Is klarstein.pt Legit?

I don't know if their products are good or not because I'm not sure if I should buy a product from them... as just a few days before Black Friday week I was actually looking for a mini fridge , and I found one on their website that I liked, and I left it in the baschet ... as it happened right when Black Friday week started, the price went up to match the discount they were offering... you'd think a respectable company wouldn't do that...

I am having the exact same experience as a buyer lower down on the reviews with regards to a broken fridge and returns. The fridge arrived with a smashed off door and large dents. I registered a return and I had an email saying a courier would be in contact to collect it. After a week I followed up and then was guided to a german DHL link and told I have to be to return it to them despite the damage. The communication has been appalling and customer service are very unhelpful

From my experience: Low-quality products, good customer service, fishy marketing. Had a watch winder which broke down. Customer service was very helpful and replaced it. However, that does not change the fact that the product itself isn't very good. And today I went onto the website to check out some alternatives and it was 40% off for black friday. Then, later the same day, I went onto the site again and it was 30% and the prices of all the products were increased by 25-30%... I know it's not an uncommon practice, but still, come on...Furthermore, what I noticed and thought to be a little suspicious: On their website, with few exceptions, reviews are excellent. However, with their products on third-party-sites, product reviews differ quite a bit and are often below a 4.

Should’ve read these reviews!! Terrible experience with Klarstein for both the product and customer service. Ordered an IR panel heater which didn’t work when it arrived. Contacted support and they said they’ll send a replacement. Many weeks later they still haven’t send a replacement. If you value your time and money avoid Klarstein.

Good service, good price, quality product, fast delivery.

We ordered a fridge which was found to be broken on the inside when we unpacked it. It had clearly been sent out before as the internal packaging was damaged. Despite claiming on their website that they will happily pick up faulty items that they deliver to you, they then refused to do this. They tried to make us keep the broken fridge by offering us a 20% refund - what a joke! We ended up, after much arguing, having to lug the fridge to our local post office in order to return it to Germany. They then refunded, but the whole experience was stressful and time consuming and we did not feel at all like valued customers. I will never buy from them again.Edit following Klarstein's reply:The replies from Klarstein to my bad review and others only show the contempt with which they treat their customers when things go wrong. Oh dear.

Great selection of items,plenty of discounts and quick delivery.I will be shopping at klarstein again.

Purchased WiFi controlled infra read heaters. Confirmed I have two of the same items. I informed the supplier of a fault as it’s gas one previously which was faulty and I disposed it this one. The second one os faulty and they think because I had a refund on one of the items the second one can’t have an issue I’ve since thrown the second one on the trash. Be mindful when purchasing from this company. The customer service is poor and the quality of items are really poor

The 3 in 1 Aqueous machine is really good, even though I’ve only had it for less than a week it’s been extremely useful. It has a huge reservoir to allow for hot, cold water and ice making.

I have been monitoring a Marcia Nut Milk Maker on the Klarstein site and waiting for a Black Friday deal which appeared today.Sadly, and very unethically, Klarstein have decided to increase the price of the product from £250.99 to £331.99 to cover the cost of the 25% discount code.This is very disappointing but clearly a reflection of the integrity and leadership of this company.AVOID!!!!!!

At first I was a bit nervous as i didnt get any emails for a couple of days, but as soon as my item was dispatched (3 days later) it was really easy to track. It took a week to arrive, which was fine for me. The quality of my item is fantastic, especially given the price. Really happy with it. I would definitely recommend this company, and will definitely use again!

Terrible customer service ! Waiting weeks for responses which are of no help.Ordered a bin which arrived damaged emailed the same day to discuss the issue, two weeks later they responded and decided I would have to send the bin back and wait up to another week for this to processed so I would be without a bin in my house for around a month in total.Currently I have a damaged product and no way to resolve this.

Bought a WonderWall JF360 Infrared Mirror to heat my bathroom and it just doesn't seem to work no matter what I do. I've reached out to customer services 3 weeks ago and received no response. Unit powers up, beeps and the remote says "connect" but everything is still stone cold.The instructions are useless and without relative support I'm also clueless.Order number 0405598396

Looks like I had the same issues as another customer. I have two fridges which they have accepted the return on. However, they refuse to arrange a collection return service and expect me to carry two fridges to the post office. Can you imagine me walking through the post office door with 2 fridges.I have been stuck with these 2 fridges for 2 months. They have accepted a return but I have no way of returning them.Very poor customer service, I will never buy anythingfrom this company again and I will put off anyone who is thinking of it.

Excellent service, very pleased with this item that we ordered a replacement.

Easy online ordering, with some discount on the goods. Smooth to receiving the package. The customer team is friendly and responsive to our questions re time of delivery etc. The only thing is a couple of accessories were missing from the package/delivery. Hopefully the company will send them over soon. Anyway, not bad experience at all and will check them first when I need appliances. Thanks n

Well made and well priced. Performs well and looks good. I have bought two items from here now and no complaints. Easy to order and kept up to date on the progress of delivery. The two items were delivered before the specified date. Highly recommend.
