The app didn't work, and I still received an invoice. I tried contacting customer support, but it's impossible to reach them. They only offer phone support, and most of the time the call cuts off, saying, 'There are no more places in the queue.'

These greedy charlatans are happy to take your money, but highly averse to piecing together the information you give them into substantiated conclusions.A glaring example would be that they concluded in their consultation response I would be better helped by an ASD screening, because, quote "heredities exist".The only piece of information they based this on was when they asked if anyone in my family had had an ASD diagnosis, to which I replied that my sister had Asperger's and ADHD while alive. The practitioner didn't dwell on this topic during our short meeting but went on to ask about other items of pertinence.The problem, though, with the conclusion that came back to me in their letter of refusal, is that she had these hereditary factors on her father's side of our family - and her father is not my father.Steer well away from these unscrupulous quacks.

The doctor his name was Ali, was very unfriendly and was not interested in me nor my symptoms. However I the customer service was okay because I called to get a refund and they refunded me. It was my second time using Kry, the first time the doctor was nice but unable to help with my issue. I think I’ll never use it again, and I don’t recommend it altogether.

Arrogant doctor laughed at me and my problems i've been having for 4 weeks straight. I was told if this proceeds over 10 days to contact my health provider. He said he wouldn't "care/worry" unless it was over 3 months and was scoffing & laughing at me. Then also gave me FALSE information about a sickness (to which I have proof) AND accused me of poor hygiene to cause my symptoms which is absolutely absurd. He then said if I can't "rest" I need "anti-kids" spray. Perhaps trying to joke but after already offending me 3 times, it was not the time nor place, I got NO help for my problems and a tonne of anxiety now.Absolutely unprofessional, anxiety provoking and upsetting. I will NEVER use Kry AGAIN.

Booked a consultation. Consultant did not show up for the appointment. I tried to reschedule, but all of the reschedule options gives a error message. The only remaining option was to cancel the meeting, which then creates a late cancellation charge.This is a scam company, avoid them.

Instead of giving any recommendations and recipes to solve the problem their therapist don't want to do anything, but recommend to buy paracetamol. Also the therapist was rude.I have regular inflammations in my nose and I no longer understand where to go and what to do.

Do not go to their Clinics!! I ended up in Kry Lättakuten in Sundbyberg with lung infection due to my astma. Nurse has dropped inhalation mask on the floor, picked it up and stucked to my face..I have left immediatly. No sanitazation, no health and safty protocols, they dont wash hands between patients. Whole place is extremly dirty and disgusting. People working there dont have basic higene . Horrible!

No no no, don’t waste your time and risk your health! I had a video appointment, sent a picture in advance, described all the symptoms, explained that it is a tick bite, and still after receiving all the info the “doctor” couldn’t diagnose Lyme disease. Told me to wait and see what happens. Had to rush to a local wård central the next day for an urgent proper help.

Dr I met in Sickla: catastrophic visit. a doctor who was dissmissiv, patronizing, arrogant and very passiv agressiv. He denied my daughters problems, said he wont check anything and wont even listen to the advices from her pedetrician. He tried to do the lesson to me for every single words i was saying. He was exalterad but tried to play cool . It was very incomfortable and even a bit scarry to be in the same room as him . He had no patience, and obviously some ego and power problems. The kind of doctor who hurts and disgrace the profession

First time to book medical care and I got cancellation message right before I stepped in the clinic. If I cancel the appointment I should pay 400 SEK fee but apparently this doesn't work the other way around. Not to mention that it costed me ~150 SEK just to get there and did all the arrangements at work and at home. Another thing with the mobile application. The nurse just decided to keep the camera blank and microphone muted. And they tried to blame me that something's wrong with my mobile phone. The second call with other nurse was okay.

Terrible help when you call and ask for a prescription renewal for a 4-year old kid who has Borrelia and needs to take antibiotics in 3 weeks. The solution was finished and we needed an extension of 5 days to finish the 3 weeks course but it was very hard for the doctor to understand we’ve been giving him the correct dose and the reason is that he has spited out the medicine a lot during the first week. Of course we called Doktor.se and got help. If they wouldn’t have helped we would have gone to the hospital in person to get the medicine. There was no way we would stop giving the medicine to our toddler because they didn’t want to help.

I scheduled an urgent appointment regarding my health issue. The doctor was only speaking in Swedish and instead of connecting me with an English speaker, he started sharing his personal views about speaking in Swedish because he learned the language 20 years ago and he found it disrespectful and unfair me not to know the language.I did not know that I signed on Duolingo instead of Kry and of course, I did not get proper help.

Just changed vårdcentral, because I have been ill for over 9 months now and my vårdcentral was not doing anything. I have strong chestpains and can't do anything because of pain all over my body. So I changed to this vårdcentral. Called them and explained the situation is urgent and that I would need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Woman on the phone told me I would have to wait a month for an appointment with a doctor. Seriously? No use to have this as your vårdcentral. As many of the other vårdcentrals, they do not give a D*** about your health. Not strange that people are dying in Sweden while waiting to see a doctor.

I hate this company with all my heart. Their constant auto listing of patients against their knowledge or wish is a disgrace. I'v recently lost my place at a Vårdcentral I loved and had been with for years due to a quick call during a trip that concerned my son.Now I cannot be listed there again due to a long queue.And calling this Kry company trying to get an appointment is like banging your head against a wall. NEVER use them. NEVER EVER call them. Stay away from these leaches.

I have been using Kry for various months now, after having bad experiences with my local ambulatory.I talked one time with a nurse and three times with different doctors each time. All of these times it was online.The nurse couldn't help me with a deep scrape on my hand. I was wondering if it was infected and the only reply I got was that she didn't know and that I should have waited one week and then try again.One of the doctors prescribed the medication for a different affliction that I had.The other two doctors told me that they just didn't know about my problem.I also went in person to the ambulatory and they assigned me a doctor that didn't speak a single work of English.

My follow up meeting was cancelled 1 minute before the appointment was. 11 minutes later a new doctor called me, but at that time I went to lunch - because my follow up was cancelled - meaning no appointment should be held and I could go for lunch. NOW - they have sent me and invoice to pay for the appointment, becuase you shall pay if you miss - fine with this. BUT not fine with it - if they first cancel the meeting, really late and all of sudden another doctor is calling me, how should I know this? I will NOT pay for this "missed appointment".

Decided to use KRY to renew a prescription. 5 days later prescription is still not renewed. But I've been invoiced for an appointment that I never had, they can't possibly be charging for NOT renewing a prescription.
