Is kleinfeld.co.uk Legit?

Found the company via a web search. Similar to other commenters, their price came up as the cheapest and included free delivery. Returned later in August to purchase the items and followed their purchasing process. Though the types of accepted payments were shown on the site, no payment was taken. Instead 'Cash on delivery' was stated on my order confirmation email (15/08/24). As I may not be around for delivery, I immediately emailed asking how I could pay before hand, as payment was not an option during ordering process. Followed up my previous e-mail as I had received no response (20/08/24).After my calls went straight through to voicemail, I filled in their contact form (late Aug)...and still no response. Unhappy they have my data for no reason. However, after reading these comments, at least they did not receive my money. It's a real pity but lesson learnt.

Scam. Data harvesting site. I got caught out. They look legit appearing in Google search. Their prices - no postage - are literally too good to be true!

Googled WORX strimmers as the one I’ve got broke and lo and behold this company came up with the lowest price, great I thought it then became the same old story, COD only option?, then no confirmation emails, no replies to emails, phone number goes to vodaphone answering service. Very clever scam not sure what they’re getting apart from all my details, email, address and phone number to sell on probably

Ordered something and accidentally went through with Cash upon Delivery. Thought ok, that can work. When I received an email I realise I input the wrong address so I tried to email them about it, hoping they don’t attempt to deliver my Cod to some other poor soul. No answer, phone goes straight to voicemail. After reading the reviews gladly I realise the person under the address I accidentally input won’t have to be paying for anything, as it won’t be getting delivered.

Was going to order but thought website and prices too good to be true, so thought I would ring contact telephone number it goes straight to voicemail ie Vodafone, when you try to subscribe to newsletter it gives you an error.So then OK thought I'd check review etc so glad I didn't place an order and was so tempted as very cheap DECLEOR product. Why do they allow website like this to continue trading?

Unfortunately, I got caught out here. It’s a scam - so they have my address and number and of course no products sent ( who uses cash on delivery !!) you don’t have an option to use a safer method of payment.And guess what… I’m being plagued by telephone scammers daily so clearly my details have been sold off.ICO and Goggle should be taking action on this

Like every other comment on here, this is obviously a scam. I placed a order for some face cleanser because it was extremely cheap. Went to checkout and was surprised to see that it was free delivery, as the order was only just over £4. Then I waited to pay and was shocked to see it was COD, which I thought was very strange. Needless to say my order never arrived, I sent a couple of emails but had no reply, I called the number on the website but went to voicemail, so left a message, again no reply. I've accepted that I won't be getting my order, but thankfully no money was paid or card details given, only name, address etc. They are 100% scammers, but what are they gaining from this? Shame I didn't read these reviews beforehand. Avoid like the plague!

As stated below, Made an order, it went to cash on delivery which I thought was strange. No further updates so started investigating which led me here. Yup, it's a scam. Not sure why google is allowing them to continue popping up in searches given the amount of negative reviews they have for the same thing.

Like so many others before me, I have just learned this company is a scam! I should have known when it said cash on delivery. Fortunately, none of my bank details were entered but they have all of my contact details such as my name, address, phone number and email. I’m normally really wise to such things but feel like an idiot now. Absolutely infuriating.

Wish I had read the reviews before trying to order from these scammers. Exactly the same trap as the other genuine reviews on here.Completed the form -name-address-email and phone number, expecting payment to be coming up on the next screen. Then told it's cash on delivery, that's when I read the reviews. I did check it was UK before I tried to place the order and it shows UK address--phone number etc so was not too concerned. Really sickening.

Ordered a ring and necklace on separate occasions. The website also ensures you know what you should and shouldn’t do with jewellery to prevent damage. Great quality for good prices and having the RRP listed next to items shows you you’re getting good value for the money it actually costs at Kleinfeld.

Ordering online was very easy and the added bonus of a free charm made it even better. The quick delivery was appreciated as it arrived on Valentine's Day. The quality of the items was excellent and nicely presented in a gift box as all previous purchases from Kleinfeld have. Either online or instore, Kleinfeld can't be faulted. Thankyou.

In retrospect!! ... This 'business' only has a mobile number on the website, only a 'road' name in London listed as its address and 'sells' products as Cash On Delivery which for free postage UK wide for an item under £10 isn't going to happen. The website is loaded with external advertising, it says Chat without having an actual chat facility, and some of the text doesn't make sense.Don't be fooled by the .co.uk web address or 'secure server status'.. KLEINFELD LIMITED does not exist as a Ltd company on Companies House (albeit there is a dissolved company from 2013 with the same name).Stay away!!!

Ah, why didn’t I smell a rat as soon as I saw ‘cash on delivery’. No follow up after initial acknowledgement. Went on the chat line to find out more but was then directed to a technical helpline or some such, asking for payment of £1 which would be refunded. It just gets worse. Needless to say I didn’t subscribe to that but will have to watch out for any follow up as they have some of my details.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE company. The products are ALWAYs extremely beautiful. The studs are gorgeous. This is the fourth product I’ve bought and they are ALL stunning. It’s Always delivered in two day’s of ordering and in really discreet packaging. My girlfriend never takes any of the products off as they fit so well and she looks extremely beautiful in it all. Can’t thank Kleinfeld Diamond enough. Five star service and products every time.

Scam company, this should be highlighted everywhere in Internet!. Went to cash on delivery which was odd. They got my details and phone number

This company is a scam .......Try to buy furniture and you end up taking out a subscription for a document mailing organisation.I had to get my bank to refund the £48Visa chargeback is the only way to get your money backDi not trying to order anything from the companyGoggle should stop printing them

From now reading other feedback, it seems Kleinfeld do not exist and are possibly scammers out to just get your money. Their tel. no., just goes to voicemail and their mailbox is always classed as full. They do not answer emails. Their so called online chat line is a farce ! It gives silly answers to questions and then you are told YOU have to pay them a £1 to find out where your order might be and then £35 p/m after !

I’ve been scammed by entering my details into this site, who only gives one option for payment which is cash on delivery. I tried to call to get a definite delivery date but it was a voicemail message saying mailbox box is full. Please avoid them as many of you guessed by now these are collecting your data to sell them to a third party.
