Is knackbags.com Legit?

Information was easy to find so that I could compare bags and find the right bag for me. Took away a star for having a very vague "warranty" that boils down to: it's a case by case basis, but they'll try to make things right.

I’m a long time user of the expandable backpacks. Except for the zipper tabs constantly breaking on my Series 1 bags, I have found they have met or exceeded my expectations when it comes to organization of the contents and how easy it’s to access those contents. I’m hoping the recently purchased packing cubes and travel accessories will also meet my expectations.

Just received the much-anticipated Knack Pack and cannot believe how much they detail they have put into this. There's so many clever pockets and features that I actually had to watch some product videos to understand all the things this bag can do! Also came with a drawstring bag that they recommend using as a laundry bag (which I absolutely will be doing). Best backpack on the market hands down - I get now what they mean by "One Bag Life". I don't think I'll ever use anything else day-to-day and it will be coming with me on every trip as well!

Quick delivery, amazing bag.

The website is easy to navigate and contains a lot of images of the product and a detailed description. I always get frustrated when a website shows one photo of a product and you have to go find a video review just to check it out. The Knack website had all the angles I wanted to see so I could check out each compartment. It made it easy to shop and determine what I wanted. The return policy was also displayed prominently which gave me confidence in the purchase.

Customer support isn’t the best, and doesn’t anticipate customer needs that are later in the buying cycle. Rachel specifically could be trained better, not her fault or it is knack’s fault if “Rachel” is a GenAI bot. Either way, I work for AWS so maybe I expect too much.

ordering is simple, delivery is exactly as they say. This is the best work backpack I've had. I love how it's also like a GO BAG, as I have an extra set up clothes in the hidden middle compartment just in case I don't get home or I spill something on my clothes while I'm working. Built well, amazing customer service when needed.

The process was smooth and informative. The KNACK website provides various product info and allows easy comparison of their bags to determine what product will meet ones needs. The picture of the product on a persons back was extremely helpful since there were models of different heights. The bag itself is fantastic! It is sturdy, sleek and offers plenty of room. Once the extra storage section is opened, there is so much that can be put into the bag. I was able to pack 4 days of shirts, undergarments and socks into 1 small and 1 medium KNACK packing cube, which fit perfectly in the KNACK expandable section

So many pockets for organization. Being able to unzip three sides of the large pocket makes clothes packing easy. The truncated form is handy when you don't need a large clunky bag. The expandable packing cubes are essential for travel in any suitcase/bag.

Knack continues to outshine all expectations. I've used multiple products from them over the past 3 years and it's been nothing short of amazing.

They surprised me with a special gift. I am a repeat customer due to my own mistake. I spilled coffee all inside the bag and was just remarking about it while placing my order. Knack sent me a nylon packing cube, free of charge with a heartfelt, handwritten, personalized note. This kind of service goes a long way.

I LOVE THIS BAG! My favorite thing about it is how slim, sleek and low profile it is. I used it as my personal item and the many pockets make it so easy to organize that you'll know exactly where everything is. The water bottle pocket is so discreet - the fact that it zips away is genius. The laptop pocket is well-padded and I feel that it keeps my computer safe. And I love the charger pocket at the bottom for my cords where I also store my portable battery pack.

I recently joined Knack, agreeing to get texts and emails about their products. I was happy to receive an email about their sale including factory seconds. I got a great deal on the small Knack Pack. It hasn't arrived yet but I am excited to see it soon! the website ordering experience was great. I liked that I could see lots of photos of all the features. I did some research reading reviews and looking for opinions about Knack Packs on reddit and it seems that owners love them!

This bag is amazing! It feels really sturdy/quality and the amount of storage space is unmatched for a backpack that wears like a daypack - I fit 3 outfits, a pair of shoe, toiletries, my computer, all my chargers, my wallet, my ipad, and headphones inside and still had room. Amazing bag for work and travel!

Rachel was extremely helpful in giving me information regarding the size of the opening that would receive the handle from my luggage for fitting it over. The she followed up to make sure that I had an address that was eligible for Saturday UPS delivery. All this was necessary to receive your Medium Series 2 bag for my trip to London the day after the Labor Day weekend.

I would often take 1 personal item and 1 carry on. I got nailed by an international airline for a different dimension for their carry-on. I had to check the bag and pay the rate. I purchased this bag with my past experience in mind. The specifications and materials of this bag give me the confidence that I won't have that happen to me again, while being my daily driver.
