I was told by my bank to give this company 15 days to respond to me before they would make an official dispute on my behalf. They never responded to me so I went back to my bank (Halifax) to start the dispute process for a full refund.Well I have just got off the phone with my bank and these POS's are disputing my claim for a refund with Visa now! So have to wait another 30 days on top of the already 73 days I have waited for a refund!My Bank tells me they have filed evidence with Visa to dispute my claim, which the bank can't or won't tell me exactly what it is! I have requested Visa to email me this so called evidence via Halifax as I have received no goods or communication from this despicable company!Please refund me my £87.20!!Neil Salmon
