Is kruidvat.nl Legit?

We went to Kruidvat located at Stadsfeestzaal shopping mall at the basement level. My entire family had an unpleasant experience as the staff "security" accusing us opening the items. Racist in a sense considering that she was also from other land 😅😅... Racial profiling... Just visiting Antwerp and this is what we get.... Totally ruin our day in Antwerp.. waste of my time for an item worth 4 euro 🤪🤪.. The management should revisit their staff courtesy to customer...Not worth my energy...

Rubbish Service !!! Do not order Online !!! Kruidvat advertise items NOT in stock . Kruidvat promise delivery dates they do not keep . They do not care that they take your money . They do not care that you waste your time . Kruidvat Customer Service is not interested & unresponsive to the issues .

They could improve their app, but overall I think they’re okay. I’ve been ordering online from them since almost two years now, with no problems encountered.

Absolutely revolting. The bosses were HORRIBLE and RUDE. The way they treat their employees was sickening. The employees themselves were OUTSTANDING. So kind and helpful and the bosses were treating them terribly. It made me sick to my stomach. Even if the employees were great, I cannot and will not stand behind a company run by such cruel individuals.

Bought a gift card for my best friend but she didn't want it so I wanted to return it. Returning 'wasn't allowed' and they gave me dirty looks. What the hell is that for customer service? Returning a gift card that hasn't been scratched after 5 days shouldn't be something to get dirty looks for.

First of all, I feel obliged to write here because this company does not have a complaint line or e-mail.I love this store, but my last baby product order was a complete disappointment.Relying on the information on Kruidvat's website, I requested various products. However, the content information on the site and the contents written on the product's label are very different. If used without care, a baby who is allergic to these substances may be in a very difficult situation.

So they put promotions in their stores like (2 half price)..when you go to the checkout out,both items are unfortunately priced at the same price..if you are not keen,your money will go to waste..it has happened to me 3times and yesterday I wasn't keen enough until I checked my receipt..

I placed an online order on the 30/10 that was supposed to be delivered on the 02/11. Till this day I have not received my goods nor any information about the delay. Think twice before placing an online order unless you don't mind waiting forever to receive it.

Kruidvat Spijkenisse Centrum Teamleader in the afternoon of Sunday 26 November 2023 is rude and insults customer. She makes appear that the customer who wants to return items she bought does not understand the receipt (bon) of the items she bought with discount while she (the teamleader) is the one who did not understand. Another colleague of hers in Kruidvat has to even explain to her how the discounts works. Eventually the customer is right and The Kruidvat teamleader did not even apologize to the customer she insulted. I hope that Kruidvat do train their employees to be more friendly and not having rude character towards customers.

Print photo It’s so easy and doesn’t cost lot of time. You can just select your photo to be printed and then you can collect it from any Kruidvat near your location. Super easy and photo quality is also 👍👍👍👍

definitely not recommend, lost package, I have to wait up to 40 days to get my money back, gifts were bought to give on holidays, does not show any loyalty, so also tell me to buy another shipment, completely crazy, think that everyone is rich and can afford to buy , I will go to the police for this behavior, extremely careless employees, I don't have to suffer if the package is lost or someone still it

I am trying to contact customer support but it's useless. Nobody picks the phone.If you order a promo stuff, like "buy 4 X items and you will get a free Z item", then, if THEY cancelled one item for whatever reason, they will send you just 3 X items, refund you the missing X item (at the promo price, of course!) and they will keep for themselves the "free" Z one.TL;DR: So instead of getting 4X and 1Z you will just get 3X and no Z.I feel scammed and like I have to do a lot of effort to just contact customer support.Please avoid this service, because if something goes wrong then you are in big trouble.

I’m a regular customer using the Kruidvat photo service. I keep on printing my yearly photos and recently years I keep on making photo books for my holidays. Kruidvat photo service is excellent! It’s easy to use and fast. It has even (almost) automatic photo book creator!! Of course it provides huge variety items for one’s own creativity! I just fall in love with the Kruidvat photo book maker! The photo tracing info is also great! They just keep you updated with your ordering. I’m also completely satisfied with their packing and shipping.They keep on improving their photo service and software. As a client, I just enjoy their good service and quality. Really recommend others use and enjoy the Kruidvat photo service!

I went to Kruidvat Mariahoeve today, I misunderstood the 2+2 campaign, that's why I didn't buy the products. Then I bought 1+1 from the products that are visible in the 1+1 nivea deodarant catalog and I bought 1 of the other invisible product (because it wasn't in the catalog), before I knew what was happening, the young man in the cashier desk made fun of me, and they made fun of me with the customer behind me. . The quality of a photoboek is amazing. We have been doing photobooks in diffrent places already and this one is defenitly the best. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because I think the kruidvat app (for app I will give really 1 star),where you create book is quite enjoying and we had problem to crop our photos the way how we really wanted. We also tried to find some tutorials, but it was nothing, what helped us.
