korehealth.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives korehealth.com a medium trust score on the platform: 58.5. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 58.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to korehealth.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning korehealth.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between korehealth.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of korehealth.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of korehealth.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. korehealth.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether korehealth.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether korehealth.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, korehealth.com.

  • Score: 1.1
I’ve spent all afternoon trying to establish the app link to my phone only to find out like all the other reviewers that I’ve also been swindled. No way is the subscription worth it. Guess many of these “watches” will end up in land fill. Shame on you Kore!!
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT EVEN WORK OR CORRECT THE TIME, DOES NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR ON TRUSTPILOT! When I purchased, like many people, it was a free app and use. Now £20 a MONTH! ….not year! Month! Thieving pigs! Fix your decision before it’s too late.
I think korehealth should look at their feedback from all these unhappy customers. Very underhanded company to introduce this subscription charge for basic use of yo a watch which was supposed to be a free service when I originally purchased it 3 years ago. Now I can't even set the correct time. It's absolutely useless.now and I am very disappointed to say the least.Surely they should do the right thing and amend this issue. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this deceit
Just a terrible product, ethos and company philosophy. Try to nickel and dime you at every single turn. The watch itself is not very responsive to touch, and it is not intuitive at all. Going back to Garmin or Fitbit. This company is a rank amateur in my opinion.
Costs more than 20 bucks a month to remain operational after purchase. Device is effectively bricked after trial period.
Corehealth.com has a “independent” review but it’s not real, ships whatever size not what you ordered. Trying to return the mis-fit product yields no cooperation on the chat and the phone number is not legitimate because it’s not the full digits. Once you reach someone, Corehealth tries to discount the product that doesn’t fit and suggested you give as a gift. Once you insist on a return address, Core health credits only about half of the original purchase price. I would HIGHLY recommend you do not order from core health you will get ripped off!
Dreadfull. I should have be more diligent and read reviews pre purchase. My experience mirrors other victims! No indication of the $19.99 SubsTelephone number doesn’t exist and pushes you on to chat! Chat doesn’t recognise my email, got offered a 30% discount. Being referred to by management and they will send an email. Refund authorised and management will send an email. ( not sure how they can if my email isn’t recognised)I asked the chat if they could confirm the last 4 digits of the card that’s supposedly got refunded……no reply. It’s cost me more to chase them than the product is worth and I feel compelled to let people know. Thankfully my bank protect against these fraudsters.
I hadn’t used my watch for a while because the band broke. Instead of buying the replacement bands, which were only sold in blue, white and orange, I chose to buy a brand new watch because I wanted a black band and the watch was only $19.99, which was the same price as the bands. My watch is two years old; I think was originally it was like $59 or something, so I didn’t have an issue making a purchase for 1/3 of the original cost. That is until I opened the app on my phone to discover my ‘subscription’ for the Kore 2.0 app expired June 24, 2024. Interesting considering when I first got the watch I simply registered it with the company; there was no ‘Premium’ subscription service. Kicker is there is no basic subscription service, so if I want to use the watch, I’m forced to pay $19.00 per month. No thank you, I’m sending the watch back to Ebay. I’d rather pay the vendor restocking fee, take the loss, and buy a pricier brand fitness tracker that isn’t trying to eek extra money out of me every month.
Did not know about the monthly fee after trial period. Fortunately I got the deal for 1 year trial period. After that the app is useless. There is no free version and I don’t see what paying $240 per year will get me on top of the cost of the scales… I bought 2 of them! Continued use of the barefoot readings isn’t worth it. Ummm no. I cannot recommend since my scales are both no better than any other scale out there. SMH!
I’ve had the watch 18 months. Did buy 1, get 1 free - luckily as the first watch stopped charging after about a year. Never had to contact customer services and found it very helpful and reassuring for monitoring my dodgy heart rate. However, got up this morning, checked app and suddenly being asked to subscribe for £20 a month! Very disappointing as this is much too expensive.
A hard lesson in buying any product linked to an app!!The “undisclosed” subscription mentioned in other reviews effectively locks you out of the main functions.Looks like these people are the front runners in what may be in the future, a great subscription scam for manufacturers holding customers to ransom given the leverage to product functionality phone apps have.Don’t expect any customer service or understanding from this company either.A disgusting example of a modern day company but a possible warning of things to come??
Regretfully I did not read your reviews before purchasing two off these items about a year ago when there was no mention of a monthly charge to obtain any information. Both of the items only hold their charge for 20/30 hours and not 7days as advertised so they spent more time charging than providing results. Do Not Purchase this appalling rip off item. Both of mine have been disposed off, rather than try and have them repaired or replaced under their worthless guarantees.
So I purchased this watch several years ago. Other than needing to replace the band I’ve had no complaints. Now however, unless you purchase an UPDATED subscription your watch is worthless. They’re other brands that do the same thing without a “snotty” ploy to raise additional income. DON’T BUY THIS WATCH!
If I could give minus stars I would. The customer service is a human devoid system. It will allow you one query, which it won’t be able to answer, or states your order number doesn’t correspond to any order. Then it tells you it will transfer you to a more capable colleague. Then cuts you off, telling you the internet connection is lost and to check your internet connection. The system simply ignores requests to speak to a human being!
Bought Kore body analysis smart scale from Coles.Neither Cole’s sales nor the Kore box indicated that the smart analysis does not work unless you have lifelong subscription of $19.9/ month with them. Only informed after purchasing item and contacting company. This is a bait and switch, low balling scam. According to them they sell only online so grocery stores should not be selling them. But they still profit from the scam.
bait and switch, all of a sudden they're demanding $240 a year for their scale to work. Waste of money BUY ANY OTHER SCALE THAN THIS ONE! Fraudsters.
I have used Kore health products for the past 2 years without issue or complaint. Bands do come loose occasionally. But the watch and scales are a great product. Without any warning Kore health added a subscription service to the watch app sealing off access to historical tracking of data. $19.95 p/m. The device is not compatible with any other application therefore making the watch obsolete without paying subscription fees making this watch overpriced. It’s not a garmin/apple/casio don’t buy without expecting to spend more than one of these higher quality watches in the long run.
A true rip off company , bought the watch as a present for someone but nowhere did it say that after a year, if you need to get the simple information such changing the face or date and time would require a subscription of £18.99 per month.....Now I will bin it and go to fitbit where we know exactly what we pay for if we require additional services or tracking ... please stay away from this company!!!!Forgot to add that all the 5star reviews were around 2021, I wonder if there is a coincidence that since 2023 all the reviews have become toxic !!!
What went right? I received 1 of 3 items ordered and paid for. Never received the others despite heroic efforts, stopping just short of legal help. The worst and most misleading customer service. False info and refusal to correct issues. Then...the one item that did arrive didn't work for long...weeks... Save yourself a headache. Don't believe all those wonderful reviews out there. Bad bad company.
Similar to all the other reviews the Koretrak app is no longer free apparently. No notice, just unable to connect to the app any more unless you agree to pay the ridiculous monthly fee. There was nothing in the original purchase agreement about this. Sad that a company has to extort money from their customers. They won't have any customers very soon I think. Sad that the customer service is impersonal and automated. Like everyone else I'll keep wearing the watch but I have uninstalled the app and will not pay for it. Will most likely get a different fitness watch soon.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

Korehealth.com's watch got excellent reviews on the internet (a scam?). I ordered 3 for Christmas on Dec. 13th. When I tries to track the order today with the shipping number the company provided, the site said that the USPS was still waiting to even receive the package. I contacted the company's website, and then decided to call as time was of the essence. All options on their automated system (e.g., cancel order, billing questions, ordering, etc) were sent to the same recording saying don't try to call us, use our email. AARRRRGGGHHH. So, now I'm probably going to be missing three Christmas presents. Not Happy.

  2. Dierk

I bought 2of their kore 2watches before Christmas. One was very inaccurate in its data, and only half of the other’s functions worked. The third time I had to charge the watch, it would not take a charge, so it is a piece of scrap. The company disconnects you if you are looking for a refund, and the people that look after refunds never get back to you. Their automated computer response email system, ignores your issue and tries to sell you more stuff at a discount. This company is not someone I will ever deal with again.

  3. Pat

My son bought me a Kore2.0 from Korehealth in August. The first one charged once and never again. The second one charged twice and then died and would not charge. I have sent a dozen emails complaining and asking them to refund the money my son paid for the watch and the EXTENDED WARRANTY!! All I get in reply is emails stating they are busy, do I want a discount on more of their products and they will cancel my order! I don't think Koresupport even reads their emails!!

  4. Susan Sheehan

Hello- I purchased two kore 2.0 fitness watches in December. The main reason I wanted this was not for fitness but to be alerted to when I get phone calls and text messages. I keep my phone on silent while at work, so I need a watch that will alert me. The kore 2.0 is supposed to do that but I could never get it to do that. I wrote to customer service and received a response that they had a huge volume of mail and they would get to me as soon as possible. After getting that response a few times, I finally asked for instructions on how to return them for a refund.I am still getting emails saying that they will get to me as soon as they can and that my issue has been escalated. I’d like to know where they are located so that I can contact the Better Business Bureau of that area. Unfortunately I can’t find anything showing where they’re located on their website. If you could tell me, I’d really appreciate it.

KoreHealth is a complete scam. You have done your money, just like I did. TIP: no one sends so many emails claiming its "on its way". I may have to buy another computer, this one is full of emails from KoreHealth -- "It's on its way"

  6. lisa OB

I ordered two fitness trackers and a scale on Dec. 22. I received one tracker. Now it is Jan 11, 2023 and nothing has been resolved. Customer service is ridiculously slow and completely ineffective. They send infrequent auto messages talking about how busy they are, "sorry, not sorry for our lack of response." It takes days for them to respond to a query, which is only followed by infrequent auto messeages and automatic file closures with no resolution of the problem. Take my (and other reviewers') advice - NEVER buy a product from this company unless you are a masochist!!!

  7. Wiebke Andersen

Korehealth is not to be trusted. They did mail me a product but when I inquired to receive the return-information, they have evaded to give instructions. I was not able to reach them by phone. Emails were returned. Costumer emails I did get didn't answer my question. I tried at least 20 times. Feels like a really bad experience.
