I could be refunded the difference or receive store credit - they declined both.I also asked for my order to be canceled but could not at this time.I was advised if I want the items at the discounted price I need to create a new order and I could return my first order once the products arrive for store credit.

I found Kyte Baby nearly five years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. They are the only pajamas my kids wear and last for ages because of their stretch! Both of my kids deal with eczema/sensitive skin and the super soft fabric keeps them comfortable. I highly recommend any of their products!

First time ever purchasing Kyte baby amd it takes over a month to even ship. I'd suggest many other companies Over Kyte baby. Not impressed very disappointed
