Is kwik-fit.com Legit?

At no notice drove into Kwik fit Newbury, panic mode, front tyre looked like a slow puncture despite filling with air and travel Xmas eve. Mike and Ryan really helpful. Gave the tyres a thorough check, despite being busy, reassured and road worthy panic over.

Needed a new tyre very quickly and my vehicle doesn't carry a spare!Went on to the Kwik Fit website and everything was booked and paid for in about fifteen minutes, very easy.Got confirmation that the booking was set up, wit the date and timeframe and Jack contacted me before he arrived, and did the job quickly and professionally!

Lots of communication during the whole process, which helped as I was away from home. Everything was done at the expected time. No problems with the tyres so far. We have switched from run flats to conventional tyres which has massively improved the ride. Overall, very pleased.

We used the mobile fitting service and it was an excellent experience all round. Really easy to book and lots of notifications to keep us informed all the way. The technician, Ciaran, was great.

An appointment was booked for the 30th dec but Ciaran, the tech was able to bring it forward so it was done before Christmas. Very good service, he was really knowledgeable.

Awful experience and we're still not happy with the results. I spent 3.5 hours waiting for an exhaust to be fitted. Apparently the wrong part was sent initially so we had to wait for a replacement but once it was finally fitted there was a banging noise. I immediately turned round and went back but was told that after-market exhausts don't fit in the same way as the original. It needed rubber hangers but they didn't have any in stock so we're now left with a vehicle that makes a banging noise and I've no idea if this is causing any damage - I paid £200 for the privilege. I felt that the staff were just trying to get rid of me and couldn't be bothered to deal with the problem. I will never use Kwik Fit again.

The staff at Wandsworth branch just don't give a s**t. Booked in for new tyre, left car, was told it would be 45 mins, came back and it hadn't been done. No explanation of why, no apology, nothing. Seems to be a male culture of it's cool 'not to give a sh..'. I go to Wandsworth because it's convenient and sad to say this is not the first time I've had a bad experience. Previously had cancelled appointments on arrival, no record of an appointment, told that work had been done but hadn't been, etc. Terrible attitude toward customer service. Will never go back to this place.

Late night I damaged a tyre beyond repair. I looked at various mobile tyre fitters and Kwik Fit had a selection of tyres and availability to fit the next day between 9 - 5. They kept me up to date, providing a one hour time window that morning and arrived in that time. The tyre was replaced and all of the others checked too. It was a hassle free experience and I'd use them again without hesitation.

I visited KwikFit in Crewe today for a puncture repair on my car when nobody else could fit me in. What amazing service too! I was assisted by young Liam, who was so so helpful. He even fitted my brake light for free! He would not even accept a tip, yet he went above and beyond! I shall definitely go back, and even make it my first port of call next time. What an absolute joke of a company. After hitting a pothole on Thursday I booked Kwik Fit mobile to come and replace the damaged tyre as I don’t have a spare wheel with my car. Earliest appointment was Monday. Bit of a wait but could manage till then. Monday morning comes and I receive a call to say that they didn’t have anyone available to come and fit the tyre and it would be two weeks before the next available appointment! So having waited four days I was let down without a care or an apology. I have never been overly impressed with Kwik Fit but this was the last straw. Unfortunately I have a lease car with a repair and service contract so I’m tied to them for now. Different lease company next time so I can move away from this unreliable and uncaring company.

I am writing this review specifically for the Aberdeen Market Street Branch and for Alan and his team.Over a year ago my car was taken after an accident which I didn't have returned to me until 15 months later. The MOT was expired and the car hadn't been started more than a handful of times while in storage. I also knew I needed to get the car running and ready for sale.Alan and his team were outstanding! They completed the MOT efficiently and with great care. They replaced any damaged bits and got my car ready in a short time, while helping me get the car ready for sale. They also made sure I wasn't going to go broke paying for the service after 15 months.The service was the best I have ever experienced from any garage in Aberdeen. Warren who attended my address to fix the tyre was spot on with his service and advice. He wasn't pushing extra services or expenses, only to inform me of other advisories with my car.

Arrived slightly earlier , which for me , was great. Engineer carried out the works required to a high standard and in a timely and proffesional manner , answering any and all questions that were fired his way.The price was very competative aswell.

I got wheel alignment for my car today (21/12/2024). They offered some service called 'Hunter wheel alignment'. My wheel alignment is still bad. I wasted my £104.90 today. Other companies are giving 30 days to get it fixed if you are not happy with service. I am regretting to choose Kwik Fit today.. I don't often leave feedback, but wanted to say good things about Kwikfit. I turned up for an MOT and service today only to find out that my booking was for a few days earlier... On getting home and phoning Kwikfit a lovely lady booked a new MOT test for me (this morning, at another branch) and fully refunded the service. They didn't charge me a penny extra, despite it being my fault. Fantastic customer service. And the car passed its MOT.

BromsgroveI have no idea what all the numbers meant on my dashboard re my tyres and certainly not got a clue about inflating or deflating tyres! Called into Bromsgrove and swiftly seen to. Tyres sorted within minutes and even had my windscreen washed, all at no charge!!!!Thank you Bromsgrove Kwik fit.

I was kept informed on the ETA of the technician.The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and explained what he was doing through every step of the process. He is a real credit to Kwik fit.
