Is knab.nl Legit?

I like knab everything is good to understand and easy to use I would like the opportunity to pay with my mobile I hope that comes soon?

Smooth banking, no complaints. Using Knab for 5 years now and never had anything not working. Talked to the customer service team few times when I had to change some details and that needed to be checked: always quickly solved in a very friendly way. I see many negative reviews, which surprise me. Would recommend.

I had problem with the verification, it couldn’t accept my passport, however when I contact through chat they immediately answer and helped me and because my connection was not so good and I couldn’t receive their messages they called me and guide me step by step. They accept my account and it was ready to use it in two working days. Only con that it’s only in Dutch. I’m a new customer so I don’t have further notices, the app it seems legit and very nice tho.

I am a KNAB customer for 5 years now and I am surprised to see all these negative reviews. My experience is very different. The support is always helpful and most of the time responding within a few minutes. Few times it took about 10 minutes or more. The app and website are not so innovative but work well and are mostly intuitive. “Keep it simple” is practiced well. I used bunq before and was horrified by the “innovative” functionalities that simply did not work well. I like “keep it simple”. I subtracted 1 star because KNAB does not support “instant transfers” in Europe, which - in my opinion - is not acceptable in these day and age.

I was victim of a fraud transfer. The employees of KNAB HELPED ME VERY FRIENDLY AND QUICK TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! Especially the employee of the night shift was so friendly! THANKS A LOT! KNAB Bank saved my Christmas holiday!!!!

Its very fast, accurate and effective. It will be more efficient, if English option is also given in the app as well as for the website.

What once was the most promising and 'ahead of the rest' bank in the Netherlands has become just as mediocre as the rest of them. They remove more features than they seem to add, not to mention modern basics like Google Pay aren't supported (only Apple Pay, like what?!). Plenty of other great digital banks out there...

Until now I'm ok with this on-line bank. I will give it only 3 stars because the app is not in English as other bank apps like (ING, Rabo)I always need to be with an extra phone to translate with google lens in case I want to do certain operations.Not a flow experience at all.They told me it seems an amazing idea to have it in English for the many expats living in NL.After 8 months nothing happens.For me this may be the cause to end my relationship.

Everything was fine until now. Last day's I change the mobile and and when I make app in New mobile I have bigger problem. After scanning my passport came error validation NFC referentie. I still call nobody answer because they are so busy, on chat Also nobody answer, on email Also. I haven't access to my money! I don't know what can I do..

De basis is op orde. Maar de continue upselling in de app is wat irritant, er is weinig innovatie en hun investeringsbeleid is wat twijfelachtig.

LOOKS DIVERSE, BUT IT'S JUST ANOTHER DISCRIMINATING COMPANY. Even though their media campaign is full of diverse, colourful young happy zzp'er.But apparently they all Have to be Dutch, like reeeally Dutch to open a colorful, progressive and inclusive bank account at Knab.Working 6 years in NL as zzp'er, paying my taxes, with all the legal documentation. But since i came as a refugee (which shows on my ID card and Passport), after 6 years here, I'm not Dutch enough to be welcome in Knab Bank, the new diverse progressive banking. Totally unsatisfied with this Bank.First became customer unwantedly because Aegon stopped with bank accounts, so got transferred to Knab.Then you have to register with scanning your ID. after 30 tries gave up (some failure code appeared all the time). Then call customer service, waiting time over 10 minutes. Completely useless time wasting bank.

This bank is a daughter bank of the AEGON. The AEGON bank has scammed many clients in the years 1998 till 2012 by selling products which were misleading and lead to many unresolved law suits. Knab has been conceived to get away from the bad AEGON reputation but under the bonnet it is still an AEGON spin off. The whole digital banking experience with Knab is a joke. My advise: stay away from this bank and don't was your time opening an account.

Bad experience. Issues with ID screening, works on the tablet, doesn;t work on the phone. They ask you to pay 0.01 without any payment link or IBAN information to make the transfer. Looks very amateur the whole thing. Been chatting with customer support. I seemingly get the same person every time, this already raises a red flag for me. Plus she stopped chatting with me suddenly I was left hanging. Not recommended

I was refused for a business account with no explanation even though I fulfull all the listed requirements. Their passport scanning system is completely useless and didn’t work after 50 tries, I had to input my information manually 10 times and even after all that hussle I still got refused with no reason or explanation. Don’t bother with this bank!

This is not a normal bank. If you can, stay away. The application is full of errors. It freezes and you have to go through the verification process again several times. And it doesn't work. Technology is alien to them. Customer support is virtually non-existent. Quick contact via chat means you have to wait 1.5 hours for the first contact. Then 10-15 minutes for each answer. And of course they don't solve the problem.I didn't think such a thing could be called a bank nowadays.
