Is klaudena.com Legit?

Avoid at all costs. Cheap rubbish that falls apart. It is NOT in any way comfortable and is of such low quality it`s embarrassing. Please don`t waste your time or money like I did. To make matters worse the first one I ordered never arrived and I never got a refund. So stupid me tried again, this one eventually arrived but what a disappointment. Klaudena, hang your heads in shame. Sorry to say but it`s complete and utter garbage ! Borderline SCAM

I ordered 1 cushion but somehow it went to 4 cushions. I IMMEDIATELY emailed the company to let them know and received an email back right away that it was too late to change my order, which of course was a lie since I sent the email less than 5 minutes after I ordered. I was told that I could send them back after receiving the cushions. Of course no one said that they would have to be returned to Lithuania of which the postage would cost an arm and a leg. Plus the cushion that I did try which is suppose to have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee….the guarantee is actually null and void if the package is open … I’d like to know how one is suppose to try it without opening the package.

***Caution-Caution**There is no real return policy. If you open the wrapper the return is voided, If you open the wrapper, no refund.Stating you have a return policy and then voiding any return that has the wrapper opened is a fraudulent and deliberately deceptive statement.,

I bought 2 items online. When the order went through it turned into 6 items. I tried immediately to contact the company and have been doing so since 17/5/24. I went onto their return site, I sent text after text. I had a phone number I waited in line for over 30 minutes then told they would phone me back. They didn't. To date I have not been able to find out the address to return the items I did not order. That is all I want, an address.

Unbelievable comfort at first sitting….I have been using it in bed watching TV…I have even fell a sleep through the night on it….I am thinking of getting one for my wheelchair….thanks

Offering 3 for 1 is an excellent incentive for people to buy . The overall appearance of these products is Feminine, And appealing, All three containers have a fresh clean look, I love that they are all pump bottles

Haven’t actually tried the pillow yet but I think I’ll love it, it’s for my car. What I disliked immediately was all the heavy plastic packaging. Totally unnecessary to have the pillow in 2 thick bags . Hope you can find a different solution, it literally hurt me to put it in the bin.Sorry, it had to be said Thank you 🙏

The seat cushion I ordered was absolutely perfect. I tried numerous things before this cushion and nothing seem to work. With the assumption that this wasn’t going to work either I said what the hell I’m gonna buy it and try it anyway, and it was absolutely perfect. Delivery was quick. The seat cushion is comfortable, doesn't slide in car. I have a chronic back condition which makes it uncomfortable to sit in the car and this definitely helps when driving on rough road. ie:hitting a potholes, going over speed bumps. Not sure how long it would sustain comfortability as so far only used for rides less than an hour. Looking forward to seeing how it handles on a longer road trip.

I love the cushion. The only problem I had was somehow 8 cushions were ordered and I could not change it at the time of purchase. Returning the items was very expensive so I kept them with a 20% discount and some online items. The support section was very helpful.

We received the Kaudena cushion very quickly. My husband has a severe back problem that causes pain when he sits. This cushion helped him so much in his recliner and in the driver's seat of our vehicles. GREAT product.

Primary use of cushion is for my recliner when I watch TV. The cushion is not as wide as I would like it to be to cover more of the recliner seat, but it's medium soft and comfortable.

I bought the Klaudena for leg and back pain while driving. Since using this product the pain has reduced dramatically.. I genuinely love it, its so good to not feel pain anymore

The cushions are of top-notch quality. We are delighted with the support they give. We don't foresee a breakdown of the cushion materials. Our only 2 wishes are that they had a wider one to choose from and a carry strap. Otherwise, look no further for the high quality these offer!

I tried to order 1 seat cushion. Because you offfered more deals, I couldn't get back to the screen that allowed me to only order 1 seat cushion. Even though I thought that I had order 1 seat cushion, I got an email from Pay Pal that I had ordered 4 seat cushions!!! I immediately called your customer service department to try and get the order corrected. Your customer service person put me on hold and came back saying that your warehouse was going to try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the error was not corrected and I got 4 seat cushions. I agreed to take the 20% discount along with a few gifts, but I feel that I have been ripped off! It is a pain to return items at my own cost when your order entry process is flawed!!!

Got my Cushions as per schedule & the product is of very good quality. Exactly as shown in the picture. The comfort of sitting long hours with the help of the cushion is truly amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase.

“IT'S A SCAM - You will pay for items you didn't order”

As in many of the other poor rated reviews on this site I received 4 pack of back pillows I did not order. The scam is you already have paid for the 4 extra back pillows and now you also have to pay for the return shipping to Lithuania which is going to be so expensive that you just throw up your hands and eat their "mistake". The original bag has a return PO Box in NY state. I'm going to file a complaint with my credit card provider along with the information from this website.

I wanted 1 cushion, and tried to reject all the multiple offers for add-on purchases, but accidentally missed the "decline" link in tiny type under the larger "accept" text. Couldn't edit my order. Called and emailed repeatedly to rectify. Told I could return the unwanted items when they arrived. “Does not do what it is advertised at”

So disappointed with the purchase of this product. Purchased three cushions, one for me, my son and my PA. The worst cushions ever. Once you sit on it, it sinks down and it feels like you are sitting on nothing. I would have gotten more support with a cheap cushion from Kmart. I am now left with three unusuable cushions. Buyers beware. False advertising. It's a plore to pull you in. It actually gave me back pain, not reduces it as it has it is claiming. Ordered 1 cushion, received and billed for 4. To ship back their mistake to Lithuania is $155. Only received an email apology that says they can't do anything about shipping (though order was mailed from NY for $8.00) even though it was their mistake. So I am stuck with 3 extra pillows where the one I kept is already flat. What a bogus company.

“HORRIBLE Customer Service”

This company has the worst customer service: 1.) You cannot call and talk to anyone. 2.) Their website directs you to a link, that direct you back to their website. I spent an hour just trying to get a return authorization and never succeeded. After emailing them multiple times, expressing my complaint and frustrations, I was told that even though I am within their 30 day return "window", I cannot return my order because I opened the package. How else are you supposed to know whether or not the product will work for you!?!?!? 😖🤷🏼‍

I ordered one cushion and they sent me eight. Despite a month long attempt to rectify this the company insists i have to pay return shipping cost and a RESTOCKING FEE. Not an insignificant amount for seven cushions. Not to mention that i am 75 years old so shipping poses a major difficulty for me. They will not accept any responsibility for their error.

I ordered one cushion from their website then got suckered into more purchases by their deceptive website. I immediatey called to cancel and reorder. The company agent said order was already placed and could not cancel. I complained and contacted PayPal regards the subterfuge. The end result of my efforts to counter this Klaudena BS was they sent me 4 cushions, one pillow and a cushion seat cover. So, it pays to counter scammy offers and scammy websites.

I am literally in a state of shock. I just ordered a seat cushion from Klaudena and they charged me for four (4) seat cushions. I contacted them immediately - they gave me a ration of sh_t and refused to help. I looked up reviews on this company and apparently this is their M.O. - there are many complaints stating the same. The exact situation. They say you can return them but, as we all know, with an unscrupulous company such as this - you return it and get no refund - now they have eveything.

I placed an order online with them and I requested (1) they automatically put 4 in the cart. I didn't realized until I got my confirmation. You can not call them for customer service. I had to email them. I did within 10 minutes and they didn't respond for two days. The response I got was sorry but we have already packaged your items BUT you are welcome to return the additional ones once you receive them. I received all (4) didn't open the package at this point I didn't want any of them. Once I received the RMA they ask you to ship it to Lithuania via the Post Office. Even though it was shipped from a US warehouse. They do this because it cost you the same to ship it back as it did the for the entire order $100.00. UPDATE: After I called them they gave me a credit.

I would not buy from this company again,they show a product with a cover and it does not come that way.They show made in America flag but when you ship it back for not being a nice product it goes to LITHUANA.then it costs twice of what you paid for the product ti ship it back.i am still waiting on my refund.

Unfortunately, I did not check on this vendor prior to ordering online. The experience I had is in line with others on this site. Went to order 1 cushion & 1 cover. The invoice came up with 4 of each. Attempted to edit the order and wasn't able. Called customer support immediately and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to process the change. 2 days after the order the 4 cushions and 4 covers arrive. Called and spoke to another customer service rep. And was informed that they can issue an RMA but I would have to pay the shipping. Printed out the RMA and saw that is being shipped back to Lithuania! How do we stop this from happening to others? This is so wrong. Tip for consumers:There is no way to edit your order. Especially, when you didn't order the quantity provided on the invoice. And, it is cost prohibitive to return the items.

I ordered 1 pillow from Klaudena, they shipped me 4. Package was shipped out of New York. Inquired about shipping back the other 3 pillows, "no problem". They will refund gladly, but I need to pay for shipping, only problem is you can only ship returns to Lithuania (seriously), and they do not reimburse shipping costs. Costs to ship to Lithuania, about $300.00. Make sure you buy from Amazon or elsewhere. Anybody need to buy 3 seat cushions cheap?

When you place an order for one item, they automatically change it to four items, and you have no way to change or cancel the order. Do not do business with this company the number of complaints about them online are numerous on many sites. Please review the many very negative reviews about them. When you realize what they have done to your order with the increase of one item to four on everything you ordered they give you the most unbelievable run around and do not cancel or credit the charges. Please read all of the very negative reviews and do not purchase anything from this company.

I ordered1 seat cushion, after paying, I received the receipt for 4 cushions. I immediately called the customer service number to tell them of the error and see if they could stop the order and change it. They said no, if I had received the receipt then they were already filling it. I could just return the items I didn't want after I received them. Upon receiving I took one out of the bag to try and contacted Klaudena to return the other 3. They promptly emailed instructions for returning them to LITHUANIA. So the cost of that was as much as the seat cushions themselves. They were sent out of NY. I am in the U.S. The seat cushion itself is the firmest memory foam I have ever seen. I weigh 118 lbs and I do not make a dent in it. It does not shape to my bottom. The edge of it lays firm against the back of my legs and cuts off blood circulation. I would suggest staying away from this company and product.

I ordered ONE seat cushion at the 50% 0ff. Instead they charged me for FOUR and shipped 4 cushions. I called about 5 days BEFORE they were shipped out but they told me I could not cancel. I got 4 cushions, which were sent from a USA location at $8.95 S/H. When I called to return 3, Guess what? I have to ship back to Lithuania. Cost, almost $100. They would not agree to let me ship back to US location, Or even pay for the shipping. What poor service. Be very cautious if you order. By the way, I can't even use one cushion. They are very hard. I tried to stop the shipping of 4 within 9 minutes of the confirmation with 2 emails. It wasn't until over a day later that I was notified that the order was already at the warehouse. The response back from the company was, "I totally get that you've had a change of heart regarding some items in your order. Unfortunately, our warehouse has already sorted everything out and won't be able to make any adjustments at this point. But hey, don't worry! I really think you should give our products a shot – they're pretty awesome! And just so you know, we've got your back with our 30-day return policy. So, if you're not completely satisfied, returning the items is a breeze. In the meantime, I wanted to share some good news with you! We are thrilled to provide you with limited-edition items completely free in digital format." What a joke - turned it around to me having a change of heart instead of admitting that they changed the order to 4. Until reading these reviews I thought I was losing my mind on how 4 were ordered. I am beyond furious and disgusted with this company - my husband has a serious issue with his backside, low back and legs. We thought this was the answer to our prayers. He gave the cushion a try for 2 days with his office chair and was worse after the 2 days. We are driving over 16 hours (this year it will take us 2-3 days drive time) to our kids for the holidays and hoping this was a great solution. And NOW we have to deal with the crap to get a refund. “RESOLVED customer service issue”

THIS IS AN UPDATE. 3 MAY 2024. The company responded to my complaint. They refunded my credit card IN TOTAL. PLUS the let me keep the entire order. PLUS they sent me a gift as compensation for the issue... a nice Japanese knife. Yes, they initially did the wrong thing, but they took total ownership of the problem and fully compensated me. That is excellent. I will leave my original review below... I ordered ONE seat back cushion but the confirmation I received straight after placing my order said that FOUR would be shipped. I contacted their Customer Service online IMMEDIATELY but they REFUSED to amend my order. They said I have to wait until the four arrive and then send back three. But I am now reading so many similar reviews on Trust Pilot and SIteJabber where the purchaser says they have had the exact same experience... ordered ONE but were sent FOUR. Other reviewers have also said that they have been asked to return the unwanted items to LITHUANIA, at their own cost, and the items cost MORE to return than what the product itself cost. I am in Australia and my items are being sent from Sydney, Australia. Why on Earth do they need to be returned to Lithuania, except if this company is relying on the fact that no one will return goods that cost more to return than the goods themselves? That is seems very much to be a scam. What do you think?
