Later edit: I had an issue with a KnifeStock order, the multitool had a mechanical problem, I sent it back next day, then my registered return/complaint was just in "accepted" state for 7 weeks. After voicing my concerns in multiple emails and added reviews on different sites, KnifeStock gave this issue proper attention. I was told it was an isolated human error because my order status was market incorrectly. I got a refund and ALSO even a free replacement product is on it's way. So this makes it a trusted store for me. KnifeStock did things extra right to solve this.

My last package ordered on June 16 2024 came with a defective flashlight. I did the return immediately however since beginning of July no replacement has been received and no refund for the flashlight. I will make a complain to our authorities, and hopefully they will solve my problem with this company. But I will not buy again from them.

After I've sent back a brand new item, they refused to issue a refund, because their courier broke the outer packaging, while the item arrived in perfect condition.This conduct is not just unethical, but also against the law.Don't order from them, don't let them steal from you! The prices are great, but as soon as something goes wrong, they break the law, they lie and they rip you off.

Verry bad service for Romaniai've placed an order, the package arrived 10 days later. After that the qr code for easybox, did not work. I've tried to call them 10 times, i've sent 5 emails, trying to solve the problem. But no answer. After that they tried to contact me, and told me they are not going to deliver the package because i did not pick up and i have to way weeks to order again for them.Don't recomand very bad experience

Do not trust!!! I have bought Fenix PD32V20 with order number 2023085551. They did not send it for the first 1 week (on their website it is written that the orders are delivered in 4 business days). I emailed them afterwards saying that I wanna cancel the order. They said that they gonna send it now and they did not do it before because of the technical problems. I asked to cancel the order again. They did not reply to me anymore. Definitely not a trusted service!!!
