I’m starting to believe this website is a scam site. It gave me a tracking number but said that my package “attempted” delivery twice. Each time it was in the wrong zip code. Each time the delivery “failed” with no explanation. When I contacted the company they gave no explanation as to why they said “it was your fault the delivery failed” so they could not issue a refund. How could it be my fault? I double checked and all my information for delivery was correct? How could it be out for delivery in SA when the package shows it’s still in Chicago??

Everything went smoothly with ordering and receiving my product. My only problem is that I felt the quality of the product wasn’t very good. The wording that was attached to the sign was the only thing good about the custom sign but the wood and the engraved wording felt cheap.
Delivery arrived 2 weeks late, when requested, the tracking link was sent. Otherwise, no response or information as to why everything was so late, despite repeated requests. Item was well packaged and arrived without damage.

they sent me a product that is half the size of what it was listed as on their website. The ink is smudged and not sharp at all. I also paid extra for a Spotify code to be included on the image and they did not include it. I ordered in early December and they said it would come by Christmas but it didn’t show up until mid January. Even worse, I emailed them to see if they would refund me or send the correct product and they refused saying they “double check” their products before sending them. I feel like an idiot for ordering from them.
I also ordered 2 wallets in this company and in the website stay that the ship will be free in Europe. But it's not true and I had to pay it. I try to contact them to cancel the order because of unsatisfying, but the Email for customers is not exist. I have to make a conflict in Paypal and the company just say that they sent my paket already. In the website stay that the customers can cancel the order within 24h. But the company just try to make the time longer to solve the cancel and i couldn't cancel anymore. I hope you will see my feedback before ordering anything in this company. Just scam
