Unfortunately you sent a completely different pan set to the ones I ordered for my friends moving in gift.So I had to buy another set of pans local to them when I visited as we wouldn’t have been able to cook.I have sent you various emails explaining and requesting a refund as I am very much out of pocket.However you have chosen to ignore all my emails.This is not acceptable and I am suffering financially because of your mistake.

Well packed, delivered safely and on time.

I received the 360° rotating knife set with wooden handle as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. She did tell me they did cut it fine (pardon the pub) with delivery but it arrived on Dec 20th. These knives are an absolute pleasure to use lovely weight in the hand, even chopping frozen chicken breasts it was like slicing through butter. I am very proud to have it my kitchen.

Victorinox Huntsman was listed at a 41% discount in your recent sale. It was so competitively priced that I couldn't resist ordering one, and it arrived two days later - ahead of schedule. I love it!

This was my first purchase with this company and it won’t be my last. Ordering online was plain sailing no problem at all price point was great delivery on time.

Ordered a Swiss army knife that I'd seen for a good price but it was always out of stock so when I saw it in stock I quickly ordered one but I guess I was too slow as it said out of stock. A few weeks passed by and I'd keep checking the website and to my surprise they were back in stock again so I ordered one and 3 days later it was delivered. Been wanting one of these for ages maybe even a couple of years now. Thankyou.Ordered on the 4th June.Despatched on 5th June.Delivered by RM 48 7th June.

Bought the £65 marble kitchen cookware set and am highly disappointed. The handles were loose and needed tightened before use. The lids do not fit any of the pans and are easily breakable, and the plastic utensils are flimsy and thin and ping food everywhere when using. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this product. Amazon also decided to leave this right outside our front door in full view and it could easily have been stolen.

Having initially been hesitant about ordering because of no reply to my inquiry on the contact form and there being no telephone number listed I took the chance and ordered a set of Wusthof knives and I'm very glad I did. Received the genuine article, faster delivery than advertised and I'm very pleased with them. Saved £120 compared to the price advertised elsewhere. Will be ordering from Koch & Kõchin again in the future. Brilliant price, delivery and products. The only negative is the lack of contact options available.

Have yet to receive item but it is not yet delayed. However, tracking information is non existent and what exists does not work which is worrying as they are delivering knives. Customer services must be staffed by inexperienced individuals who are great at “ reaching out” 🥴 but not much help in reality.

Ordered a large Victorinox Chef's knife as my old one which I've had since my time in the Middle East (1980s) was getting harder to sharpen without thinning it out.I have used my 195mm Chef's knife daily for virtually everthing since and mainly because of it's wide blade (it can be used like a trowel off the cutting board) this new one is even better as it's 250mm long.I am not a professional chef and can only advise any amateur or trainee you cannot go wrong with this range of knives as they are great value for money.The only qualifying advice I would give is learn to sharpen a knife properly and don't skimp the effort, one of these knives will last you 40-50 years.

Having never heard of this company before I was unsure about using them. Gave them a shot and they delivered exactly what I ordered within a reasonable time given the Christmas holidays and Royal mail strikes.Unable to comment about the customer service as I experienced no issues. Happy to use them again.

Ordered 3 products..have had several emails to say that parts of the order have been shipped….delivery could be tracked..It can’t..you’ll be directed to an app that has to be downloaded…Have sent two emails now…as a previous reviewer mentioned, these items were a Christmas present..Having checked my PayPal account it shows payment was accepted by another company…sounds like yet another company that do not understand best practice…be very wary.

The pots and pans are really good quality, durable, but light, so easy to use and clean. They all arrived well packed and quickly. I'm very happy with them and am happy to recommend them.

We received the excellent knives. We had placed a similar order with Amazon earlier but the order never arrived. After three weeks of no action on our Amazon order we cancelled it and ordered with you. The order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas but when it did arrive we were very pleased with it.
