Is kollyy.com Legit?

Ordered two tracksuits for my daughters birthday ordered 27th September today is October 5th still processing I contacted them on chat where I was told out of stock until 28th of October when they will then be shipped!!! My daughters birthday is the 18th of October why are they letting people order item that are out of stock! This is my first and last time ordering with them and I only used them because my daughter wanted those particular tracksuits!! Very upset!!!

My daughter (Bella Bennison) ordered a tracksuit on the 15th September and still hadn’t received the order or any notification as to whether it is in stock, or when it will be delivered. There seems to be a lack of communication and just automated, sun standard processes in place. Not demonstrating a good positive customer service

i ordered a tracksuit a bit over 3 weeks ago and it still say it’s it’s processing. i’ve contacted the response team and they say it takes 1-3 days to process???

This is the second review I’ll be leaving as Shop Kollyy lied in their response so I feel the need to clear things up. They claim that “similar” styles may be offered on different platforms but their quality is better. That is not true, if you screenshot any photos from their website you will find the EXACT clothing on websites like Temu, SHEIN, Ali express, Amazon etc. they are not “similar” styles they are they exact same product, down to the product photo, and material it’s made of on every single one of these websites. Shop Kolly does not offer better quality, they are all made from the exact same cheap material. They originally sent me a size 6 shoe (which I have been my entire life) but I ordered a size 6.5 to size up. my foot did not even fit inside of the shoe. They DID send a new size free of charge that was supposed to be a size 7. But guess what? It was a size 6.5, the size I originally ordered and my feet still barely fit into them. They also said that the sizing in their website is accurate. Regarding the outfit I ordered, I took my measurements prior to ordering and according to the size chart in the website I am a size small. It arrived and it is baggy and does not fit at all. I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times, they claimed to have emailed me a return label and did not. I have screenshots and screen recordings of almost every interaction as proof of this. They also have not processed ANY of my orders on the app, which is interesting because the order has to be processed in order to leave a review. When I asked the customer service agent they said the reason none of my orders show as processed is because I am applying for a return. That makes absolutely no sense. No wonder they have all 5 star reviews on the app, because they are fake. I have yet to receive my return label, everytime I am speaking with a customer service agent I end up disconnected. Everytime I send proof of my order not being processed, or proof that I was NOT sent a return label the app mysteriously crashes or all of a sudden the agent I was just speaking to is “busy”. You also have to pay shipping to return anything on their website. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If you see something you really like on their website, screenshot it, reverse image search on google, and order the SAME EXACT ITEM on Temu for a fraction of the price. This brand is a scam. I also see other reviews saying that the company “never received” their return and therefore did not get their money back. This is why I have decided to screenshot, screen record and I plan on recording the return process as well IF they ever decide to send me the return label. This business is a joke and a scam.

Kollyy is an absolutely fantastic brand. They have amazing clothing pieces that are always in style; all the trending pieces I can think of, they have. But if you browse more on their website, they also have their timeless pieces, which is great. The quality is great as well. But what distinguishes them is their unwavering dedication to customer service; their team is not just informed but also really helpful, ensuring that every interaction is pleasant and informative.

Revised review: When I first made this purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation email or order number, which was worrisome. I reached out to Kollyy.com using their email, after having some trouble finding it. At first I thought this website was a scam. After reaching out to customer service using their email, I received a response in a timely manner, which I was happy about. They helped me find my order number and also informed me that my order was on the way. This was a sign of relief, cause I truly thought I was in a pickle. I appreciate Kollyy.com for working with me to find my order and correct my email mistake. I will order from them again, just based on the customer service I received.

Starting to think this “company” is a whole scam. I ordered a couple of things about a week ago & it still says my order is “processing”. So I contacted them by email and got an instant automated response back just telling me that their processing time only takes 1 to 3 days… make it make sense please.

The clothing quality is unreal!! They are just like their images! I was worried about the quality and fit of their clothing as it's an affordable brand, but the quality is just amazing. All the clothes feel expensive and they fit so perfectly! I love the range of clothing and different styles on their website, there's something for everyone on here! I would highly recommend!!

Firstly I love the clothing that I received. I was worried about the sizing but everything fit me well and it looked quite flattering. I recently got some items from them and they were all good, the quality and delivery service was equally fast. When it comes to the trousers( it’s a bit tricky) it’s better to see the fit of the jeans and either size up or down but everything else was perfect

My experience was okay it was a little lengthy but still worth the shot ! I would love to see a repost of me, and one of my outfits only fit halfway I should have specified medium to large bottom :) also the quality of the pants is great !

I always looked for clothes like the one's Kollyy have, so I pretty much fell in love with it. I ordered the first time and was so happy about everything. The clothes are very affordable and for those prices is the quality is fantastic! Kollyy is going to be real big other brands should definitely watch out!
